Missing In The Heart

Missing In The Heart
Chapters 74.Attitude change.

Due to Rachel's lack of excitement and fatigue, Mahavir decides to go home first with Rachel. Bryan and Risya were forced to stay at the restaurant to continue their dinner, because Mahavir had already ordered some dessert and felt sorry if left alone.

All the way home, Rachel just fell silent while turning her face to the window of the car, reluctant to meet Mahavir. Even when Mahavir clasped her hands, Rachel did not respond as she usually did. The woman's palm felt cold and stiff. The fingers are white and the level is only resigned to be in the link of Mahavir's fingers.

Mahavir could only sigh deeply with his other hand squeezing the car's steering force. Sometimes his eyes glanced at Rachel who did not even flinch with her position since leaving the restaurant until now arrived at their private basement penthouse park.

As soon as he got out of the car and entered the elevator, Mahavir again clasped his fragile hands that were getting colder in response.

There was no conversation between the two of them. Only Mahavir occasionally turned to observe the state of the woman standing right beside him, until the elevator reached the destination floor and they entered their penthouse unit.

"I'm so tired, I'm gonna take a shower and get some rest." Rachel spoke softly then let go of her hand and accelerated her steps up the stairs and went straight into the room. Mahavir just nodded slowly while looking at Rachel's back away.

Mahavir let out a long sigh again, extended his legs to the long sofa in the family room and then laid himself on the white sofa followed by his right hand raised covering his eyes. Until finally he fell asleep there and did not realize the arrival of Bryan and Risya.

"Sister Bry, it's Brother Vir why sleep there?" Whisper Risya while pulling Bryan's jacket as both eyes caught Mahavir's figure lying on the sofa.

Bryan followed Risya's line of sight and was surprised to find his sister-in-law sleeping on the couch for the second time.

"They fight again, brother? You were in the toilet, Risya saw Rachel's sister crying."

"What right?"

"Yes, it seems so because Rachel's eyes look wet and swollen. But Rachel's sister told him it was sleepiness and fatigue."

"You go up first, I want to wake up Brother Vir first." Pinta Bryan who was immediately embraced by Risya who immediately went upstairs.

Bryan approached Mahavir and woke him up slowly.

"Eh, Bryan... I'm home already." Waking up from his sleep, he sat down and rubbed his face with both hands. "Where was the dessert? Yummy?"

Bryan did not answer Mahavir's question, his eyes looked intensely at Mahavir.

"Sister Vir why are you sleeping on the couch again?" Bryan asked with suspicion. "You guys are okay, right?" Further again.

"Of course, I'm fine with your brother."

"Then why sleep here?"

"Do you really want to know why?"

"I asked because I wanted to know, brother...!" Bryan exclaimed while snorting in annoyance. "Don't hide anything from me, brother, so I can help Brother Vir handle the woman." He continued while raising his eyeballs upwards as if pointing at Rachel's whereabouts upstairs.

Mahavir smiled and patted Bryan on the shoulder slowly. "I don't really have a problem with Rachel. Your brother is so exhausted, I just don't want to make him even more exhausted."

"meaning?" Bryan raised both eyebrows.

"You know the desire of men? Your brother always wakes up my desires every time he sees them. If I follow him straight away, I can come back to pounce on him. So I transited here first until she fell asleep. I'll go into the room when he's asleep." Mahavir said reasoned to make Bryan gawk.

Bryan was upset. "Oh, my God, what the hell am I hearing." Closing both ears and standing up. "You two are both crazy." Her body then walked up to the stairs.

Mahavir chuckled and then spoke half a scream. "Later you will also feel it when you are with the people you love."

"I didn't hear...!" Bryan exclaimed, also half-screaming while running up the stairs.

Mahavir raised his smile, then moved his head to the right and left to relax his neck muscles, then stood up and returned to the room.

When he entered the room, he saw Rachel had fallen asleep under the thick blanket while turning her back. Mahavir walked slowly into the bathroom and cleaned himself, after which he approached Rachel and entered the blanket. She lay her body on the side of the bed that was still empty, with a sideways position facing Rachel's back.

For a while, both of her eyes only stared at Rachel's innocent back as the woman was wearing a nightgown with a cut open on her back. Then he slowly approached and pulled his wife's waist. She squeezed Rachel's back into her field chest while deeply inhaling Rachel's scent.

I don't know what makes your heart so nervous...

But whatever makes you uneasy, may not make your feelings waver against me...

His whisper slowly in Rachel's ear. Gently stroked the woman's hair and kissed her head a few times and closed her eyes. Shortly after, his soft snoring was heard.

Without Mahavir knowing, Rachel who is now in her arms is actually not asleep. He still heard what Mahavir had said so softly, and it made his tears slip back from the slit of his eyes.

I don't know Vir....

I don't know what to do with you....

I hope my suspicions are not proven...

So that my feelings will never waver...

He said while biting his lower lip so that his sobs did not break. Both eyes he forced closed but his tears increasingly forced and broke out to fall wet some of his hair and pillow.

But in his sobs, his hand still moved touching Mahavir's arm which was coiled around his waist. Slowly he pulled the arm, tucked it into his chest and hugged it tightly.

I'm sorry if I accidentally hurt your feelings...

And I'm sorry, because I have to suspect you right now...

Rachel's inner voice said softly and finally she fell asleep with her eyes open.

The next day, Mahavir awakens without Rachel by his side. In a panic he immediately got out of bed and went through every corner of his spacious room looking for the whereabouts of the wife.

"Darling..." Call him while walking to the walk in closet.

Not finding Rachel there, she stepped to the bathroom door and knocked quietly with her ears attached to the door leaf. No sound from the bathroom made Mahavir open the door, and Rachel wasn't there. Back Mahavir continued his steps towards the balcony of the room, but he did not find his wife there.

Mahavir went back into the room and sat down on the edge of his bed. Both of his hands were raised with elbows resting on both of his thighs, rubbing his face roughly while massaging his temples.

As she reached for her phone to contact Rachel, her gaze immediately fell on a small scrapbook with Rachel's handwriting on the nightstand next to her phone. Mahavir grabbed the paper and read it.

Vir me to the office first, there are some special order designs that I have to give to the production section. I'll follow you later at Risya's...

You have breakfast I prepared at the table, do not forget to eat breakfast.... Love U's.

A thin smile was framed on Mahavir's face as he read the closing words of the memo. He tried calling Rachel's number, but the number he dialed was not active.

Mahavir quickly contacted someone who had always been escorting Rachel from afar. His heart only calmed down after hearing the man's words that Rachel had been in his office since early this morning.

Mahavir breathed a sigh of relief and put his phone back on the nightstand. He then rushed to take a shower and dressed neatly.

On the bottom floor, precisely at the dining table there is already Bryan and Risya who also have a neat appearance.

"Sister Vir, the growth is late." Risya said hello while eating wheat bread and eggs of her cow's eyes.

Mahavir simply raised both eyebrows and smiled kindly while pulling up the chair and sitting on it. "She's so pretty, where are you going?"

"Yes beautiful, Brother Vir must have come with Rachel's sister. It's 1 o'clock this afternoon, right?"

"Yup, yup... Risya wait, brother..." His words were still smilingly looking at Mahavir in amazement.

"Hey, your breakfast will not run out if only in a smile." Tukas Bryan nudged Risya's shoulder. "Eat fast! Later late, tell me to speed again."

Risya just glanced and pursed her lips. Glanced sharply at Bryan who was sitting beside him.

Bryan smiled and turned his eyes to Mahavir. "Tumben wasn't Vir's brother Rachel's brother. Why?"

"Oh, he was in a hurry. There is an urgent work. It just so happened that Merry was passing by here, so Rachel was in her van."

"Ohh..." Bryan spoke with his mouth round.

"Bryan you're waiting for Risya to be killed?"

"I send Risya to the hotel first brother, later if you want to go to the new Hall I pick him up again."

"Where are you going?"

"You go to Granny's house, take the books I've bought, all welcome to the dorm."

"Indeed still time? You wait for Risya to finish. We'll meet you at Hall. You go to Granny's house later as soon as Risya's show is over. Who knows Rachel wants to go to Granny's house. So Risya gets acquainted with Granny, Anna and Lily."

"Sister Bry has a Granny here?" Tanya Risya interrupted Mahavir.

"Yes Risya, it's daddy Bryan here."

"Oh, so Bry's brother's father is English? Mean bule yah?" Raised both eyebrows while looking at Bryan's entire face. "Was the face of such a handsome brother...." His speech spontaneously, made Bryan misbehave and even glared his eyes at Risya.

"No, brother, Granny will hang to meet with the brat like a gini. Especially Anna's sister and Lily's brother who is super kepo."

'SIR...'

Risya patted Bryan's back hard, making Bryan choke with the food in his mouth.

"Rissya... Sick know!!"

"Who told me to call Risya bawel." Glanced at Bryan. "Risya would like to also see the figure of a grandmother...." He bowed and put his fork on the plate.

"Tuh, the Risya is crashing." Mahavir said as he looked at Bryan as if to ask him to apologize.

"Of course, don't sulk. I don't have a grandmother." Said Bryan still won't budge.

Risya looked down. "Rissy doesn't have a grandmother. Never mind grandma, Risya's mother doesn't have it."

"Huh??" Bryan raised both eyebrows while turning his body towards Risya.

"Risya's mother died while giving birth to Risya, so Risya only knew them from the photos kept by the sisters for Risya." His face with teary eyes, made Mahavir and Bryan stunned for a moment. There was a feeling of guilt and a feeling of fullness that Bryan felt after hearing Risya's words.

"Sorry, sorry... I didn't mean to...." Stopping his words then looked at Mahavir while scratching his head.

Mahavir just moved his eyeballs and eyebrows, as if asking Bryan to calm Risya down.

Risya raised her head and smiled gently. "What's wrong, Bry. Bry doesn't know. But Risya is quite grateful, because all this time Risya has very good brothers and attention with Risya."

Bryan brought himself closer to Risya, then gently stroked Risya's back hair. "Will we meet Granny for a minute? There were two of my sisters there too. If you want, I will know my mom. My mommy is a very nice person, you can also make her like your own mother."

"Maybe the mother-in-law means..." Said Mahavir while holding back his smile as Bryan immediately stomped his feet under the table.

"Already, continue to eat it Ris..." Pulling the fork over Risya's plate then placed it inside Risya's fingers.

"Thank you, Bry." Smiling and then again eating breakfast that menu ala English breakfast.

After that slightly late breakfast, the three of them immediately exited the penthouse. Drive a different car with a different purpose.

Bryan and Risya headed straight for the hotel, which is not far from Queen Elizabeth Hall. Mahavir drove to Oxford Street where Rachel's boutique showroom was located.

After chatting with Merry in the front lobby, Mahavir went straight into Rachel's room and found her sleeping on her guest's couch.

Mahavir stepped slowly toward the sofa, then sat down beside the sofa. For a moment he just fell silent while observing the lines of his wife's beautiful face that looked a little pale for a while.

Mahavir's breath felt on the surface of Rachel's facial skin made her frown and slowly opened her eyes. But not yet had both of her eyes opened perfectly, Rachel immediately felt her lips being crushed with tenderness.

Rachel was lulled, but a few seconds later she woke up and pushed Mahavir's face and lifted his body awake and sat on the sofa. "What are you doing here Vir?" Ask.

"Finding you, baby..." Rise up from his position on the edge of the sofa, sit next to Rachel and drop his chin on his wife's shoulder.

Rachel moved her shoulders to keep Mahavir away, but Mahavir instead sucked her face into Rachel's neck followed by her hands slipping to her waist and hugging her slender belly.

"Why not wake me up and go out on my own quietly, Hmmm??" His whisper then kissed Rachel's neck.

"Vir, this is the office people will see." He said while trying to let go of Mahavir's embrace.

"They won't come in, I've told them not to interfere as long as I'm here."

"But I'm doing a lot of work." Forcibly pulled Mahavir's hand out of his waist and immediately got up.

"Darling..." Pulling Rachel's hand and looking at her as if asking for an explanation.

"I'm busy." Speak with cold.

Mahavir sighed, "Alright, finish your work. I'll wait for you."

"I said I'm doing a lot of work."

"Yes, I'll wait for you to finish."

"But this is old. You'll be tired waiting for me."

"You didn't forget that we were going to Risya's show?"

Rachel pursed her lips together and turned her gaze to her desk. Sitting quietly for a moment and then saying. "I didn't forget. I'll catch up for a second."

"Let me wait for you. I won't let you follow you there yourself." Raised his left hand and looked at his watch. "I don't think waiting for you for the next three hours will make me tired. I will also finish my work here while waiting for you."

"Close" he said briefly, then let go of Mahavir's hand and walked to his desk and sat on the chair behind his desk. Busy himself with some drawing paper and pieces of material.

Mahavir rubbed his face and pulled out his phone and checked the reports of some of the General Managers of his hotels, while occasionally watching Rachel's activities at his desk.
