Upon arriving at the end of the hallway, Keiko realized the attic room might be about 2x2 meters in size. There were a few pieces of wood and a pile of cardboard in the corner of the room, but it still left a slight gap to his body.
He crept up to almost stick with a glass window, then aimed at Mr Durrant's men who were within range of his shot.
In the current position, Mr. Durrat's voice can be heard quite clearly by Keiko. The man started counting the time.
“Ten, nine, ...”
Keiko peeked through the coachman and pulled the trigger. His body was slightly jolted backwards as the shells scattered and the hot tin grains charged through the air, smashing into the stocky bodies standing in the courtyard. In an instant things became chaotic because the enemy out there did not expect that Keiko would give a counterattack.
“Quick take cover!” shouted Mr. Durrant when he saw almost two companies of his troops collapsed with bodies drenched in blood.
In an instant all those people were in a mess looking for shelter. They left Mr. Sergio and his two remaining men.
Keiko continued to aim from the attic. He aimed at the heads, feet, and hands of his enemies who were still visible, shooting at them pardon until the sound of agony squealed in the air.
“Serang them! Protect Miss Keiko!” shouted Mr. Sergio after recovering from his shock.
He led two of his men to retrieve the enemy weapons left behind, then ran towards the trees beside the hut for cover. In a matter of seconds, the sound of continuous gunfire reverted back into the air, making casualties from the enemy more and more.
Mr. Durrant who had already managed to find a safe place immediately gave orders to his men who were holding RPGs and taking shelter nearby.
“Foot that thing! Level the building with the ground!” he cried with rage bubbling in his chest.
“Good, Captain!”
Within seconds, the sound of the RPG being fired was heard in the air, defeating the sound of the whirring of bullets scattering in search of the target.
Seeing the missile that was hurtling towards him, Keiko went straight down and protected the head with both hands, preparing to receive the incoming attack.
Booms!
Duars!
“Ah!”
Keiko's body was thrown backwards as a powerful explosion shook the building until everything in the attic shook. A split second later, the entire item collapsed down with Keiko's body hovering for a moment before hitting the floor hard enough.
The girl coughed as the dust billowing in the air entered her lungs. He grimaced and rubbed his face. His eyes were hard to open due to the influx of dust. The pain throbbed in some parts of his body, but he did not care about it. In that chaotic state, Keiko blinked several times to dispel the dust that entered her eyes, then held back the pain and crawled while fumbling to look for her weapon that had bounced out of nowhere.
Outside, Mr. Durrant grinned with satisfaction at the crumbling building before him.
“Ingin't killing me? Heh! Stupid Girl. Your ability is not worth me,” he said with satisfaction when he saw that half of the log cabin had been destroyed. He was pretty sure that the girl inside must have been seriously injured, or at least had fainted at this time.
Inside the house, a fairly loud crackling sound was heard when the wooden frame that was only half left was separated from the circuit. It slid down quickly. Keiko immediately rolled to the right to avoid the wooden fault, but alas, a little piece of wood still grazed her calf.
Keiko grimaced with pain. The uneven end of the wood fracture tore his calf deep enough. Daras seeped out, mixed with dust and dirt on the floor. He bit the tip of his shirt, tore it apart and used it to smash a wound in his calf.
He had just wanted to stand up when accidentally his eyes were pounded on the hilt of a weapon buried under the rubble.
The girl ducked down and half jumped towards her weapon. He checked the contents of the magazine and was quite satisfied to see the number of bullets that were still large.
After grasping the weapon tightly, Keiko crawled among the ruins and took shelter behind the sofa that was hit by the closet. He slipped the muzzle of the gun through the gap between the sofa and the cupboard, then searched for Mr. Durrant's whereabouts through the pisir.
It just so happened that the man was coming out from behind a tree, raising his hand and saying something towards the tree next to him.
Probably talking to his men, Keiko thought.
Then without waiting any longer, the girl pointed the tip of the rifle to align with the midpoint on the coachman and aimed at Mr. Durrant's heart.
One. Two. Three.
Keiko pulled the trigger steadily. The firearm spewed out the contents of the magazine so that a series of bullets rippled through the air, blasting as fast as lightning towards Mr. Durrant who looked surprised when he heard the sound of gunfire from among the ruins of the building.
The man had not had time to give a response when one of his men had already blocked in front of him and became a shield.
The pounding of the bullets made the body of Mr. Durrant's men jerked backwards. Blood spurted from a hole in his body, some splashing in the air and hitting Mr. Durrant's body which was only about a step away. The lifeless man's body collapsed and fell on Mr. Durrant.
“Sial!” swear Keiko when he realized his shot did not hit the target, while the ammunition was getting thin.
After recovering from his shock, Mr. Durrant pushed the blood-drenched body of his men and roared loudly.
“Kill that bitch! Destroy everything!”
Fuck the cooperation! His patience is over. Trouble hints he can find from the body of the damned girl who dared to fight him!
Uncommanded twice, the remaining troops immediately aimed all their weapons at the rest of the wooden huts still standing. In the next second, consecutive shots were directed at the rest of the building. In an instant everything collapsed down.
Keiko rolled over and went between the sofa and the cupboard that formed a triangular corner. He huddled up and cupped his hands up to protect his head.
Andrew ... hurry up ....
Blup up!
One bullet managed to pierce through the sofa and grazed Keiko's waist, making her grit her teeth as it endured the pain. Hot and rancid liquid soaked his shirt that was no longer shaped. The girl was adjusting her breathing which started to sting when a distinctive voice came back from outside.
Keiko pressed her body to the floor and curled up until her head touched her knees. Not long after, the sound of a violent explosion was heard again. This time a missile from an RPG hit the kitchen, triggering a fire caused by a gas leak. The flames grew rapidly, devouring whatever was nearby.
Mr. Sergio is panicking. He took a quick glance to look for Keiko's whereabouts among the ruins, but was unable to find the girl's figure. He also did not dare to call Keiko, fearing that if the girl answered the meal would help the enemy find the location of the girl easily. Therefore, Mr. Sergio refocused and aimed towards the enemy lurking from behind the shadows of the trees ahead.
Meanwhile at the front of the ruins of the building, Keiko did not dare to move. In addition to the wound on his waist that felt increasingly stinging, he was afraid that the enemy would find his location and immediately bombard him with a series of attacks.
“Andrew ...,” shouts Keiko slowly, sincerely hoping Andrew will come to his rescue.
He doesn't want to die yet. His father's revenge has not been avenged. It cannot die now ....
