Chapter 42 - Andri Worry

Ratih paced on the porch of the house waiting for his daughter who had not come home too even though it was 11 pm.

The sound of Alka's motor roar made Ratih direct his gaze.

Alka smiled kindly to her future mother-in-law.

"Shireen, what time is it?" Ratih nagging.

"Mas Alka didn't take me away, Ma."

"Yes, Mama knows. But it's eleven o'clock, Shireen," she said.

"I'm sorry, Auntie!" Alka thrusts a plastic bag containing egg crust.

"Yes, next time do not repeat," said Ratih, he entered the house.

In the office Andri sat down while kneeling his temple, he became completely wrong. Both his wives became dissident women.

"Is there a problem with your wives again?" ask Teddy, Andri's office mate.

"Yes." Yeah."

"That's the risk of having a wife of two" Teddy said.

"I'm really dizzy with them, Rani secretly meets her ex-husband and Laras instead tries to get close to Rani's ex-husband."

"It's complicated, but it's a pretty interesting guy in the eyes of your two wives, too" Teddy smiled insinuatingly.

Out of curiosity this afternoon, Andri came to Alka's motor workshop. Arriving there, he met a young woman who was carrying food.

Andri then asked one of Alka's employees if he wanted to meet.

"Wait, I'll call!" the employee named Tommy went to call his boss.

"Alka Mas!"

Alka and Shireen who were about to eat turned their heads towards his employees.

"Mas, someone wants to meet" he said.

"Who?"

"Said her name was Andri."

"I'll see him" said Alka.

Tommy also passed.

"I want to see him, you're here!" alka.

"I want to come, Mom!"

"Yes, come on!" bring him.

"I want to talk to you!"

"Please!" said Alka.

"But not here!" andri.

"All right, we're chatting over there!" Alka pointed at the cafe opposite the workshop.

"I need to speak with four eyes" Andri said, glancing at Shireen.

The three headed to the cafe, Alka held tightly to her lover's fingers.

Alka did not smile then passed along with Shireen.

Arriving at the workshop, Alka and Shireen continue their delayed meal.

"Mas, didn't Laras ever take you out for coffee?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Oh, so her husband thought you were his wife's mistress" Shireen said.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Why are so many women interested in you, 'yes, Mas?"

"I want to ask you, why are you interested in me?"

"Because Mas Alka is handsome and very charming."

"Maybe your thoughts are the same as those women."

"Mas Alka is so confident!" Shireen pinched her lover's cheek.

Andri can finally breathe a sigh of relief, Rani's words about Laras cheating are not true.

Tonight, he's staying at Laras' house. His daughter was so happy that Andri was with them.

Andri grabbed Laras' hand and placed it on his forehead. "I'm sorry!" he said stammered with teary eyes.

"I can't leave you two, I already took Rani from her husband. And that man has a lover."

The next day at the office Andri met his wife and they both enjoyed lunch together at a restaurant nearby.

"I, Laras and Tasya want to vacation in Surabaya. Do you want to come?"

"Jealous? Do you still have feelings for him?"

"Your ex-husband already has a lover, chances are he won't come back to you" Andri said with a proud smile.
