It was dark when Ananta returned to school. His Sunday was fast because of the trip he had to take to go to the hospital.
He first went to the female dorm before returning to his own room. His heart felt it had to make sure of Alana's condition first. Ananta looked up at Alana's window, which had been lit, the sign that she was doing something there and had not fallen asleep.
Ananta plans to call Alana before seeing the 100 missed calls on her phone screen. Her phone had been in silent mode since morning, but she had not expected Alana to have been looking for it since noon. He must have been looking for him right after the club activities were over.
The hundreds of messages she received from the same one contact caused her to panic.
Ananta immediately finds Alana's number and calls her. The sound rang for quite a while before Alana answered her call furiously.
"Where are you going?" Assaulting Alana after the connected call, she spoke in a high tone of course. Alana had been holding back her frustration since noon.
"There's business for a moment" he replied timidly.
"From noon on the phone you can't. You're nothing." Panic Alana. Alana called her father in the hospital, and his father said Ananta wasn't there. But still the worry in his chest had not subsided.
"Nothing. Look out the window" Ananta said. Without waiting for a long time, Alana's face appeared there, scattering the white curtain until it appeared on the edge of the window. The worried look gradually turned into a smile as he looked directly at the man across the phone standing in front of his dorm.
"Wait there. Don't go anywhere." Alana said briefly leaving a silence for some time. Faintly Ananta heard Alana's footsteps coming down the stairs in a hurry. Alan won't even turn off his phone for fear of Ananta leaving again.
"Be careful. Don't run" Ananta said, not heard by Alana who was still running. His smile widened as he reached the lobby door.
Alana immediately rushed into Ananta's embrace and hugged him without a word long enough. It had only been a few hours but it felt like he had already missed this man in front of him greatly. He always made her panic when she could not be contacted at all. Alana stayed in her position for a while before whispering something.
"I'm out of the drama club..." Alana's whisper in Ananta's ear made her smile fade away instantly.
"Don't" said Ananta frantically pushing Alana slightly away in order to see Alana's face straight away.
"You've been missing all day. I want to wait for you every week so that it does not disappear again" Angry Alana who has planned to follow Ananta Sunday activities since morning, so she can know the state of Ananta every day.
"Sorry, my phone is silent mode from the morning. Next time it will not disappear again. Don't quit the drama club, yeah,." Ananta Bulujuk. He did not want to destroy what he had planned before. Moreover, according to him Alana is comfortable in her environment now. She didn't want to make Alana feel like she didn't have any more friends.
"Promise first" Alana pulled out her little finger without fear of looking childish. He doesn't care, he only cares about Ananta, that's all.
"Yes promise." Ananta answered hooking his little finger even though it felt strange. Seeing Alana who was now smiling made Ananta a little relieved, it meant that he had really been forgiven.
Alana tightened her embrace again before remembering she had not asked about where Ananta had disappeared today.
"hmm?" Ananta loosened his embrace after being looked at so seriously.
"you're not cheating on me." asked Alana, well even though Alana's not sure if they belong to the official category of dating.
"no" Ananta replied firmly, his head shaking in panic when looked at seriously like this. When she thinks of other women, Alana is more than enough for her.
"keep going where?" ask Alana. This question is often not answered by Ananta, but he still wants to hear the answer. Who knows, this time Ananta will answer.
"hmm. meet the advisor" Ananta replied. No lying, just calling it something else.
"indeed you the King uses all advisors. Who's the advisor." asked Alana not to accept with that ambiguous answer. Well, Ananta should have guessed that the answer would not satisfy Alana's question.
"Sometimes I ask you to meet him.wait a minute" he said final. After all, he had also promised Brother Fio to bring Alana next time.
"hummm okay. Watch out if you're lying." threatened Alana seriously.
"don't. trust me." Ananta invited Alana to sit down as it seemed like their chat would be quite a while. They were sitting in the lobby, the boys' access limit in the girls' dormitory. She was actually tired, but seeing the cheerfully smiling Alana made her want to stay a while longer.
"so... How's the club? got any cement?" ananta's asking was like a father's question to his son.
"humm. is pretty exciting too. Although at first it was a bit strange but it turned out they were good." said Alana told the people she met today. Ananta only listened with a faint smile.
"Thank God" Ananta replied, his smile expanding. He already knew that because he had seen the photo that Arkan had sent this morning. But hearing it directly from Alana made her even happier.
Alana continued her story at length, telling her about her first impressions of meeting her new friends this morning. Alana smiled occasionally, while Ananta still listened patiently. She was fascinated, it felt like all this time she had rarely noticed how beautiful Alana was when excited about something. He was like, shining with invisible light. Ah, she should have noticed Alana more often.
Alana's story stops when Ananta interrupts. The sky was getting darker now it was almost past Alana's usual bedtime. Ananta forces Alana to enter the dorm room again despite being rewarded with a pouting face for not being satisfied with meeting Ananta.
"we meet again tomorrow, yes." persuaded Ananta until finally Alana according. Ananta breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Alana waving her hand at the glass window she saw from the front of the dorm building, driving her to her own dormitory.
Today, it's fun. His feelings are also a little better than before. He had never known before that just a few words could lighten the heavy burden on his heart. She was grateful to be able to meet Fio's sister today. And as a sign of gratitude he will pray for Kak Fio later.
This good man, let him live longer God. He is precious to me. Ananta's whisper stared at the dark sky which revealed the moonlight glowing perfectly round.
