Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
Occasions

Andrew was led into a narrow room on the third floor. There was one long iron bench, one black chair that had a backrest, and one iron table embedded into the floor in the room. There are no windows or ventilation. The door is made of steel which is quite thick. Access using biometric identification.

This kind of room is usually only used to interrogate level one prisoners, or traitors. So no doubt, he has been regarded as part of a gang of criminals.

“Please sit down, Mr.Roux. Captain Charles Mo will be here soon to ask for your information,” said one of the bodyguards who brought Andrew to the place.

“Good, thank you,” replied Andrew and sat down slowly. He folded his hands in front of his chest and straightened his legs casually.

Two bodyguards escorted him out immediately after seeing Andrew sitting on the iron bench obediently. A fairly loud “klang” sound resounded in the room when the door was again tightly closed. Andrew did not bother to turn his head to observe the contents of the room because he knew there were four CCTVs in every corner of the room, also sensors that will trigger an alarm if he dares to approach the goods door one step only.

He knew whoever gave the order to put him here, obviously wanted to make things difficult for him. That person deliberately cut off his access to the outside world. Not letting him get the slightest information. That way, it would be easier to ensnare him in a crime that was not committed at all by him.

Andrew sighed softly and leaned against the cold concrete wall. White paint color can not remove the grim impression in the look of the man's face. For now, he was not at all worried about his own safety. The contents of his head kept turning around and thinking of a way out in order to bring Sakamoto Keiko out of all this mess.

If what Hiro said was true, then the girl's life was now really on the edge. Not to rule out the possibility of not only Ryuchi who is after him, but also EEL insiders who want double strength.

I have to find a way to find him.

The sound of an open door blew Andrew's daydream. The frown on his forehead slowly faded away when he saw who stepped in. He thought Captain Charles was coming, but apparently two of the guards came back in while flanking the figure he had just thought of.

Although quite surprised and pleased, Andrew set his facial expression still calm and flat. He sat quietly and indifferently, as if the presence of the people before him did not bother or interest him at all.

“Please sit down, Miss Keiko,” the bodyguard said as he pointed to the bench at Andrew's side.

Keiko simply nodded briefly and walked in the direction that was pointed out to her. He sat next to Andrew without much talking. From the look in the eyes of the man beside her, she knew something was wrong.

Andrew did not say anything, so Keiko kept quiet. For nearly 30 minutes in the room, there was no interaction between the two people as they knew they were currently being watched closely.

Andrew secretly heaves a sigh of relief because Keiko is smart enough and follows him into the show as two strangers who don't know each other.

Not long after, the silence in the room evaporated when a tanned curly-haired man entered in with quite a noisier voice. The man fixed his glasses before sitting on the black chair. Judging from his appearance, it seemed like he was quite an important person.

If not mistakenly guessed, this man should have been Charles Mo, one of the EEL leaders who was famous for his ability to extract information from prisoners. Even so, Andrew still showed his indifferent look, like a male cat who was basking lazily.

Charles Mo lifted the small suitcase he was carrying and placed it on the table. He took out a small dome-like object from inside his suit pocket and knocked on its surface once. It instantly flickered and refracted the purplish light

Andrew knew it was going to record all the conversation going on in the room.

“Mr.Roux, Miss Sakamoto, do you two know each other?” charles Mo asked casually.

“No,” reply Keiko and Andrew together.

Charles smiled faintly before asking again, “Have you met outside this room before?”

“Ya.”

“Did Kobayashi Hiro say something to you before leaving this place, Miss Keiko? Something suspicious, or sound like a secret message?”

Keiko shook her head slowly before replying, “No.”

The girl really wanted to laugh out loud. Was the man before him making a joke? Even if Hiro said something, it was clear he would not admit it in front of them ‘kan? Really ridiculous.

Seeing Charles Mo ask those unimportant questions, Andrew chose not to underestimate him too much. Behind the outdated glasses, there is a sharp and calculating look in the eye. Andrew did not want to be rash and made him miss the opportunity to get out of the place alive.

“Mr.Roux,” call Charles in a deep and heavy voice, “You are the only eyewitness who witnessed Kobayashi Hiro being seriously injured, but, not a single person managed to find the man. Are you sure he was really hurt? Or ...”

“You can check the CCTV that is there. Why insist on cornering me?” reply Andrew lightly.

Charles touched the middle of the glasses with his index finger, then pushed it up to the base of the nose.

“Hehe .. surveillance camera, yes ... those things, none of them are alive. Isn't this a strange coincidence?”

Charles Mo looked at Andrew and Keiko alternately before continuing, “The two of you, while I am still being kind, tell me the truth ... Where is Kobayashi Hiro?”

“No idea,” Keiko answered almost simultaneously with Andrew.

The girl added, “I was locked up here in full surveillance for 24 hours. How do you think I can conspire with him?”

Charles Mo shrugged his shoulders indifferently, then muttered, “It's possible to go through Mr. Roux, isn't it?”

“You fantasized too much, Sir,” replied Andrew, still with his cold demeanor that gave people goosebumps. There was a mocking look that shaded in his eye patch, making his interlocutor feel annoyed as well as intimidated.

“Good. Since the two of you prefer the rough way, then be prepared,” Charles Mo replied with a wide grin.

Andrew advanced his body and looked straight at Charles Mo's face. A deadly aura filled the room. Keiko did not dare to move, as if she was watching two male lions defending their respective territories

Charles Mo then exclaimed in a loud enough voice, “Guard!”

Not long after, the door moved and opened. In the split second that was missed by everyone's eyes, Andrew placed his index finger on a small circle on the surface of the suitcase that was on the table. In an instant the object was wide open, almost simultaneously with the extinguishing of the indoor lights, also the sound of sirens roaring loudly in each hallway.

Booms!

Booms!

Booms!

The powerful explosions hit two guards standing near the door, searching for the source of the commotion. They don't wear night shields. As fast as lightning Andrew twisted the small circle behind his tie, then sighed Keiko's wrist and pulled it past Charles Mo who was sculpting in place. This is their chance to get out of the place.
