“...., wait for Prince, at least you should wear this.”
“Somebody knows my face which is now Lilia?”
“Actually no, but at least keep watch - keep.”
Lilia gave him a robe and made Edgar wear the robe he was carrying, only an ordinary robe had a hood to cover Edgar's clothes that looked clearly like a nobleman and his hood to help cover his face.
“Luckily I've brought this, at least if the news of the Prince being on the hunt is true this will make you a little inconspicuous, quite useful right?”
“Iya I think you are right, this robe makes me able to hide the sword I carry, it will be troublesome later if people see this sword.”
Edgar flicked the robe he was wearing, feeling it was useful for Lilia to bring this outfit so as not to attract the attention of people around when she saw it.
“Thank you Lilia, I think this is really useful.”
“Alright, then we will go home, heart - heart.”
“Yes you guys too, be careful!”
Edgar watched them until they left, making sure they didn't follow him later.
He walked in the opposite direction down the small alley, what Edgar saw from the surrounding atmosphere was so dim that even the residents he saw seemed to put on a frown. Edgar felt like he was walking somewhere where there was no life, yet Edgar could only ignore those who looked like that and keep going.
In the small alley Edgar saw the plaza in front of him and walked slowly out of the small alley saw people passing by in the plaza even though it was not as crowded as usual but it looked quite refreshing eyes for the old Edgar did not see the crowd.
Plaza which as a point of bustle of the city has 4 main roads that also serve as compasses, with the north road leading to the outer wall of the castle, the west road connected to the port, and the, the south and east roads lead to 2 different southern gates, namely the gate on the west side and the east side.
He looked - look around the vast plaza looking for the shop in question, while Edgar looked - see the merchandise sold from street vendors who held their field around the street plaza area.
Edgar saw all the existing merchants had in common that the merchandise looks so little and looks on their faces unlike ordinary traders who will be happy the merchandise sold, sold, they all look so moody.
He who did not find the place made him ask the nearby Merchant who was selling various accessories.
“Excuse me uncle.”
“Please, what are you looking for Sir? do you want to buy accessories, it's cheap with just 30 pieces of silver coins.”
The merchant's wave was quite friendly offering his merchandise. Edgar noticed the man felt bad trying to cut his incessant talk.
“...., or this item, or a necklace for your girlfriend sir she will definitely be happy if you buy her this beautiful looking necklace.”
“Actually I want to ask uncle.” address
“Cih, I think a buyer. I don't know the address you mean!”
‘Eh? Why arrive .... does this person have personality problems?’
Edgar was surprised to see the smile of the merchant who arrived - suddenly turned sullen looking riled up. The merchant seemed unhappy to see him with his hand as if giving a signal of expelling him, making Edgar feel annoyed to see the Trader.
‘Well shall I do as merchant's way...The hair clip looks good!’
His eyes were fixed on a pair of silver-colored hairpins that were the shape of a pair of wings if the hairpins were put together, he said, Edgar felt it was a suitable gift to give to the two sisters as a thank you to them.
He looks to reach into the bag of money he's carrying, he did not understand about the current market price but according to him 1 piece of gold coin he issued would be more than enough to change the face of the merchant and provide information to him.
“...., interesting now we talk business. Of course this master is more than enough, I know all the places in this city from end to end, so what kind of place?”
The Merchant's eyes glistened - the twinkle saw the gold coin that Edgar had placed before him, only that Edgar was visibly irritated that when the Trader answered him his eyes were fixed only on the gold coin.
“I searched for a blacksmith named ‘iron bones’, where can I find him?”
The merchant looked at Edgar closely, so seriously that he narrowed his eyes as Edgar asked him. The trader is thinking.
“I think the place is on the east road not far from here only walk about 6 minutes and you will find a small alley to the south around the small alley to be exact.”
“That's it.., just keep the change and I'll take this hairpin.”
“That's it, sir?”
‘Didn't he look like a sycophant now.’
Edgar did not want to continue the conversation with the Merchant, seeing him seem ludicrous like a dog who was being lusty, making Edgar not answer him only to signal with his hands if he had felt enough, he said, and left the merchant's field.
Not far away from him, he did not realize that the merchant was whispering with a ferocious-looking man whom he called out and saw his hand pointing towards him repeatedly.
Not long after Edgar left the plaza, Edgar saw a chariot without a coachman that had fallen to the shoulder of the road would hit a girl who was walking towards him.
The girl seemed to be having trouble carrying a large bag, the size of which looked abnormal and the bag she was carrying looked quite heavy. Edgar saw people around seemed silent only to see let alone the girl was still unaware that behind him there was a horse carriage loose.
Trutuk - trutuk!
Trutuk - trutuk!
‘What he's deaf!’
Edgar felt it was useless to yell at him, for even the girl did not hear the horse gouging behind him.
Seeing other people just looking made Edgar feel unable to bear because what he was doing was just like they were just looking. Edgar swiftly ran as fast as he could and caught the girl keeping her away from danger, despite making them both fall to the ground.
‘Ho! Why arrive - there is a coachman?’
When Edgar fell down he saw the chariot and in a blink of an eye arrived - he saw someone sitting in the coachman's seat, although it seems that the horse carriage is still speeding away.
“Are you okay - what?”
The girl who was still in his arms was seen watching him as if she was reading Edgar's lip movements and not long ago nodded her head in agreement.
‘Oh, he's really deaf like.’
Edgar was speechless watching the Girl, she looked charming with her silver hair as well as the black spots above her lips adding to the charm of the Girl, she said, it was just that Edgar was silent not thinking about that but his expression was more of a show of pity to the girl.
Feeling that they were only in the spotlight, Edgar stood up and helped the girl to stand up, the girl looked down repeatedly as if thanking her even though her facial expression was a little strange because it showed a sad expression.
‘Why can it be light?’
Edgar was surprised when he helped lift a large bag that seemed so heavy that it felt so light even though its shape was so large than a normal bag. Edgar thought that maybe it was thanks to the training he did that it could feel like that and made him ignore it.
The girl left and Edgar went back on his way to the blacksmith, only this time Edgar felt that someone was following him from behind.
