Velvet couldn't help but cry. He was crying hysterically on the side of the road in a sitting position and his hand hit the ground.

Riana who saw that from a distance immediately ran over to Velvet.

"Vel..what's up?" riana asked confusedly looking at Velvet who was so out of control.

Velvet didn't listen to Riana. She kept crying hysterically.

"VELL!!! what was?tell me. Don't panic me" said Riana trying to hug Velvet but Velvet pushed her.

Velvet couldn't accept this fact. Edith is his most precious treasure. It could have driven him crazy if he lost his mommy.

Velvet was crying hysterically and crying.

"VELL!! PLEASE STOP!!!" riana shouted and shook Velvet's shoulder to make Velvet wake up.

"What's this?" damon was there riding his motorcycle.

Damon was just on his way home to his apartment. And he always goes down that road.

Damon immediately got off his bike and held Velvet's shoulder.

"Hey, what is it?!", cried Damon as Velvet was still crying out loud.

"What's wrong with her??" damon asked Riana.

"I don't know, she arrived this way after receiving a call," Riana replied.

"Let's take me home" said Damon, who was still holding Velvet's shoulder.

Velvet let go of Damon's hand on her shoulder and bowed to the ground.

"I can't. I can't, I can't" Velvet said as she pleased with her dirty hands covered in dirt.

"What's wrong? tell me, I'll help you" Damon cupped Velvet's cheek and looked at her pitiful face.

"Mommy.mommy," said Velvet.

"Hmm, tell me, tell me," Damon continued.

"Mommy died" Velvet said in a choked voice and returned to tears.

Damon hugged Velvet. Riana who heard it was also immediately shocked and cried.

Riana knew a little about the Velvet family. And Velvet always told me about her mommy back then.

Damon was silent for a long time and still hugged Velvet.

"Don't worry, you're not alone" Damon said at last as he calmed Velvet down and rubbed her back.

Velvet was still crying and couldn't stop. He was too scared to go to the hospital. He wasn't ready to see Edith.

"I won't be able to see it" Velvet shrieked in Damon's arms.

"I'll keep you company, you'll have to see" Damon said, releasing his arms and cupping Velvet's jaw back.

"No... I can't," Velvet's voice choked.

"I'll drive you, come on," said Damon lifting Velvet's limp body.

"I don't want to go" said Velvet.

Velvet cried again and Damon hugged her again.

"Oh God, I'm with you, I promise I won't leave you" Damon said.

Riana wiped her tears and was a little relieved that there was Damon calming Velvet.

Shortly thereafter, Damon takes Velvet to the hospital where Edith's body is buried.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Damon clasped Velvet's dirty hands tightly and took her to the toilet to wash her hands.

Velvet just kept quiet about what Damon was doing. Damon even cleansed Velvet's face that was dirty from tears and exposed to the ground.

Afterwards, Damon takes Velvet to the room where Edith is.

In front of the room was Roderick. He walked over to Velvet and hugged her. But Velvet didn't let go of Damon's hand. He kept holding it tight.

"I'm sorry uncle, it should have been uncle to pick him up and not let mommy go alone" Roderick said sadly.

Velvet simply fell silent and said nothing.

"Let me with him see his mommy" Damon told Roderick.

And Roderick nodded.

Damon brought Velvet into the room and it appeared that Edith's body had been covered in a white cloth.

Velvet stopped her steps.

"I'd be crazy to see it, I wouldn't see it" Velvet said at last.

"You'll regret it later" replied Damon.

"No, I won't regret it" replied Velvet.

Damon then hugged Velvet and rubbed her back gently. He just wanted Velvet to be calmer and ready to accept this reality.

"You still don't want to see it?" damon asked after a long time of seeing her.

"I'm afraid," Velvet replied in a very slow voice.

"Trust me, you will be more relieved if you see it, there will be no regret later" Damon said.

Then slowly Damon carried him in front of Edit's body which had been stretched stiff.

Then Damon let go of his embrace and opened the white cloth until Edith's pale face was seen.

Then Velvet caught a glimpse and immediately sat down and cried again.

Damon sat down and hugged her back. Damon knew this must have been very hard on Velvet.

Velvet was still crying and Damon could only hug her and rub her back continuously.

Damon waited a few minutes until Velvet stopped crying.

Later, Damon helps Velvet stand up and finally Velvet sees Edith's face one last time.

Deep sorrow cannot be contained by it. Velvet cried again while hugging her mother's body.
