After He's gone

After He's gone
nineteen. secrets

Alana still has no explanation from the departure of Ananta yesterday. Again he was left with his wild thoughts alone. A wild mind that begins to imagine things that might happen. Moreover, Ananta's attitude felt a little different today. Ananta changed overnight.

Ananta was clearly not in the Olympic room this afternoon, but also did not approach him as usual. Ananta doesn't even go to school with him. He realized there was something bad that he didn't know happened yesterday.

Alana was still wandering deep in her mind to the point that there was not a single piece of material in the class that she was studying properly.

"Well!!!" Calling a teacher half-shouting, Alana did not notice it because her mind was still full of Ananta.

"Ma..." Lisa's best friend is trying to resuscitate Alana. Alana had just turned her head after she nudged him a few times.

"Eh why?" Alana looked dazed.

"Mrs Dian..." Lisa's whisper signaled her to face forward. When she turned her head, Bu Dian was already shaking her waist looking at him furiously.

"If it's not serious, you better get out of my class!" Said her.

Not daring to refute, Alana resignedly walked out of the classroom without the slightest protest. He ended up leaning against the front wall of the classroom with his lethargic body.

"Dumb shit. Ananta's a fool." Annoyed annoyed. He blamed Ananta for making him unable to focus on anything.

After the lesson was over, they now entered the break. But Alana reluctantly leaves the classroom to meet Ananta. After all he was sure, Ananta would not be where he was looking either. If Ananta is away, want to be found will be useless.

Instead of going to the cafeteria, Alana chose to sleep in class. Alana ignored her hungry stomach because she forgot to eat breakfast this morning. His bad mood makes him lazy to do anything.

"Na, aren't you hungry?" Lisa asks before leaving Alana alone in class. Alana just shook her head slowly before putting her head on the table.

"first" he said briefly. In an instant he was completely left alone in the classroom.

As her eyes closed, Alana heard a step closer towards her desk. He realized that. But Alana refused to wake up and chose to pretend to sleep. I don't know who rubbed his head slowly. The man did not speak a single sentence.

After a few llamas of silence, he left something on the table, then left Alana's class. Alana waited quietly. Still pretending to sleep while holding back his curiosity all his might. After the voice was completely gone, Alana was willing to get up and check her surroundings.

'You smell that perfume... Familiar' thought Alana guessed who had just come. He looked at the thing that the person had left behind. His favorite piece of cheese bread. Looking at the milk and cheese-covered bread, he suddenly felt hungry. This one food he can not refuse, especially only certain people who know his favorite food.

"i know it's you... Yes" muttered Alana before eating the medium-sized bread. His feelings felt a little better even though worry still bothered him. Alana couldn't even hold back her smile anymore. At least with this he knows Ananta is fine even though Ananta still hasn't met him to talk.

After the school hours were over, the whole afternoon he still did not meet Ananta. Alana still did not stop writing messages for Ananta even though none of them were read. He chose to return to the dormitory with a slight lethargy.

Alana slowly steps up her legs until the hostess stops her as she is about to climb the stairs to the second floor.

"take Alana wait" he said to stop Alana who had climbed several stairs. The mother gave Alana a bouquet of purple flowers.

"This is mbak, there's a flower from a handsome mas to mbak Alana." The mother's words made Alana wonder.

"Who's buk from?" Alana still did not understand who gave her the flowers.

"That's a mas that's often the same mbak..." That explanation didn't help, Alana's mind guessed two people who actually felt impossible.

"Oh.. Mas Ananta... That handsome one, he said to Alana." The mother finally remembered Ananta's name.

Hearing him Alana's heart immediately warmed. Happy invaded her heart seeing the first flower Ananta gave her. Well, the first flower he got while knowing Ananta. Very sweet and ironic. Since he had known Ananta for decades, only today was he treated this well.

"That's been from yesterday, I'm sorry to be given now." Said the mother again, but Alana ignored him after the beautiful flower was in her arms. A sense of happiness filled his chest even though he was still worried that he had not completely disappeared.

He sent a message to thank you, obviously. This is the only way they communicate now. They haven't met at all since yesterday.

***

After the day she received the flowers, Alana still had not met Ananta at school. He can't find Ananta anywhere. Different classes in High School turned out to be very troublesome because he became difficult to find out Ananta news.

During the day Alana's feelings were mixed when she received Ananta's message which read 'don't look for me, I want to be alone first'. A very sad sentence for Alana, especially Alana does not know what the problem is until Ananta does not want to see her. I don't know what the problem is now. Is it because of her or something else???

When his heart was in such a mess, he found arkan who approached him with a doubtful smile.

"Na, come with yuk. I want to tell you a message from Ananta" said Arkan with a bit of a mysterious feeling, inversely proportional to arkan who used to talk loosely with Alana.

Arkan takes Alana to a cafe that sells Alana's favorite sweet pastries, a little clumsy in an unusual environment he goes to. And she asked him there.

Arkan looked at Alana amidst a very awkward atmosphere. No one starts the conversation. From the beginning Alana prepared to be a listener, while arkan looked hesitant and ended up not talking at all.

Her face looked frustrated as if she should have done something other than sit still.

"Arkan. You want to tell me what..." Alana could not stand it because she just stayed in front of her.

"Diem used to be daunted" he said, then continued his strange behavior that seemed to be gathering courage.

"Alana's "hunt" grew impatient after a few minutes had passed. The cake he ordered was gone. Arkan glanced at the watch in his hand nervously. There's an invisible war in his mind right now.

"No Na, I'm not strong. I give up." He let out a long sigh and then moved from the seat, towards the cashier paying for their order and left Alana who was still sitting dumbly at the table. 'Redy why?' Alana was still wondering when she was completely out of the cafe.

"Basic freak. Ngapain ngajak-ngajak here. Again with." Alana's upset can't be held back anymore. Instead of answering the question in Alana's head, arkan just add to the burden of her mind by sitting still while treating her to eat cake.

Alana is increasingly upset with two strange boys who are predicated on her boyfriend and best friend. Afterwards, Arkan sends a message that he did not expect. Announcement about the schedule of tomorrow's drama club activities that only he read a glance lazily. He doesn't care about that anymore. His mind is full of Ananta now.

After the incident at the cafe, Alana is also still lazy to meet with arkan. Coming to a club meant he had to meet again on Sunday. Finally, despite longing for gea, and Rara, Alana chooses to return home to escape the club activities.
