The Im Not Main Character

The Im Not Main Character
AD; The Envy of Assassins

Arcturus handed Mary the Antimatter and asked her to keep it in the treasure vault. Because Mary had long served the Religion and was not materialistic, she had the authority to enter there.

Mary had returned early to the residence while Arcturus went exploring the forest on his horse. It's not good if Mary witnesses what she's going to do right now.

It will only bring up unnecessary problems like before.

He was fortunate to have learned to ride on earth and his first life as Arcturus. It makes it easy to travel.

“I have to take it now before he finds it.”

There is one more thing that Arcturus needs in order to avoid future havoc. He had already brought the needed thing and only needed to find the rabbit.

“If not mistaken it is in the middle of a forest filled with rocks.”

Arcturus continued to enter the forest until he reached the exact location said to be the novel and from the first life.

On the way he accidentally found a white haired rabbit with black ears. His eyes were red and looked cruel, almost like monsters rather than cute animals.

The rabbit looked to be guarding the injured little rabbit at his feet. He also appeared to threaten Arcturus not to get close.

But Arcturus did not care, he smiled and secretly rejoiced in his heart.

‘I found it, Black Ear.’

There is only one purpose Arcturus came here to find rabbits with black ears.

After tying his horse Arcturus approached the rabbit. His gaze met with the black-ear rabbit but Arcturus immediately turned it to the injured little rabbit.

“What is this little boy your son? It appears that his front leg was broken.”

Arcturus tried to reach him, but the black ear jumped up and showed his cute little fangs.

“I won't hurt him so don't worry. Let me see.”

The rabbit seemed to understand the words and stepped aside a little while not taking away his suspicions.

Arcturus ignored her, taking out a bandage and some carrots that Mary had prepared.

“Eat this while I treat your feet, small. You also eat.”

Carrots were handed over to small rabbits and Black Ears when Arcturus gave his treatment.

The cit! The cit! The cit!

The little rabbit looks in pain in the process. Black Ears became furious upon seeing him and began to bite Arcturus' hand.

“Tch! Stop biting me shit. I'm treating it.” Arcturus complained that his hands were bleeding but continued treatment.

Black Ears fixed their tiny fangs on Arcturus' hands while watching his son being cared for. He found his son's condition much better and no longer whining in pain.

“See? I have no bad intentions.”

Arcturus withdrew his hand after the Black Ears released it. He planned to leave but the black ear called out to him.

“What else?”

The cit! The cit! The cit!

“You want me to follow you?”

Black Ears seemed to nod while staring directly at Arcturus who was treating his own hands.

“You troublesome animal. Here's your son, I'll take him and you lead the way.”

Arcturus grabbed the little rabbit and followed behind the Black Ear. He secretly smiled, of course it was beyond belief that things would be this easy even though he wondered if the rabbit really understood his words or not.

In his first life Arcturus missed this plot because he was busy piling money and building his own organization. Of course it was because he knew that in the original novel, the main character would gain that power.

‘I can't put everything down except hope to the main character. Although there was more than one main character yet they were not even quite able to withstand the turmoil of this world.’

In his first life as Arcturus, he had been so focused on gathering strong people and building great organizations while letting the main characters take what they should have as in the novel.

However it was his failure as his actions changed many storylines. Even some of the power to Artifacts did not fall into the hands of the main character.

On this second and final occasion, Arcturus would take all rather than let it fall into the hands of the enemy.

“What's here your house?”

Arcturus arrived at a mossy black rock that formed a large hole but was not large enough for him to enter easily.

“What do you want by taking me to your nest?”

Of course Arcturus knew the truth but he pretended to be a foolish young man without knowing anything. He could have come to this place without helping his black ears and son.

Black Ears lead Arcturus and ask him to enter his nest. Arcturus needed to crawl in to reach that place.

Although there were few complaints, Arcturus entered. It will be worth the power in the nest.

Inside there was a room large enough for a human after crawling in a narrow hole for several meters.

Black Ears stood in front of an altar that had a greenish light floating there.

That's something Arcturus was looking for. The power he needed and he unleashed on his previous life.

A determination inherited from the past.

“This is it... Ancient Determination.”

Ancient Determination, a willpower shaped force formed in the Era of Gods or ancient times at that time.

If an Artifact was an object made by a demigod, then the Ancient Determination was the determination of the demigod man himself.

That in itself is uncertain because it is just a theory and speculation. Even though he had read the novel, the Era of Gods was an unsolved mystery.

Ancient Determination in front of Arcturus is currently quite special because the abilities he dropped are very useful for losers like him.

•I am a sad person who lives in a world full of solitude.

Arcturus smiled slightly. No, it might be the second time he had counted the Tears of God in his previous life that helped him regress.

‘This is it. Voice of the owner.’

•no life emanated from me. I am a presence that no one realizes. World ignored me.

•I had nothing to have and my world was quiet.

•that's why I took everything. I envy those who have something to have while I don't.

•Therefore I take the dirty road, taking whatever others have that they have nothing like me.

•You saved my only rabbit friend.

•do you pass on this dirty and envious determination?

•I am an Assassin.

Ancient Determination, The Envy of Assassins. That was the identity of this ancient power. Arcturus' smile grew wider.

“I'm willing.”

The greenish glow immediately shone brightly and enveloped Arcturus' entire body. He was taken to a different room.
