Not Salihah's Wife

Not Salihah's Wife
Jealousy (Again)

Why don't I wear a sweater or a scarf, tell them what they are. Yes, once bitten by an ant, inner Amara.

During college, Melly always steals a look at Amara. Curious about his best friend who might have been hiding something.

"What?" amara asked without making a sound, because Melly and Juan always stole a glance at her.

"I'm watch you" said Juan Iirih.

Amara could only sneer, she could no longer dodge her relationship with Randy.

Finally the first class ended, Amara who went to the toilet was pulled by Juan.

"Where are you going? Don't avoid you."

Even Melly stretched out her arms so that Amara could not pass let alone escape.

“I want to go to the toilet, I can't stand it,” honestly Amara.

“Come I deliver, after this you have to tell the full story,” cetus Melly while holding Amara's hand.

“Iya lo follow you, afraid to run away.” Juan's been pumping.

“Anaan times, where there I ran away. My bag is also still there,” point Amara towards the table occupied earlier.

Not long after, Amara was back in class. Of course it's still Melly who doesn't take her hand off Amara's arm.

“This is sitting, the next class is still half an hour away. Suffice to make you a story about the status and ownership marks on your neck,” Juan said who patted the chair next to him.

Amara stared at her class there were still some of her classmates who were still living and busy with their respective affairs. Some went outside, either to the cafeteria or the library.

“So?” asked Melly who was looking at Amara with her face resting on her hand.

Amara who sat between Juan and Melly sighed before explaining and recounting the beginning of her relationship with Randy.

“So you got married?” asked Melly in shock at Amara's story that had just begun.

“Sttt, don't let others hear. Not raided, they are the ones who misunderstand. I was helped because of the rain and the motor strike time thought was doing a no-no.”

“Keep you guys are right?” ask Juan.

Amara nodded her head.

“Who is your husband, do we know?” ask Juan.

“Iya, who is he? Not handsome and sharp?” ask Melly.

“huft.”

Amara let out her breath slowly.

“You know, he's part of this campus too.”

Melly and Juan looked back at each other and looked at Amara.

“Students too?”

Amara shook her head at Juan's question of guessing who Amara was married to.

“Lecturer?” ask Melly.

Amara turned and nodded her head.

“But he doesn't have a wife yet ‘kan? Do not let you be the second wife,” said Melly.

“That's what you call his name, don't give clue to us guess who he is,” Juan's proposal that is impatient.

“Ehm, the man .. Mr. Randy.” Amara said quietly not to be heard other than by Juan and Melly.

“What? You marry the most wanted guy in our campus,” pekik Melly who has stood up from her seat.

“Basic beg*gapain lo scream.” Juan shouted and pulled Melly's hand back to sit down.

“Ish, you guys why don't you talk in the information section so that the entire campus knows all.”

“How to?”

“Honestly yes, I asked for it on that day too but until now he still wants to maintain this relationship. He said marriage is not for playfulness,” explained Amara.

“Pantesan care really when you fall fitting nature lovers show,” said Juan.

“Eh, Mr Randy is strong not in bed? Surely he is very handsome if again polosan.”

“Basic omes, I think men doang omes. This female omes too,” taunted Juan while pointing at Melly.

“Please do not reveal this to anywhere, only you know besides family,” pinta Amara.

Their chat was stopped because the next schedule lecturer was present and began to open the meeting by passing and explaining the material. Amara tries to focus, with her college.

...***...

[I'm waiting in the room]

College has just ended and Amara opens her vibrating phone.

“Kantin yuk,” invite Melly.

“Cafe ahead ajalah. Still a long time we break, my boss in the cafeteria continues,” suggested Juan.

“You guys yes, I need to.”

“Meet Mr Randy?”

Amara nodded her head.

“Gue tagged yes,” suggested Melly.

Not even Amara replied, Juan had pulled Melly's collar and brought her bag.

“Juan, please release me.”

Amara just smiled and shook her head at the behavior of her two best friends. He walks towards the building where Randy's workspace is located. While exiting the elevator and walking down the corridor, Amara scrunched her forehead to see Randy standing at the door of her study.

The thing that made Amara feel strange was that there was a woman there, in front of Randy with her face down. The woman was wearing a hijab and shar'I clothes, even though she only looked at the face from the side but Amara knew that the woman had a beautiful face.

“We're coming this weekend,” Randy said.

“Good Mas, we wait.”

Deg.

Hana, she must be Hana.

Amara was fixated and stood in her place looking at the couple, along with Randy who turned his head.

“Amara,” muttered Randy.

Hana who heard the muttering of the man before her, turned her head towards Randy's gaze. Feeling the attention and it seems Randy has not explained that he is married to Amara, the girl turned around and walked away as if she had gone the wrong way.

“Mas are busy? Then I say goodbye,” said Hana.

Randy cleared his throat and nodded his head.

“I'll drop down.”

Both walk side by side even when they are apart. Amara chose to use the emergency stairs, walking quickly down the stairs.

“Why did he not let me go if his future wife was so perfect,” muttered Amara.

The woman left campus including her next lecture schedule. Even if she continues to take classes but will not be able to focus after witnessing her husband's interaction with other women and the woman is the future wife of her husband.

Amara patted her rather claustrophobic chest.

“I why the hell? Am I jealous?”
