The next night, Velvet and her family come to Damon's mansion. Galy didn't tell her that she invited Velvet and her family to dinner there.

"It looks like they're all conglomerates" said Roderick, who saw the Damon family's mansion.

Velvet and Edith did not respond too much to Roderick's remarks. They then entered the mansion.

Galy was already welcoming in front of the main door.

"Hello baby, how are you?" galy asked who then hugged Velvet and kissed her cheeks.

"I'm great aunty. Oh yes, this is my parents" said Velvet.

"Hello, nice to meet you mistress," said Edith shaking Galy's hand.

Then Roderick shook hands with him too.

"Let's go in" said Galy.

Then they went straight into the dining room.

"Damon has not arrived. He's still on his way from his apartment. Come sit down," Galy grabbed Velvet by the shoulder and escorted her to her seat.

Because his words made everyone there look towards Phoenix and Velvet.

Damon who was behind the Phoenix instantly snapped at the Phoenix's head.

"Just sit down" said Damon.

"Ck, what are you doing, brother?" phoenix protested while holding her head then took a seat next to Velvet.

Galy laughed softly because of it. Phoenix is 12 years old, but her body is a bongsor and she has a face and stature that is very similar to Rey.

Throughout dinner, Damon's eyes were not off Velvet. Velvet realized that and she felt awkward.
