10. The Unwanted

Yuki sat looking at the woman lying lifeless among the tall grass. On his neck was a bite mark, of course it was because of Yuki.

Imagining Hina's expression earlier made Yuki feel guilty for killing a good human being. He sucks the blood of the woman who wants to drive him to find his parents, but Yuki is just lying and setting him up.

Yuki only wanted to taste human blood, then felt an enormous power afterwards. If you have that power, Yuki thinks he will be able to protect Hina with his own hands that are no longer small and without any fear.

After a long pensive time, Yuki stood up and pulled the woman's body easily, not expending the slightest energy.

If Hina saw this, she would get angry.

As her little legs continued to step dragging the woman's corpse, suddenly a pair of legs stopped right in front of her. Yuki paused his steps, raising his head to stare innocently at the man who was now giving her a frightening grin.

"Hi, little boy. Need help?" tanyakanya.

Yuki tried to ignore. He dragged the body back past him.

"You know Takeda Shunji?"

The question made Yuki step back to stop. He was silent without even saying a word.

Genjo turned around, looking at Yuki's back from behind. He actually felt such great power, especially when a cold wind blew from the direction Yuki was standing as if he wanted to slash his body.

"Well, I can even feel your power. Who the hell are you?"

Yuki looked over a little. He released the corpse and suddenly a fire appeared burning the body.

Genjo was quite surprised by that. He suddenly felt a sense of alertness, especially when the child turned to face him.

"You. Your eyes are the symbol of the calamity that the blue full moon created. I'm sure you have a relationship with Shunji, that little outcast vampire."

Genjo's body was frozen when Yuki suddenly appeared from behind, holding his back. There was a strange sense in Genjo's current body flow that made him unable to move at all.

"Don't bother me with Dad," said Yuki pushing Genjo's small back but managed to get the body to bounce quite a distance.

Genjo rolled on top of the tall grass there. He coughed while trying to get up. When he saw it, Yuki was already nowhere.

"Damn! Mr. Udo should know this," Genjo growled and darted away quickly.

Meanwhile, Hina continued walking until she stopped at the large gate of the Shunji house area. He did not find Yuki. Hina felt bad for making the child angry and left the house.

"Hina," called someone from behind whom Hina believed Yuki.

"Where have you been?" tanyanya is approaching.

"I.. burned the body," I Yuki lowered her head.

"Ba-burn what?"

"The man I sucked his blood on. I burned it."

Hina crouched down, giving Yuki a gentle look. "You... Don't do that again. You know that's dangerous? Man should not know this. Don't do this again. Okay?"

"I'm sorry.." lirih Yuki lowered her head so deeply.

"I was happy when you said you wanted to protect and take care of me. I've never heard of it except from my father" Hina cupped Yuki's face. "But to protect and take care of me, there is no need to do anything dangerous let alone harm others. You just have to stay with me, Yuki. I'm glad you had the mind to protect me. Thanks."

Yuki observed the sincere smile that radiated on Hina's face. All her life, hundreds of years ago until now, Yuki had only seen a smile and it was from Hina. All this time Yuki can only play alone, without a smile or laughter, because Shun never wants to care about it.

"Hina, I love you," said Yuki who hugged Hina just like that.

"I am too."

The night is getting late.

Shun opened the door with a hurried step towards the kitchen to fetch the water he used to gargle. The bitter taste of the blood he sucked was still felt on the tongue until Shun several times tasted bad along the way.

At that moment, he realized the silence. Shun was curious about what Hina did with Yuki.

His long legs stepped up the stairs, then walked towards the door of Hina's room. Shun stood there without any intention of knocking.

"Why did I see him?" decih Shun was about to pass. But his blue hazel catches the light of the light coming out from the small crack of Yuki's open room door.

Shun slightly pushed the door to just peek. His eyes were on Hina who was asleep on the bed, accompanying Yuki who was also sound.

Hina's shadow suddenly turned into a female figure that had been in Shun's mind all along. Supposedly, Yuki was sound asleep in the woman's warm embrace. Honey, the woman that Shun meant had to leave first leaving the two of them.

"Master Shun?" call Hina a little wake up with a slightly hoarse voice whispering. She rubbed her eyes a little and then covered Yuki's body with a blanket before finally shuffling.

"What are you doing here?" ask Shun.

Hina immediately turned her head towards Yuki then hurriedly pulled Shun out of there.

"Don't speak out loud, Yuki will wake up," Hina reprimanded as she carefully closed the door.

Shun lowered his head, looking at his wrist that Hina was holding as he turned his back when he closed the door.

"You still don't realize he's a vampire?" shun asked without caring about the handle.

"Why indeed?" reply Hina no problem.

"He's been around for hundreds of years, which means he's older than you. Do you want to sleep with her like that? You treated him like a child."

"Although she was hundreds of years old, Yuki was only a child. You never gave her affection, ate her that way" Hina replied.

"What does this have to do with me? I never wanted that kid to exist. Even life or death I don't care" Shun said with a cold face.

Hina stared intently at Shun as she threw her grip on the wrist. For some reason, it makes Shun feel there is something empty and stuck.

"You're the jerk I've ever met" Hina said, leaving Shun a little flabbergasted.

"Excuse me. Why do you suddenly call me that? Does this have anything to do with you?"

"My father always took care of me even kept making sure I was okay even without my mother's help. He carried out both tasks. We don't even have as much treasure as you. But look at you. You never had anything to give your own son even if you were rich. At least give him a look of affection, not a stranger. You're a man who's not responsible for taking care of your own child. Ah, you're the most goddamn vampire ever."

"You're starting to argue with me about taking care of the kids?" challenge Shun to the waist.

"I'm his nanny. Although you're strong, you should give her a little care for you" Hina replied.

"You know? He was just the cause of the disaster in my life! He's already made dead someone very precious to me. You'll never understand my situation before you lose someone precious to a child like that. I never expected his life. If only my wife hadn't-"

There was a sound from the open shutters so hard they hit the wall. Hina opens the door again and finds that Yuki is no longer in her room.

Yuki went through the open window, running so fast away from her house with such a sad feeling.
