Fire Breath

Fire Breath
Sybilina Rickle

After the fight with the werewolves ended, Sabina visited her mother who had not fully recovered. At first he intended to come alone, but Aiden and Ladon whined to go with him for whatever reason they were. Finally, by force, Sabina took them to visit Sybilina.

"Why do you guys follow me on," sighed Sabina tired.

Ladon and Aiden who walked with him in the hallway to Sybilina's room only cleared their throat.

"This place smells too much blood and makes my dragon instincts not work properly. I can get lost here easily. And I'm not comfortable with having to be with vampires I don't know. The smell of their blood was nauseating," Ladon replied bluntly.

Sabina screeched softly as she glanced at Ladon cynically. Ladon's words were as they were felt like ridicule. Sabina, however, did not bother him too much. He did not know before that it turns out these dragons are so fussy and fond of complaining.

"If I want to see your mother, Sabina. Ever since I got here I haven't seen him. He made me a delicious cake. At least I should thank you and say hello" Aiden said later.

Sabina's face instantly softened. He smiled at Aiden and grabbed the young man's fingers.

"You're so sweet, Aiden, "praise Sabina.

Now it was Ladon's turn to grieve. Sabina and Aiden looked ridiculous in her eyes.

"Let's try to live so many years, love is just a useless feeling" Ladon murmured.

Sabina glanced at Ladon with a sour face. "I can't blame you for thinking like that, Dragon Master. Even if you really want to fall in love, but the truth is there is no longer a creature of one species with you. That means you're destined to live alone forever. It's sad" Sabina said as she shook her head, putting on a fake sympathetic face.

Ladon hissed briefly while turning his head towards Sabina who was looking at him full of scorn. "I'm sorry for your words because you're young" he said, crossing his arms in front of his chest.

"When I don't feel at all guilty saying it," Sabina murmured softly.

"What did you say?" sergeant Ladon almost lost his temper.

"Once you have, stop your quarrel. We've arrived" Aiden said, wounding them both.

Sure enough, said Aiden, they are now in front of the door of Sybilina's room. Ladon refused to go inside and said that he would just wait at the door. So after a few beats, Sabina finally entered with Aiden.

"Satan, Aiden. It's good to see you guys together" said Sybilina, who was lying alone in a bed.

"How's Mom doing?" tanya Sabina then sat on the small chair beside the bed.

"It's been quite improved, Sabina. His wounds are closed. Just waiting for Mother's energy recovery" Sybilina replied with a smile. "How are you, Aiden? I'm relieved to see you're okay" continued Sybilina turning to Aiden who was standing by Sabina's side.

"All thanks to the cookies you bring. Thank you very much" Aiden said sincerely.

Sybilina smiled with relief. "I'm happy that someone is enjoying my cooking. In this house people do not really like human food. If my condition is better, I'll make you more food, Aiden."

"I'm looking forward to it. But for now you should focus on recovery first" Aiden replied with a smile.

Sybilina nodded in response. He then asked about the battle with the werewolves in front of the castle. Sabina recounted the whole incident without the slightest lack. The mother listened carefully, but her facial water turned grim when she heard that her husband and two daughters might have to go on another mission trip to the lycans' lair.

Sabina touched her mother's hand and held it gently.

"There are fathers, Aiden and Miangase protecting us. Ladon will also be coming. Mom just calm down. I will take care of myself" Sabina said trying to calm down.

Sybilina took a deep breath. Even though his daughter said so, but he knew how dangerous the place they were going to be.

"Ladon is ... what dragon are you telling me about?" ask Sybilina later.

Sabina nodded slowly.

"Is he strong? You don't want to introduce her to Mom?"

"Ah, he .. is not a very pleasant person. I'd better meet her when she's cured. Talking to the arrogant creature will only consume energy," said Sabina looked tired.

Sybilina laughed a little. "It's not usually that you hate other people until it's like that. It seems like this dragon is no ordinary dragon."

"She's a real bitch, Mom … ."

Suddenly the sound of knocking on the door rang out and cut off Sabina's words. Not long after that the door of the room was opened, showing Ladon with his long hair that black sparkles. He walked towards Sybilina with steady steps.

"Because you're talking about me, especially about the criticism you're making unfairly, then I'm forced to come in here to introduce myself better," ladon said as he leaned over the span and extended his hand to Sybilina.

Sybilina received the helping hand politely and smiled kindly. Unexpectedly Sabina, Ladon's subsequent actions were completely beyond her expectations. Ladon kissed the backs of Sybilina's hands as if they were Lord and Lady in the Victorian era. Sabina suddenly frowned in disdain until she was at a loss for words.

"It turns out you're very polite, Mr. Ladon," Sybilina said kindly. "I'm Sybilina Rickle, the hostess of this house. Sorry, I cannot say hello politely at this time. My condition has not made it possible to get out of bed."

"Tonight is more than enough, madam. Let me help you to heal those wounds, if you please" Ladon said.

Sabina was completely dumbfounded to hear her mother's conversation with Ladon. How could the two of them be so familiar in such a fast time.

"Can you do it?" ask Sybilina later.

"of course. It was not a difficult thing for a Dragon," Ladon answered, raising his right hand and pointing to Sybilina's scar on his shoulder, back to his belly.

A bluish light emerged from every area Ladon's hand passed through. Sybilina's body improved quickly. His strength had recovered and the poison from the lycan who had previously aggravated Sybilina's wounds had been neutralized.

"You are absolutely amazing. All the pain I felt instantly vanished, "say Sybilina was really happy.

Sabina's mother tried to get out of bed and it turned out that her body had completely recovered.

"Just consider this our introductory gift," Ladon said as he glanced at Sabina with a knotty smile.

Sabina snorted resentfully at having to admit that Ladon did have a lot of benefits for her.
