Edith's funeral was quick and smooth. The results of the investigation stated that Edith had a pure single accident.
His car derailed when it rained and hit a roadblock made of iron. It made Edith's car overturned and suffered a very severe impact.
Edith was using a Velvet car given by her daddy.
Edith's death made Owen feel devastated until he entered the hospital due to a heart attack.
Owen was actually thinking about Velvet who must have been devastated by Edith's departure.
Damon informs his family about the incident and Galy soon comes to Velvet's house to strengthen him.
Galy couldn't believe what had happened to Edith because she still met Edith this afternoon.
Yeah, Galy and Edith met this afternoon. Edith invites Galy to meet at a cafe. They were just chatting lightly.
But one that Galy caught from their conversation. Edith repeatedly told Galy to take care of Velvet when she wasn't around. Because Edith felt Galy was very good to Velvet.
Edith also told me about her life. And Galy understood quite well what had happened to Edith's life that was quite winding.
Galy came in all black clothes. He headed straight for Velvet who was sitting on the sofa with Damon beside him.
"Sorry dear, aunty is late coming," Galy said and hugged Velvet.

Soon, Rey arrives and sits down next to Galy. Roderick seemed to thank them for helping with all the funerals and so on.
Roderick was busy receiving guests who had arrived a lot.
Velvet didn't say a word. Galy understands that.
She even feeds Velvet a meal because Velvet has no desire to do anything but shut up and contemplate.
In the afternoon, Velvet's friends came with their families. Their presence was quite strengthening for Velvet.
Galy was a little relieved about it. But he'll keep an eye on Velvet.
Night approaching. Galy and Rey are going home.
"Honey, aunty go home first. Tomorrow aunty will be here again" said Galy, wiping the back of Velvet's hand.
"Hmm, thank you aunty, I'm fine, don't worry," Velvet said languidly.
"Did Damon need to sleep here?" ask Galy
"no need. There's a friend of my friend and stepfather here" Velvet said.
"All right, we'll be here again tomorrow. Don't hesitate to ask us for help, baby. Think of us as your family" Galy rubbed Velvet's pale cheeks.
Velvet just nodded.
Then Damon told Velvet.
"I'm home, call me if you need my help, I've got my number on your phone" Damon said, wiping Velvet's head off.
"Hmm, thank you," Velvet replied softly.

The next day, Velvet was still in a sad mood. Friends always entertain Velvet even though Velvet is not too pushy when spoken to.
The loss Velvet felt was indeed very deep. And there's no antidote. Her father's family reported that Owen was being treated in the ICU.
That's getting Velvet down. His life seemed empty because the person he loved was gone and his daddy was struggling.
Roderick hasn't wanted to bother Velvet. He also could not bear to leave Velvet alone in a house this big. But Roderick still has to leave because this is not his home.
