Prologues

Inside a spacious glass-walled room on the forty floor, the handsome figure was standing enjoying the view of New York City with a gaze that was hard to guess. Breath breaks the silence as Edward Miller returns to find out who he is. Edward is not the son of Alena Franklyn who has now changed to Alena Miller because she married Jonathan Alexander Miller. Edward is a wasted baby that Alena found on a city park bench thirty-five years ago. Because of the kindness and tenderness of a Franklyn princess, the poor baby was taken to a luxurious mansion, lovingly cared for and lovingly raised. Little Edward managed to captivate the entire Franklyn family even if Alena used to give the name Franklyn behind his name, then now after marrying Jonathan Alexander Miller, who was the son of a young man, Alena did not want to lose her adopted daughter until Alena also changed the name Franklyn to Miller. Indeed, the first woman who meant so much in the world to Edward was Alena. To her, Alena is her angel until whenever and Edward will do whatever Alena wants.

Edward turned around and looked flat at the handsome man who had been his confidant for five years. Yes, Eduardo Estebat is the name used by Edward in the business world and other worlds, only family and closest people who know Edward's real name. Not without reason Edward changed his name. He just doesn't want to be known because of Franklyn or Miller's status attached to him, nor does Edward want his family involved in his dark world or worse, his enemies would use the Edward family as a tool of his weakness, although Edward himself knew that it was not easy to disturb the Miller family or Franklyn. “What's Vic?”

The man by the name of Victor walked over and handed him a brown envelope.

“There is a little problem in Mexico. I've made sure and it's true that Mr.Gustavo is involved in this matter.” Edward smiled. “can't you finish it?” Victor swallowed his saliva, do not imagine if Edward's smile was like the sweet smile he always showed in front of his family. If it had been like this, Edward's smile turned into a terrible smile that would not bode well.

Victor simply nodded, knowing that Edward could be a very good angel if anyone did him good, Edward would be a heartless demon when anyone dared to harass him.

Gustavo, one of Edward's longtime business partners, envied the man's success. Edward had known about it a long time ago, several times Gustavo tried to destroy his business but always failed. This time Gustavo chose a business in Mexico that was far from the reach of Edward— maybe that is what Gustavo thinks.

But Edward was not a fool and careless man, Edward was calculating in all his actions including opening a club night business there.

Edward grabs his phone and receives a call from someone for a while until he looks back at Victor.

Victor stepped away leaving Edward still silent in his place.

“Already boss, his house is not far from here. There the woman was alone, and based on the data we got, Natasha Valleschkova did a forced land and house takeover even made a fake certificate and evicted the previous owner. The incident happened two years ago when Valleschkova was still jaya with her power.”

Edward nodded in satisfaction, his mission this time was to help Rafael Frankyn, the son of Alvaro Frankyn who was the younger brother of Alena— Edward's adoptive mother. Russian woman named Natasha has dared to disturb the peace Rafael even tried to kidnap Ellena—wife Rafael a few months ago when Rafael and Ellena were on their honeymoon in Mexico. The car that Edward was riding stopped in front of a minimalist house with a spacious yard, Edward was not alone, he was with some of his men who were always loyal to him. Edward stepped quietly to knock on the white-painted door, he did not want to break it even though it was very possible. Edward was still faithfully knocking on the door even though there was no sign of it being opened, until his patience began to run out and told his men to force open the door in front of him.

Edward glanced at the pitiful door with no interest, his gaze spreading through every corner of the room in front of him, until the slanted smile rose when he saw a woman walking over with a look of dislike, more precisely angry because there were uninvited guests who entered his house without permission and in a disrespectful way.

“who are you?” Edward stepped forward, he was quite amazed by the courage of Natasha who did not try to retreat when Edward approached.

“Eduardo Estebat, or you can call me Mr.Ed.” Natasha knitted her two eyebrows.

“I don't know you.” Natasha stared fiercely at Edward who was still standing relaxed.

“that's your biggest mistake, miss, for not knowing Mr.Ed you dare to disturb my little sister's life.” Edward smiled at her smile.

“Who dare you touch Ellena and try to tease Rafael?”

Edward tilted his head, the smile being replaced with a terrifying cruel grin. For a moment Natasha gulped a rough saliva. Natasha glanced at some of Edward's men and Natasha concluded that Edward was not someone to be underestimated. Edward glanced at his men. “Set him!”

With a swift two big people who dragged Natasha to get out and put her in a car which is certainly different from the car that Edward was riding. Edward himself went straight to his nightclub to solve the problems caused by Gustavo. As for Natasaha's matter, the woman would definitely be dealt with by her men before being handed over to Rafael.
