2 weeks passed. Today, Velvet woke up early and immediately prepared to be ready to go to school. After everything was ready, Velvet came out of her room and headed for the dining room.

Velvet saw Edith and Roderick looking friendly. Velvet was happy to see that. He wished Edith and Roderick were always happy and friendly like that.

"Morning Mom, Uncle," Velvet smiled and sat down next to Edith.

"Morning, Honey. Sit down, we have breakfast together" Edith smiled.

Then they eat breakfast together like a happy little family. Velvet was happy about it, because she finally had a complete family.

After breakfast, Velvet headed straight to school as today was her last exam day.

A week ago, Velvet took a driving course. Velvet is not too busy anymore in the minimarket because Norman has got a partner for Velvet, a woman named Riana.

And Velvet hopes Riana will feel at home working there given Heidi's attitude is quite hard.

Velvet did her exams very smoothly, as did her three best friends.

After school, Velvet headed straight to the minimarket and from the outside already saw a large motorbike swarm parked in front of the mini market.

"Are they again?" muttered Velvet.

Velvet then sees the men she knows as friends with Damon and Francis.

"Halooo, little brother," Francis smiled.

Damon seemed to drink his soda and looked at Velvet with his sharp eyes.

Velvet didn't really touch Francis' call and went straight into the minimarket.

He also just glanced at Damon and did not care about it.

"Hi, Riana," said Velvet.

"Hello, Vel.. Oh yeah, do those handsome guys come here often?" asked Riana enthusiastically.

"Sometimes," Velvet replied and put on her work vest then sat behind the cashier's desk.

"I'd be very comfortable if they came here often. They're very handsome, Vel," Riana said.

"Do the right thing, Riana. You're still training here" Norman said from behind Riana.

Shortly after, Damon and his friend seemed to leave the minimarket.

Before that, Francis called out to Velvet from the front of the door.

"Next night we'll be here again" Francis shouted and waved his hand at Velvet.

Velvet did not react. He looked flatly at Francis until Francis finally left.

"You know him, Vel?" riana approached Velvet as Norman was going to the bathroom

"Hmm," replied Velvet while doing her job checking the income and expenditure of goods in the minimarket.

"Can I also meet them?" ask Riana.

"You can get to know them yourself. Don't involve me" Velvet replied.

"Alright, later tonight I will get acquainted with them," said Riana enthusiastically.

By nightfall, Norman had returned to his home. Riana still accompanies Velvet there even though she can actually go home.

But Riana wanted to wait for Damon's horde of friends first because she wanted to get acquainted with them.

And Velvet doesn't care how Riana gets acquainted with Damon and the gang.

Across the minimarket....

"You sure about this, Jonah?" ask a man in the car who is now with Jonah and his three friends.

They all looked towards the minimarket.

"Hmm, that's it," pointed Jonah at Velvet who was throwing garbage in the trash bin in front of the minimarket.

"Hey, he's just a snot kid. Aren't you wrong, Jonah?" said another friend of Jonah, laughing softly.

"He's not that weak, Bruno. Anyway we're just going to attack the shop. I can't wait to see his reaction when the minimarket is destroyed" Jonah said with a sly smile.
