“Just my feeling or you guys also feel this place feels so cold?’

Roderic asked those who were walking in front, with his body visibly trembling from feeling a chill that was like piercing his skin.

Edgar and Silvi turned their heads back together to see her still trembling, they both felt astonished because they did not feel the cold as what Roderic said.

“No. Looks like he didn't feel the cold you were referring to either.”

Edgar answered.

“Seriously? See ... I can only see the air coming out of my breath.”

Their steps came to a standstill and seriously noticed something that proved the truth of what Roderic had said, they actually see the air coming out when he breathes as is common when the temperature around is cooler than the body.

Despite seeing it Edgar still felt astonished because he did not feel the cold at all and he did not even see the air coming out like that when he breathed, and when he saw Silvi he still did not see anything, including Lilia and Celine who carried them. It happened to Roderic.

“Why did that happen to you? We didn't really feel the cold or anything. Is it possible that you are sick?”

Edgar still looks surprised to see the incident.

“No, I don't think it's possible, if I have a fever or something like that I would prefer to stay in that room even though I know this building is dangerous later if it is destroyed, because I would be so weak in such conditions.”

Somehow Roderic responded so straightforwardly, confidently revealing his weak side to them.

This was already quite strange but hearing him say it so confidently made Edgar feel even stranger, and with a moment after hearing what he said made Edgar and Silvi just fell silent and saw each other feel something was wrong, even though only Edgar heard of course.

“Alright .. if not that. But why did it only happen to you?”

Edgar asked back to her seeing her getting shivering like that made her feel quite sorry for him.

“I don't know either, maybe your lady friend who is a witch knows something...Even those we are carrying just don't feel the cold, try to think what might this include magic?”

They did not feel it, but what Roderic felt right now really felt increasingly cold to the point that it felt like piercing his bones, even his lips that were lacking in fluid seemed to be getting so dry.

“You don't know but I really feel that right now I feel like I'm at the top of a high snowy mountain.”

Again Roderic told them with his voice that began to sound trembling feeling cold, and at the same time he laid Celine who he carried to the floor. Then he quickly searched for anything around him and found a garnish from the bear's skin that he then used to cover his entire body. It was quite strange for Edgar to see him because the skin of the bear was so big that it even kept his face covered.

“Do you know anything miss witch?”

Roderic asked back as he revealed the part of the bear skin head covering it and he saw Silvi propping up her chin and slowly nodding, with her eyes glancing back and forth. Roderic didn't know that he was hearing the fairy spirits talking to him.

“What do they say?”

Edgar who saw Silvi like that made him spontaneously understand what Silvi was doing.

“They? Who do you mean they?”

“Spirit fairy, I think she is communicating with them.”

“Roh fairy? That's bonkers. Where're they? I've read something about the legendary creature .. I didn't see anything, maybe he was just fantasizing.”

Said Roderic who replied looking in disbelief because he did not see anything around Silvi like what Edgar meant by the figure of the fairy spirit he said.

“She's a witch!”

It was the brief sternness that made Roderic speechless thinking that.

At the same time Silvi widened her eyes and quickly touched Edgar.

‘Magic reaction! It's the effect of the artifact. We have to hurry Edgar!’

Silvi who was still so shocked.

‘Shortly. But that doesn't answer why only he was affected by that effect?’

‘He has no magic protecting him!’

Hearing him for a moment made Edgar think about it, he remembered that Silvi felt mystic magic from him, then Lilia and Celine were flabbergasted by the natural magic before being instilled by Silvi on them.

“Then we have to be fast, Silvi try to use the magic that you previously used it on Roderic. I think we should start running back!”

Edgar repeatedly saw the two of them.

Although he did not understand but Roderic followed him, he started carrying Celine who was still lying on the floor and the three of them started running.

Silvi who was behind him touched the nape of the neck to implant it with natural magic like he had previously done. But what Silvi does makes Roderic squirm makes him break away from Silvi's touch.

“Can you do that without touching me?”

Roderic said that his eyes seemed to glance back and forth so quickly with his cheeks that seemed to be blushing but Silvi did not care about it and was forced to immediately grasp it so firmly, made him shudder until he stretched his neck high.

‘Please, running like this makes it hard to control this magic!’

Silvi's words to her in the mind that made Roderic hear it made him quickly turn his head towards her and then look at Edgar who was next to him.

“Hey, Edgar! Did you just talk to me?”

“Quiet! Maybe it was Silvi who spoke to you through her mind.”

“Such is the way to communicate? That's so crazy!”

Hearing that made Roderic instantly forget the feeling he had previously felt and now his eyes looked sparkling - twinkling like a child who had first seen something amazing to him.

‘Miss how can you communicate in this way? What kind of magic are you doing? Is there a special trick?’

Roderic asked in his mind. He still continued to give Silvi so many questions that even made Silvi overwhelmed to answer her and therefore she found it difficult to concentrate on using her magic.

From just looking at Silvi biting her lips with her eyes closed and frowning made Edgar realize that she was feeling like what she had felt when talking to Roderic,  it really doesn't feel so comfortable.

“Hoi Alchemist! I don't know what you're talking about with him, but I'm just saying that his wind magic once bounced me so far!”

What Edgar told him was so effective that Roderic opened his eyes so wide that he noticed Edgar and he seemed to swallow his own saliva at the same time.
