Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
Too many involved

The long silence made the air feel stifling. Andrew and Mr.Tanaka looked at each other fiercely. They each have their own thoughts. Although there were many complaints in his heart, Andrew did not say another word. He knew whatever he was going to say, it would not change the situation easily. His words against the real evidence on the ground, anyone would not believe what he said.

It looks like Mr.Tanaka has made his decision before Andrew enters the room. The old man did not turn his head when two men in full uniform entered the room, then flanked Andrew on the right and left sides.

Mr. Tanaka still didn't blink when he said, “For while you're disabled. Until the case is clear, you should not get out of this place.”

Andrew remained silent. He slowly raised both his hands in midair, letting the two officers beside him rummage through his body and disarm one after another. His access to enter or exit this place seems to have been removed first, proven he could not pass through the gate guard when just arrived earlier. That means, unofficially he has become a prisoner in this place.

However, he still has to find Sakamoto Keiko. Either way, he had to protect the girl. He remained convinced that what Hiro had said was not a lie. The man loved his fiance so much that it was impossible to play around with the girl's safety.

“They will take you to a temporary cell. Don't misunderstand me, I just follow the standard protocol of the organization. Once everything is clear, you can get your badge and get back into operation,” Mr.Tanaka said after sighing softly.

He signs two of his men to take Andrew out. After the door closed, the man sat down and leaned back into the chair. His hands clenched and hit his knees hard enough. He should have created one achievement before retiring, but now.

Really fucked ....

Drrr.

The vibrations from the cell phone lying on the table distract Mr. Tanaka. The man picked up the black object and checked the mailbox.

[Everything is arranged according to your request. We are waiting for the next order]

A wide grin appeared on the old man's face. He typed in a reply message, then immediately deleted the contents from the mailbox.

No one should be suspicious ....

He can reach his current position, certainly not because of luck alone, but because he has the ability. Good and bad, it depends on the point of view. For him, as long as what he did could bring him to the highest peak, then there was nothing good or bad. Everything is just a tool to make it easy to achieve his plan ....

Jovanka directed the troops to carefully comb the entire building. Every corner of the room, toilets and emergency exits were carefully inspected, but there was not a single sign of either Kobayashi Junior or his assistant. Besides the bodies, there was no sign of Hiro being seriously injured, Andrew said.

It's impossible ‘kan those two people just disappeared? Are they conspiring to get out of this place? It felt impossible because Hiro was detained for four days and had no contact with anyone. It's even more impossible if Andrew cooperates with the man and helps him escape. However, if for the sake of the Japanese girl .. would Andrew be willing to betray?

The look on Jovanka's face is really unpleasant. All conjectures flashed in his head, causing discomfort as well as mixed emotions. For the first time in his life, he could not think logically. The woman cannot separate personal affairs and work so cannot draw conclusions objectively.

“Captain!” jimmy exclaimed as he ran towards Jovanka.

“What's up?” ask Jovanka who has returned to the room where Andrew and Hiro were taken prisoner earlier. He was crouching and checking at the end of the hall, where Hiro should be.

Jovanka stood up quickly and exclaimed, “Take me there!”

He walked quickly behind Jimmy and went down one floor, then to the balcony on the left side, near the stairs. At first he did not see anything strange, until Jimmy crouched down and pulled a piece of steel rope that stuck on the outside of the guardrail.

“Sial!” umpat Jovanka while slamming the rope strands with annoyance, “Check all the CCTV within a radius of two kilometers, intercept all the large vehicles passing by, check carefully! They must not be far.”

Apparently Ryuchi and his accomplice imitated the way Jovanka and Andrew ran away from the charity event the other day. Really sneaky and shitty. One case was solved, now live Kobayashi Hiro. Jovanka is pretty sure the man cannot escape in the same way as her assistant, if what Andrew says is that the man was seriously injured is true.

“Fixed searching this building, my hunch says Kobayashi's son is still here. He could not go far, nor could he continue to hide forever. Catch him and bring him to me!” jovanka's orders were firm.

“Ready, Captain!” jimmy answered obediently. He signaled to his troops to re-examine every room in the building.

Meanwhile, Jovanka turned around and grabbed the steel rope dangling down. He gently rubbed the surface of the object, pulling it up to the bottom end collected in his grasp. It was then that he realized that there was quite a rancid aroma piercing the nose, as well as a thick and concentrated liquid attached to his gloves.

The woman drew her hand closer to the nose, craving a scent that felt increasingly clearly recognized by her sense of smell. It was blood. It could have belonged to Ryuchi's wounded men, or to Hiro's reckless and risked all his luck.

Jovanka pressed the 'on' button on her communication device and called one of her men. The blood sample must be taken to a laboratory to be identified. While waiting for his men to arrive, Jovanka rolled up a string of steel rope and put it in a plastic specially used to store evidence.

He had just finished tidying the rope when a rustling sound was heard again from his communication device.

“Captain, Clark disappeared from the Kobayashi residence. No one saw him leave. His communication tools could not be contacted.”

Jovanka remained silent for a long time. It's getting unreasonable. Or ....

Don't the guy know something? But it is impossible .. no one knows ....

“Captain?”

“Yes. I-i understand. You guys settle the rest there, I'll take care of this one,” Jovanka said before turning off her communication connection.

The woman quietly pulled out a disposable cell phone from her military pants pocket and sent a short message.

[The situation is not under control. There are a lot of parties involved, don't move before I give you a cue]
