Rachel closed her eyes as soon as she heard the sound of the door closing slowly, from the tail of her eyes she still had a glimpse of Mahavir standing looking at her in the doorway. The true figure of the man had already penetrated into his heart.
Sick, he also felt the pain of treating Mahavir like that, but he himself did not know why his heart was so unable to accept all this reality. Anger at being played with made his hatred towards the man suddenly dominate in his heart. Rachel laid her body back to the bed, curled up like a baby by hugging her knees. Crying over his life now, crying over him who doesn't know what to do in the future.
While outside the room, Mahavir returns to the pantry. Prepare breakfast for himself and eat it alone. Although he currently has no appetite at all, but he still forced himself to fill his energy.
In the silent dining room, Mahavir bowed silently, at every single bend that entered his mouth, his tears also fell down. His jaw went up and down many times, along with how strong he swallowed the food of his chew and tried to hold his cry simultaneously.
Mahavir sighed softly, put his spoon back on the plate and pushed the plate away from his front. Sipping water from a clear glass glass as much as two sips and then put it away with the plate.
Ahhe... Even drinking water was so hard to get down in my esophagus....
Mahavir took a deep and powerful breath, trying to dampen something that was whack his mind. But it seemed to have failed, because after that, his cries broke. Both of his hands were raised quickly rubbing both of his cheeks.
No. gabe... No, I'm a man...
I can't be like this...
I have to be strong, I can't give up
by the time I've come this far....
Mahavir monologues alone. To him who was a man, it was embarrassing to cry like that. But right now he is alone, so it might not matter if he slightly evaporates his emotions. His hands were folded on the dining table, and he buried his face hiding in it. Silence, no sound. It was just that his shoulders seemed to be shaking and going up and down quickly. It indicates that the man is crying in silence.
Both are long dissolved in sadness and ego respectively. Until finally Rachel decided to better occupy herself in her office rather than stand still crying over her stupidity. Rachel went out of the room after cleaning herself and got a little decorated. His steps stopped as soon as he arrived at the dining room, a drop of his tears had escaped from his eye fertilizers to find the man who ravaged his heart was sitting there in a very chaotic situation. Rachel took a deep breath before her feelings faltered again.
"I'm going to the office....." Lirih. Either to just tell or ask for permission and then return to step foot.
Mahavir who had realized the whereabouts of his wife since then raised his head and rubbed his face violently.
"But you're still limp..." He said with a hoarse voice again hoarse.
Rachel stopped her steps. "I'm fine." Speak without turning.
"I'm taking you..." Rise up, step towards the sink and wash his face quickly.

Along the way, in the car both of them were silent. Rachel preferred to turn her face to the side, while Mahavir's gaze focused forward. Driving with one hand and the other resting on the side, in the window frame while his fingers pinched his temple.
Long the man was silent in his position with various thoughts in his head, until finally he realized that at this time he still had hope with the fetus in Rachel's womb. Hope that might make his wife excited and change his mind for him. Mahavir quickly turned the steering wheel, changing the direction of his car lane in the opposite direction from Rachel's office.
Rachel furrowed her brows as soon as the car turned, she turned to look at Mahavir for a moment, but turned her face to the side for being reluctant to speak.
"You didn't ask where we were going?" Mahavir asked who saw no response from his wife. Usually at times like this, the woman will continue to ask non-stop. But now, he's just pecking.
"Aren't you curious?" Ask again, luring the woman sitting next to him to talk. "Maybe I took you to the slaughterhouse of animals... Heheh." Continue with a little chuckle, trying to joke and behave as usual even though his heart feels slashed.
Rachel only glanced at a glance, yet still did not respond to anything. Mahavir closed his eyes, a single translucent droplet fell on the corner of his eye but quickly raised his finger and rubbed the corner of his eye. He refocused himself forward and drove calmly. It was just that both of his hands were grasping the steering wheel so firmly.
Rachel's gaze was still directed to the side, observing the path in silence. Go wherever Mahavir takes him. As soon as the car entered the hospital area until finally parked there even Rachel still did not respond to anything.
Mahavir turned off his car engine, turned to look at Rachel for a moment, then approached and opened his seatbelt. Again, there was no response from the woman, not even rejection. He sat there like a lifeless statue. Mahavir brought his face closer to his wife until his breath was so felt on the surface of Rachel's facial skin. Her big fingers raised slid Rachel's children's hair behind her ears gently.
"It's still not a wonder why we're here?" Mahavir asked again, fishing for the umpteenth time while looking into Rachel's eyes and trying to review her smile.
Highlights Mahavir's eyes are constantly trying to break into his eyes make Rachel close her eyes, the smell of the man's breath suddenly makes her feel bad to feel nausea again.
"Trear..." One of his hands was raised quickly and his mouth and nose were smothered at once, and the other hand pushed Mahavir away.
"My scent is bad too?" Mahavir asked while sniffing his scent intentionally, then smiled while gently rubbing Rachel's hair.
Rachel did not even frown as Mahavir kissed her forehead quickly and got out of the car and opened the door for her. Pulling his hand, linking his fingers into his big fingers, and grasping it tightly. Act as if nothing has happened. He led her to walk into a hospital corridor that he himself did not understand why they were there.
The man's hand was released when he arrived at the hospital lobby.
"Wait a minute here." He then approached the reception desk. Conversing for a while with a staff member there, she walked back to Rachel, pulled her hand and held her back. Rachel just followed obediently
The two entered the elevator which stopped on the third floor. Then Mahavir again led Rachel through a long corridor leading to one of the examination rooms. A room with warm shades with signboards on the doorstep that made Rachel's steps glued after reading it.
Realizing Rachel was moving away, Mahavir nimbly pulled his hand and locked his wife's movements by embracing her waist.
"To check yourself." Groping Rachel's head at a glance. "To see the development of our child." Her impression, which instantly made Rachel's pupils dilate.
"No... This is impossible, no..! I'm not pregnant. Not likely. I don't want to." The mess and trying to break away from Mahavir.
Mahavir did not stay still, he quickly pulled and brought Rachel into the room. "Don't embarrass yourself by making a fuss here." His whisper was half threatening. Rachel finally resigned and followed.
Inside there a middle-aged female doctor with blue eyeballs and a nurse who looked like her assistant immediately greeted kindly.
After making small talk, and checking Rachel's blood pressure, the female doctor named Caroline directs Rachel to lie in her examination gurney. The assistant moved quickly to cover Rachel's lower body with a blanket when the doctor Caroline revealed Rachel's dress up to show her white flat stomach smooth.
Realizing Rachel's nervousness, Mahavir who sat beside the gurney clasped his wife's clenched hands and was wet from a cold sweat. Both of Rachel's eyes were closed when the USG device and gel that felt so cold swept and moved on the surface of her abdominal skin. Back the corner of his eyes dripped a clear circle which he then felt rubbed by someone's finger. It was confirmed that the finger belonged to Mahavir.
"Do you remember when your last menstruation period was?" (*Do you remember the last menstrual period?) Ask Caroline's doctor while continuing to move her ultrasound device.
Rachel simply shook her head with eyes that were staring at Mahavir's pus. While Mahavir who looked at it was more focused on looking at the USG screen. Pay attention and listen carefully to the explanation of doctor Caroline about the image displayed by the tool with her face.
"Everything looks good, according to the measurement, it looks like your pregnancy has entered the third week." (*everything looks good, according to its size, it looks like your pregnancy has entered its third week.) said Caroline's doctor, showing a small dot in a circle that is the pregnancy sac.
Mahavir continued to observe the USG screen so enthusiastically and answered various questions from doctor Caroline in place of his wife who was only silent even more visibly shocked by her own circumstances.
Along the way to the parking lot, Mahavir continued to embrace Rachel with eyes that could not be separated even look at the photo paper of the four-dimensional ultrasound picture given by doctor Caroline so full of joy. Even when they were already sitting in the car, Mahavir was ceaselessly smiling while peeping the photo over and over again.
"Aren't you curious to see it?" Mahavir asked gently while thrusting the photo in front of Rachel, but his wife turned her face to the side. Mahavir sighed. The USG photo was put in his coat pocket and then looked back at his wife.
"Darling....." Mahavir approached and gently stroked Rachel's head. "It's okay if you hate me, but don't hate our son." Her request held Rachel's chin and made her turn to face him.
"Aren't you also happy with this good news, hmm??" Ask again while gently stroking Rachel's cheek.
Rachel sobbed again, the tears that had been held back and pooled in her eyes finally fell. Right now he really doesn't know whether to be happy or sad. Pregnancy that comes at the wrong time makes her feelings chaotic and worried. The news that should make him happy just now even makes him more shackled by Mahavir.
"Darling... Don't be like this. You're gonna hurt him, too..." Mahavir said as he gently stroked Rachel's flat stomach.
"I don't want it. I'm not ready...." He then sobbed and brushed away Mahavir's hand on his stomach.
"Rachel..!!" Holding both of Rachel's shoulders slightly firmly. "You don't want to, you have to accept it, it's our flesh and blood. The result of our love. The only thing that's gonna bind us both forever."
Rachel shook her head, smiling cynically followed by a stifled cry. "This is what you expected? Is this your plan all along?"
'UKK....'
Mahavir hit the driver of the car violently. Rachel's words again hurt her pride. Making the emotions he had been holding back soar and stirred up his anger. His jaw hardened, a flash of anger so radiated in his eyes. Without saying again Mahavir immediately started the car engine, planted a strong gas and drove his sports car like a man of loyalty. Fortunately, the road is quiet enough that their car is free of obstacles without anything unexpected happening.
In an instant, the sports car he was driving was now parked neatly in the private park penthouse room. Mahavir came down and slammed the door hard.
Leaving Rachel who was still sitting while sobbing on the passenger bench. Keep walking without turning around, step into the elevator that immediately takes him up to the top floor of the luxury building.
Rachel who was still insisting with her ego, got off the car listen slowly. Walk with gontai leaving the private parking area. But instead of following Mahavir up, he stepped out of the building. Hold the black cab and ride it. Ask the driver to take him around London. At least wandering around looking at the outside world could dispel the fatigue in his heart.
The taxi circled around until it finally stopped at Queen's Walk. Rachel limped down the area, then sat on one of the iron benches leading to the Thames. His eyes were empty looking far ahead.
The sky has begun to change color, the blue color of the sky appears and a sparkling glow of golden orange with a unique violet purple gradation blending into each other to decorate the horizon above. The air is getting down to the lowest temperature, making people who pass by increasingly close their jackets.
Rachel flinched from her daydream once someone suddenly draped a thick wool jacket over her back from behind.
"Let's go home, you can catch a cold later."
