The police officer who was on guard at Ruby's detention cell was really guarding her. They stood guard as if Ruby was the most dangerous prisoner right now.

Even they do not want to take a headache when Ruby does not want to eat food and drinks. Their job is just not to let Ruby roam freely out there.

Ruby was still looking for a way to get out of the narrow cold room surrounded by iron bars. He thought very hard to get out of the holding cell that limited his freedom of movement.

Suddenly he got up from his seat and walked over to the police officer who had been guarding him. He stood up holding the bars surrounding the room and called the police officer from the crack.

"Sir, can I ask for help?"

The policeman standing guard right near the prisoner turned his head as Ruby called his name.

"What's wrong?" ask the police force firmly and fiercely faced to Ruby.

The police did not approach Ruby. He simply asked from where he was currently.

"Can I ask the Father for help?" ruby asked as she looked at the policeman with a charming look.

The police's forehead frowned at Ruby's request. Then he grinned and said,

"I'm sorry, I'm just in charge of keeping you out of this holding cell. I'm not a social service that will help you whenever it is."

The reply from the police made Ruby drown instantly. Destroyed his hope at this time. In his heart, he felt very upset at the police officer.

"But you are a policeman. You should be able to help all citizens without discriminating," said Ruby who is still trying to persuade the police to help her.

The police turned back to Ruby. He stared.Ruby with a look of condescension accompanied by his grin. Then he said,

"We are police officers who always help the community. It's just not a society like you that we have to help. Because you're already in that exception."

Ruby gripped the iron bars tightly to vent her frustration hearing the words of the police officer. He felt he had to turn his brain back to be able to persuade the police officers who were guarding him.

"But sir, I am also a human being in need of help. Especially now that I am under arrest. I just want to ask for help. And it won't trouble you" asked Ruby with her trembling voice and teary eyes.

The police walked over to Ruby. He grinned and stopped right in front of Ruby. His hand took something from his pants and showed it to Ruby.

Ruby's eyes widened to see the gun that was being held by the police. Even the policeman played his gun as if to tell Ruby his skills in playing the gun.

Ruby gripped the iron bars she was holding so as not to look frightened in front of the police.

While the police understood that Ruby was playing around with him. He put the gun on Ruby's chin and said,

"I know you want to play with me. If you want, let's play it our own way."

The policeman again grinned at Ruby's current terrified expression. He ended his threat and walked back to his place while laughing loudly at Ruby who was trembling in fear because of it.

Ruby was sitting on that cold floor. In that small, cold room with no pedestal, pillow, and blanket, he had to be confined to the place for an indefinite period of time.

"How's this? What am I gonna do after this?" ruby asked softly to herself as her eyes circled the room.

Suddenly he remembered something. His hands clutched tightly onto his clothes, his chest rose and fell according to his irregular breathing, as well as his teeth churning in restraining his anger.

"It's all because of that damn woman. Just look at Ayana, I won't forgive you. I'll make the calculations that are worth your while. Just wait for my revenge!" ruby said with hate.

Now he can only leave for now. He promised himself that he would find a way to avenge all his grudges during this time on Ayana.

"All these misfortunes in my life happened because of Ayana. He brought misfortune to me. Now he's even enjoying a happy and luxurious life with Rafael. That life should be mine. Just look at Ayana, your bad luck will come soon," Ruby said, grinning vengeance at Ayana.

A few days passed. Ruby is still the same. He is still in legal proceedings at the police station. And the same place he had to live in for those few days.

Ruby's heart was pounding even more when he saw the creepy building. From inside the prisoner's car that was transporting him to the building, he was increasingly keen to find a way to not be able to get into the building which he said was very haunted.

After the process of entering custody is completed, Ruby is escorted by the detainee to the detention cell that will be occupied while waiting for the trial to be held.

Ruby trembled in fear when she saw the occupants in the room. His hand gripped the clothes on his chest and his face was terrified to see the one in the room.
