Happy Reading again..."
Descending from a taxi, Rachel immediately swings her steps down the hospital building on the edge of the East river, which is a tidal strait in New York City.
With a hasty step, Rachael immediately rushed to the Nurse center which was the information center. Ask the whereabouts of the patient's treatment room named Mr. Alisters.
"Sorry madam, we can't tell at the request of the patient's family." (Sorry madam, we cannot notify you at the request of the patient's family)
Rachel's forehead immediately shriveled. "I am his wife!" Said loudly. "I can sue you for hiding my husband!" (i can sue you if I hide my husband.) he continued with threatening intonation, making the two nurses look at each other.
"Sorry madam." The nurse apologized, then told him the location of the treatment room of a man named Mr. Alisters.
"Thankyou!"
Once you get the desired information. Rushing Rachel swung her steps into the elevator.
Rachel bit her lower lip. His heart was pounding as if thrashing out of his chest cavity. While both of his lips twitched a variety of prayers so that the universe could meet him with the father of the baby in his birth.
'Ting'
Open elevator. Without looking at the surroundings, Rachel immediately stepped towards the side of the corridor that a nurse had pointed out in the information section earlier. Focusing the view looking for the existence of the intended treatment room. He was so overwhelmed with anxiety, happiness, longing and panic that melted into one. Wishing wholeheartedly to see the person he so misses.
But when Rachel reached her destination, she immediately looked. Back his forehead frowned deeply to find the door of the treatment room room that looked quiet. His mind was immediately filled with an indescribable feeling. If the room is indeed Mahavir's room, there will certainly be a guard around it. Not even quiet like that.
Or maybe it's because they think he won't come to America?
Rachel swallowed her saliva. Take a deep breath to prepare himself. With trembling hands and a heart pounding hard, he touched the door handle and opened it.
Blank.
There was nothing and no one as far as his eyes swept into the entire corner of the room. Not even a gurney was there. With hesitation and trembling legs he stepped in. Run checking into the bathroom which is also empty uninhabited.
Rachel's body was stunned for a moment. His head was suddenly dizzy with a swirling vision. Disappointment flooded his entire soul. Inevitably, he immediately dropped his body sitting on the floor. The water seeped out uncontrollably. Is he late again? Did he not have the slightest chance? Should he accept such a punishment?
"Vir.... You where? I've come. Why aren't you here?" He screamed with a trembling voice. Pressing his chest hard. Feeling tight and stinging at once.
His eyes moved pushyly watching around. However, he quickly wiped away his tears and immediately stood up as his eyes could see the traces of medical devices around him that seemed to have just been removed. That means the patient who was previously in the room may not have been long gone.
Without wasting much time, Rachel immediately ran out of the room towards the nurse counter table. Ask the patient in an empty VIP treatment room.
"Sorry madam, the patient on behalf of Mr. Alister has just been referred to another hospital." (sorry madam, the patient on behalf of Mr. alister has just been referred to another hospital.)
"Which hospital?" (Which hospital?) ask her with a trembling voice.
"Looks like he was transferred abroad.because the patient had just been brought upstairs to take the helicopter to the airport. (It looks like he was transferred abroad because the patient had just been taken upstairs to take a helicopter to the airport.)
"What?" Rachel screeched, and immediately turned around half-running towards the elevator. One hand continued to hold his stomach, channeling strength so that his son could survive and join the struggle to find the whereabouts of his father.
'TING'
Elevator door opens. But Rachel was taken aback by the figure who was just about to step out from inside there. The man was just as surprised as him.
"Rachel?" Reprimanded the man with a face that was completely shocked while looking to the right and left as if looking for the whereabouts of someone. "When were you in America? Have you met Vir? Where's she? How's he doing?" I was lucky impatiently.
"There's no time to explain, Rey." Rachel pushed Rey back into the elevator. Pressing the top floor figures in the hospital building.
Rey observed Rachel's overall appearance that looked riled up. His body even looks great trembling. Remnants of tears were still imprinted on her beautiful face.
"What's wrong? What the hell is going on. Haven't you met Vir yet?"
Rachel just shook her head. Taking a deep breath to suppress the tightness in his heart.
"How did you get here?" Rachel asked without looking back at Rey. Digitized the tip of his thumb that looked trembling. His body moved restlessly with eyes constantly observing the arrow above the elevator door indicating the movement of the elevator.
"I got a missed call on my phone from an unknown number. I called back and found out that the call came from a hospital in Manhattan. I think it must be Mahavir. I've called you many times, but I'm not connected. I called Bryan but he didn't know. The boy panicked and wanted to come to America. I called your office, he said you were going to Paris. So I decided to go straight to New York right then and there. Then why are you here?"
Rachel took a quick glance. One hand pressed his temple to unravel the dizziness in his head. "Same as you. I also got a call from this hospital and rushed straight here."
"Then, where's Vir? Isn't he treated here?" Rey asked along with the elevator that had arrived at the destination.
Ting'
The elevator doors opened and Rachel ran outside without waiting for Rey, who was still confused.
"Rachel, slow down. Remember your content." Rey ran behind him.
"There's no time, Rey. Or we'll never meet him." Shouted Rachel as she pushed roughly the two-leafed door in front of her.
BRAKK...
The door was wide open and instantly displayed a scene that added to Rachel's panic.
Rachel's eyes were full of sight of the gurney being lifted into the helicopter from a distance.
As Rachel swung both legs running towards it, the door of the helicopter was already closed and ready to fly. Rachel could see a bunch of bodyguards and a middle-aged man who was very familiar. Walk away from the helicopter that is ready to take off.
"NO... NO. TAH... DON'T GOIII...!" he ran after the helicopter. But his voice was muffled by the noise of the buzzing of the propeller that was spinning fast and making the wind around him gustle.
"Rachel, danger. Don't come any closer." Rey immediately ran and pulled the arm of Rachel who was still determined to approach the object whose propeller had rotated very quickly. Fly anything that tries to get close. Even the wind whirling around almost pushed Rachel down if only Rey didn't hold it.
"No, Rey. Undeterred. I have to go after him. He took Vir. He took my Vir....!!" His screams attempted to release Rey's grip on his arm. Rachel thrashed like an infidelity person. His tears fell without being asked.
"VIRS.....I'M HERE...!! DON'T GOII....!!" she screamed with all her might until her stomach tightened and suddenly Rachel felt an excruciating pain under her stomach.
"Awwww....." His screech, grimacing withstood the pain.
"What's up, chel? You okay?"
Rachel's face suddenly paled. His vision darkened with a intermittent puff of breath.
Rachel who thrashed and screamed finally invited the attention of people who stood not far from her. Especially the middle-aged man who was staring at his presence with a dislike look. He then limped with his cane toward Rachel followed by the guards.
"I don't think you can be this brave enough to show your face here!" He said sniffly with a sharp eye highlight that implied a thick mockery once he had stood before Rachel and Rey. "Your head turns out to be big too." Scornful continues.
The man's voice only faintly sounded Rachel's ears. Even Rachel couldn't see exactly who that man was. His mind was distracted at the pain running through his stomach.
"Rachel, are you okay?" Rey directly held onto Rachel's shoulders as soon as she saw the woman's body stagger to the side. "Rachel, Rachel..." Call her again trying to resuscitate Rachel who was already very pale.
The middle-aged man standing in front of them even flashed a smile full of ridicule. "Not acting in front of me. Whatever you do will not change anything. I've said it long before, haven't I? I'll repeat it again, maybe you forgot what I said. Once you let my son down, you'll never see him again. Crying blood too, you won't be able to meet him!" He said loud and firm. Absolutely indisputable and without a doubt in his tone of voice. Reunited a contemptuous smile and swung his steps in tune with the movement of his cane.
Rachel did not pierce at all the words that only sounded like a buzzing sound in her ear. His two ice-cold palms fumbled about his stomach.
"My son, Rey. My boy..." Rachel held firmly to her cramped stomach and wrapped around it.
The middle-aged man who was still right behind them suddenly stopped. Both of his eyebrows moved and fused at the base of his nose. Interlocking with shriveled eyebrows. Sharpen his hearing to listen to the talk of women who are still in status as his son-in-law.
"My son Rey... My boy..." Rachel was screaming hysterically. A second later he felt something wet coming out of his womanhood. He lifted his subordinate dress, and immediately panicked to see blood flowing between his thighs.
Hearing a voice full of panic, the old man's head turned to be followed by the movement of his body that came twisting. Positioning her body facing the woman who seemed to be in real pain. But that's not what makes his attention distracted. Said 'My son' which made his heart instantly beat. He saw Rey_the friend of his son immediately lifted Rachel's body and ran past him who stood staring and fixated without understanding what exactly he had missed so far. Hazel's eyes that had been glaring sharply were suddenly gloomy to see the blood dots that fell to the floor along with Rey's steps that brought her daughter-in-law back into the elevator.
"What happened?" He asked softly with a voice held at the end of his throat. As soon as feeling choked.
While in the elevator speeding down quickly, Rachel continued to scream in pain.
"Rey, my son Rey. Save my son." Lirih Rachel spoke with a face that was increasingly pale and a body that shook and slightly shivered in Rey's sling.
"Defend, Chel. Your son must be fine." Rey spoke with a face that was no less panicked.
"Awwww.be...." Rachel screamed again.
"Hold, Chel. Please survive!"
Rachel no longer responded. His gaze grew increasingly twisted and darkened with tears that were increasingly seeping uncontrollably, his teeth clenched tightly with lips that had no blood flow visible there. The woman blinked slowly, calling for a name she deeply missed, before losing consciousness.
"The chel? The chel? You're okay, right?" Rey sped up her steps as soon as she got out of the elevator.
"HELP ME, PLEASE HELP ME!" his screams made all eyes look towards him.
The nurse around him approached. One of them instantly pulled the empty gurney and pushed it towards Rey. Rey lays Rachel down on the gurney very carefully, then holds Rachel's cold hands. Continue to hold it firmly while running alongside the gurney being pushed quickly by the nurses.
"Sorry sir, you just got here." (Sorry sir, you got here.) One of the nurses immediately held back Rey who wanted to enter the IGD room.
"Please, I have to make sure it's ok." (Please, I have to make sure it's okay.)
"Are you her husband?" The nurse looked at Rey.
"Huh?" Rey raised both eyebrows, as if she did not understand what the nurse meant.
"Are you her husband, sir?" Repeat the nurse.
Chief Rey nodded immediately. "Yes... Yes, I'm her husband!" Loud answer. Forced to lie to be welcome to accompany Rachel in there. He could not have left his best friend's wife alone in pain without a stranger.
Rey finally continues to accompany Rachel who was unconscious in the examination by foreign doctors.
While far outside the room, the middle-aged man who had only been a few minutes ago behaving arrogantly without mercy, was now fixated with a chaotic feeling. All sorts of turbulent emotions surrounded his entire being.
