My father's charm
Chapter 8 - Rani To The Out of Town

Month passed.....

Rani arranged her clothes into a suitcase, today she will leave for Bali Island with some of her co-workers.

"Mother, go there. Varrel wants to come along" the boy said.

"Mother works, Varrel. Not a vacation" said Rani.

"When are you coming home?" ask Alka.

"I haven't left yet, Mas has asked for my return" he said.

"I just want to know, Rani. Can't I ask you a question?"

"All right, I'll answer. Chances are I'll be there a week if the work is done."

"Hopefully your work will be done quickly and go home soon" Alka said.

"Mas, I happened to be there. What's wrong with me on vacation? Anyway since we married Mas never took me sightseeing to the island!"

"Yes, go and enjoy your vacation there. I'm sorry I haven't been able to make you happy" Alka said.

Alka helped carry his wife's suitcase to a taxi waiting in front of the house.

Rani says goodbye to her children, Sean asks to come along and cries. Alka then carried her third child.

Raline and Varrel waved at her mother.

"Mother, don't forget!" shouting Raline.

Rani just nodded and smiled, the car left her husband's residence.

Sean was still crying because he was left by his mother.

"Mom's only gone for a minute, you're with Dad 'yes?" Alka looked at Sean's face that was still crying.

The 8-month-old baby was crying and overwhelmed Alka.

It sounded from outside, the fence knocked on by someone. Alka and her children rushed to see who was coming.

A 24-year-old young lady threw her smile. "Sorry to interrupt!"

"Yes, find who?" ask Alka.

"Is this the house of the Holy Mother?" ask the woman.

"Which holy man, huh?" back asking.

"Holy Man, who is tall, has glasses" the woman replied.

"Isn't that Sammy's mother, Dad?" ask Varrel.

"Yes, right," answered Alka. He then looked at the young woman, "Mbak, the house of the Holy Mother at the end of this road the color of the paint is green and in front of the fence there is a water guava tree," he explained.

"Then, thank you, sir."

"Together, Ma'am," said Alka.

The young lady passed.

The hour hand shows at 9 pm, but the news from Rani has not received. He tried to call his wife's cell phone but was not picked up.

A few minutes later, Alka's phone rang with his wife's name. He hurried to answer the call.

"Where are you?" the first question I asked from Alka's lips.

"What time did you get there?"

"Two hours ago, Mommy."

"Why not tell me?"

"I can't, Mom."

There was a sick feeling in Alka's heart when she heard the reply from her wife.

"Mas, it was 'yes. I want to eat" he said.

"Yes, you be careful there."

"Yes, Mum." Rani hung up the phone.

Alka looked at her phone staring at the face of her wife and children who became wallpaper.

...----------------...

Alka prepared breakfast for her three children, this morning she was so bothered. Not to mention the washing machine is damaged, so that dirty clothes accumulate.

Sean kept crying because he was hungry.

When Lilis arrives at her son's residence, she takes over Sean. Bathing and feeding.

There was a voice calling out, Lilis approached him. It turned out that the next-door neighbor Alka came to bring food in the form of nasi uduk.

"What's the show, ma'am?"

"My granddaughter today is grateful for getting older" the middle-aged woman replied.

"Oh, thank you very much, ma'am." Lilis.

"Together, Mom. Come!" that woman was also happy.

Lilis took the food to the kitchen and placed it on the table.

"Who's coming, Mom?"

"Mother Goddess next door, her granddaughter is having a birthday today," he replied.

"Oh."

"Alka, your filthy clothes are in the laundry only," suggested Lilis.

"The plan, Ma."

"Try asking Ms. Dewi, where laundry can be picked up at home" said Lilis.

"Alka asked for help Mama only asked," he said.

"Alright, Mama will ask," Lilis carried Sean in a long cloth while carrying a small container of rice porridge mixed with various vegetables and fish.

Not until 15 minutes, Lilis again approached her son.

"Where's the place, Ma?"

"Say near Varrel's school, his shop's called Clean Laundry."

"Alka will go there later and ask for the number of the store," said Alka.

"Not only that, they also have a food catering business. You can order various side dishes and vegetables if you do not have time to cook," said Lilis.

"Alka will go there and order food for the afternoon" he said.
