Fire Breath

Fire Breath
Onslaught

The arrival of Sabina's entourage was greeted by the ravaged forest conditions. Trees fell down and scattered on the irregular ground. From behind the destroyed forest, the big furry figures who walked with tenants, as if they were just having a picnic in the forest.

Dozens of figures seemed to grin viciously. Both of their eyes were red and staring in agitation. The muzzle of his wolf dripped disgusting saliva.

"A pack of stray dogs like you don't bother me at all. So this is all you can do? You can't even touch our castle" Hazel scoffed.

The lycan growled furiously. The one who had the largest body immediately advanced toward Hazel without fear. Her body is twice as tall as the vampires, but Hazel doesn't seem daunted at all.

"This is a new warning, Bloodsucker. We won't hesitate anymore if you don't get out of the way. This land and forest will soon belong to the lycan people" the big-bodied wolf growled.

"When you know who you're dealing with, Ricolov. Your scarf seems to appear after gaining the power of a human witch. Shameless," replied Hazel coldly.

Ricolov's eyes stared at Hazel with emotion. "Your pride will soon disappear Hazel. Once we take control of the land of the vampires in the south, your turn will come. Just wait quietly. I've warned you many times. Do not regret when later we completely destroy your immortality," Ricolov said still accompanied by the sound of his wolf growl.

"That will not happen" said Hazel, who disappeared from Ricolov's presence the next second.

In one blink of an eye, the head of the Ricle family has now jumped to the back of Ricolov's head and attacked the nape of the wolf with his very sharp vampire claws. Blood flowed from Ricolov's neck and shoulders. The werewolf collapsed without even realizing what had happened to him.

The first attack triggered the herd of lycan to immediately attack. They roared furiously and began to attack the vampires who numbered only half their number. Hazel is now struggling with her new victim. It dissects the chest of another werewolf and makes the internal organs of the creature decompose outward.

Unfortunately, all these attacks were in vain. Ricolov and the other wounded werewolves recovered quickly. His body regenerated in an unreasonable manner. Their wounds closed just like that without leaving a single trace. The wolves are endless.

The only attack that was lethal enough for the lycan was the immortal fire magic from Aiden. Several times Aiden threw the magic and burned the feathers of the lycan. Aiden's eternal flame wasn't easily extinguished. Precisely the fires will not be extinguished before they burn the entire body of the victim to the bones. But because the number of lycanites is so many, Aiden though not the power to continuously release magic power. He was almost on the threshold of his stamina.

Because of the ability to heal the lycan, the fight becomes very long. Neither side was pressed because neither the vampires nor the werewolf hordes were equally strong. Finally, after the battle had reached saturation point, suddenly a large fireball that was burning was thrown from one of the battle points.

The two camps turned their eyes towards the attack. Sabina who was struggling with a rough-haired werewolf also turned her head in the same direction. However, how shocked Sabina was when she found out that Ladon's human body was now preparing to throw a second fireball from her mouth. He's not even a dragon! At least it is human.

However, before it was prevented by anyone, the second flame ball was immediately welcomed. Some werewolves dodge in droves because their thick fur is very susceptible to fire. In addition, if they were scorched to dust, the regeneration power would not be able to save them.

"Look at your strength is still very strong, Dragon," Hazel said in a blaring voice. Even though he had just done a long battle, but there were no strokes of fatigue at all on his face

"I have a name, Vampire," Ladon replied no less arrogantly.

"You who come to my territory, you should be more honorable" Hazel insisted.

Ladon laughed arrogantly. "Vampires like you only live a quarter of my age. Before you were in this world, all this land belonged to my people" Ladon said, folding his hands and raising his face.

In the end Sabina and the others were forced to witness the arrogance of two mythological creatures that were thousands of years old.  If not immediately broken up, the two of them might result in a much more dangerous battle and damage to the environment.

"Ladon, Dad, stop! Can we now focus on the problem of the lycan alone?" sambar Sabina mediates.

"Ladon, although your people are amazing, but they're extinct and you're alone. That's not something to be proud of. And Father, although this is Father's territory, but the wolves have repeatedly sobbed to the point of almost entering our residence. That's embarrassing too. So now stop acting silly and we should talk about how to defeat those wolves" Sabina continued.

Both Hazel and Ladon fell silent upon hearing Sabina's words. They lost their appetite to argue because Sabina's speech was indeed a fact that pierced their self-esteem.

"Alright, Vampire. This time I will forgive you. My name is Ladon, the last of my kind," Ladon said as he lay face to face.

Hazel looked unhappy, but she had no choice but to reply to Ladon.

"Hazel Rickle's. The head of the Rickle family, "Hazel replied in short.

The two people looked at him with glittering eyes. Even without words, their oppressive auras filled the atmosphere.

"Let's go back." Now it was Valerie's turn to try to break the tense atmosphere.

Finally the tense conversation between the two oldest beings was over. The group walks back to the Rickle family residence and finishes discussing the destruction of the lycan. This time Ladon and Aiden were invited to the meeting. Ever since they discovered their abilities in dealing with werewolves, Hazel Rickle has decided to recognize them as allies of vampires and be allowed to participate in a plan to destroy werewolves.
