Before returning to the mansion, Thea and Velvet stopped by a cafe and had a light chat there until it didn't feel like it was half past 12 p.m.

They finally came home. When he arrived at the mansion, Thea's phone rang. He picked it up for a while and then immediately closed it again.

"What's thea doing?" ask Velvet.

"I'll be gone for a minute. I have a sudden affair with my friend" replied Thea.

"Do I not need to accompany you?" ask Velvet.

"no need. You have to rest a lot because it's been a good night" Thea replied.

"Is it okay to go alone?" ask Velvet again.

"Come on's. I'm a karate black belt holder" Thea replied smilingly.

"Alright master... Be careful on the road" said Velvet.

"Hm. Maybe I'll stay at my friend's. I'll tell mommy later, Bye.." Thea said.

Then Velvet got out of the car and went into the mansion. He went straight to his room and looked shocked when there was someone sitting in the darkness in his room.

"Where have you been?" ask that figure who is none other than Damon.

"OH GOD'S... You startled me, Dam," cried Velvet in shock as she held onto her chest.

Damon stood up and approached Velvet.

"It's been a very night. Where have you been?" ask Damon again.

"I went with Thea to buy a book" Velvet replied.

"Is the bookstore open until midnight?" ask Damon.

"I went to the cafe after that, Hey why are you interrogating me?" asked Velvet who arrived annoyed because of Damon's face which was not at all pleasant when she saw it.

Shouldn't Damon hug her and smile at her because they haven't seen each other for a long time? That's what Velvet had in mind.

"You didn't tell me you were going out. You should have told me, " Damon said with a tired face.

"You tired, Dam? And now you're taking it out on me?" ask Velvet

Velvet just realized that her phone was in bed and she didn't put it in her bag.

"I forgot to bring my phone. I don't like your tone. You mad at me?" snapped Velvet.

"Oh God's.. Never mind, I don't want to prolong this. It's been 2 hours I've been home and I've been wasting my time here" said Damon, who then entered the bathroom.

Velvet did not like Damon's attitude and suddenly immediately threw a plastic package containing the book in the direction of the bathroom door when Damon closed the door.

Damon, who had entered the bathroom, finally opened the door again because of Velvet's actions.

"What are you doing?" damon said to hold his voice so as not to yell at Velvet.

"You yelling at me?" ask Velvet whose eyes are glazed.

"Come on baby. I'm not yelling at you at all" Damon replied with a cold face.

Velvet looked sharply at Damon's face which did not look too clear because the room was still in a dim state where only the balcony and bathroom lights were lit.

Velvet kept quiet and said nothing.

"alright. I was wrong. I'm sorry for you. I was wrong because I came here and didn't tell you. You're completely innocent here. It's all my fault, OK?" damon said and he went back into the bathroom.

Suddenly Velvet's chest hurt because of Damon's words. Her pregnancy hormones are starting to take hold of her again. Velvet cried at the place where she was standing and did not move from there.

The longer Velvet the more she could not hold back her cries until Velvet was as excited and her shoulders moved because of her cries. Velvet cried very rarely and there was no crying in her dictionary except for her mother's death.

But today Velvet really couldn't hold back the emotion in her chest and vented it with tears.

Damon is very tired today because the daddy had invited him to attend a meeting in the company to replace Dillon. After that, he returned to guard Dillon who will start his second operation tomorrow afternoon.

Tonight, Damon must look after Dillon again because Dillon's condition must be completely stable before surgery. Galy also keeps Dillon in the hospital with Rey.

Damon could've told the nurse to look after Dillon but he couldn't do that. He wanted to make sure Dillon was okay.

Velvet understood that very well. That's why she hasn't told Damon and his family about her pregnancy to keep their attention from being split. Velvet can still maintain its content that is not at all problematic. Only the emotional issue was enough to bother him.
