Mystery of Room 13

Mystery of Room 13
Part 51: He Died!

My heart trembled to hear it, had I been in my own room and opened the door I would have now become his slave. My hair shudder can't imagine if that happened. Lina and I became slaves in another world. Of course, every time must serve the creature that must be a terrible form. I squeezed out Lina's hand which was as trembling as mine.

"Lina, how is this?"

"Quiet, Ma'am. Before there is a cue from Bu Wati, we better sit still, do not say anything. I'm just praying now."

Ah, how could I forget I have not yet performed my prayer. "Lin, can I borrow your face?"

The girl did not answer, instead scratching her head. "Sir, Lina can't possibly have a face because Lina is different from Hanna."

I patted my forehead, it was fitting that I never saw him hooded. "Sorry Lin."

"It's okay, Ma'am."

With extreme anxiety, I look forward to the next news about the moved condition of Wulan. I really want to see Wulan's situation now, I hope my best friend is okay.

I could not pray even until the Azan Magrib reverberated, I sat still in the room that was located right next to Wulan's room. Maybe an hour since Bu Wati sent that warning message, Lina's phone rang. I'm waiting for some good news from Ms. Wati. However, if I see a grim expression when Lina hears a remark from across the street, my fear becomes even more. Maybe something bad happened to Wulan. Ah, I'd better just brush off all those bad thoughts. After all who called Lina was not necessarily Bu Wati.

After hanging up the phone, the sweet girl sat weakly beside me. He took a pillow and buried his face there. He cried without a sound, only his shoulders and body were shaken.

"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" I asked gently though in my heart continue to worry, afraid to hear bad news about Wulan.

"In-he, he's dead, Ma'am!"

What is this, why am I hearing this bad news. Wulan died because the creature had found no substitute. Ah, my heart feels broken and broken if it happens. I'm not going to forgive myself for all this. Why did I have to leave it in my room? If I had kept him in my room, there would have been no such thing as a frightful and life-threatening event.

"W-what? Died?" I asked with stammering, of course, these tears have flowed soaked the cheeks.

"Yes, Mother. He's already dead. Lina was so sad and heartbroken."

Lina and I hugged and cried together. "Why did it go so fast? What about her children? Pity them," Lina sighed in between her cries.

"Yes, who will take care of the kids? Where is the model garland so."

"If it's his kids, I can sell it, Ma'am, but he's the most..."

I took my arms off Lina. This is the kid why he talks to himself. Where can Wulan's children be sold. What Lina is a kind of pimps who could sell minors.

"Crazy for you, they were little. Not that you're protecting, you're selling."

"Lo, Ma'am. It's just that if I leave them alone, pity them to be abandoned and no one takes care of." The blonde-haired girl was seen frowning her brows.

"Will there be a grandmother in the village? As friends we should help each other not destroy like you. Do you want to be haunted by the guilt of selling our friends' children? Isn't there a little bit of compassion in your heart? We should help them with our various fortune to them, not like this!"

I was very disappointed with Lina's current thoughts. It should be in this sad time that he prayed for Wulan to be accepted by His side, not even bad intentions for the poor children, which even the news of his mother's death may not have reached their ears in the hometown. I got to track my waist and glared while talking in a high tone to him.

"Kok Ma'am Hanna so nyolot anyway? How do I like it? My mother would be angry if I cheered on her children!"

I knitted my brows in response to his words that were no less high than mine. "What does it have to do with your mother? They're the same grandmother in the village, see from what side if they're going to trouble your mother?"

"Yes, troublesome, Ma'am. My mom doesn't like to keep anything. Just taking care of her mom every day must be nagging. How about now if you have to take care of five children who still need that attention?"

"Five? Not just two, right?"

"Five, Ma'am. My parents accompanied him."

I'm getting confused, as far as I'm concerned, Wulan's son with Adnan is only two. How did the foam turn into five and earlier said Lina, she accompanied Wulan to give birth? Wasn't this girl from Klaten while Wulan was from Sragen?

"Couldn't you? You're not living in Klaten while Wulan is in Sragen. How's kekewnya?"

"What's the deal with Ma'am Wulan, try it?"

"Have you sold Wulan's kids, right? Wulan's son is only two, whose three children?"

Instead of answering my emotional question, the girl laughed out loud and coughed. Lina immediately drank a glass of water until it ran out. Then continue how he laughed.

"You're laughing like a soap opera, there's an ad. You should say, don't go anywhere, the laughter will continue after the next play." My mouth throbs because my heart can't see it.

"Thankiratin," I sis slowly.

"Sir, who wants to sell his children Ma'am Wulan? Who accompanied him?" he asked after his laughter began to subside and he began to be able to control himself.

"You didn't say that, forgot you? What a bad you turned out to be, Lin. Worse than Intan. She snatched her husband Wulan while you were willing to sell his children even when their mother's corpse had not been interred!"

"Mom, calm down. Who said Miss Wulan died?"

"You! You said he died, right?" The girl nodded meaning I correctly assumed Lina was an evil girl.

"Dengerin Lina, Ma'am. It's true that Lina said she died but that doesn't mean that she died Wulan."

I fell silent, what that meant was I misunderstood Lina's words about her passing. Lina's words were so ambiguous, it made me who was worried about Wulan's situation to associate Lina's words with Wulan.

"Well, who died if not Wulan? Wati ma'am?"

With a smiley face, Lina said to me.

"The one who died was Kitty, Ma'am, not Ma'am Wulan."

"Kitty's? Who'sis that? The owner of the salon you work at? It's a funny name."

"Only! Kitty's my cat, just a week ago the birth of five children at once. Uh just said my mom she got hit by a motorcycle. Well that's his five-seed son, Ma'am. Because my mother likes to be angry because Kitty's children if pup likes carelessly. Sometimes in bed, on the couch, and everywhere. His name is also animal, diomeli rich anything free."

My mouth gaped as my cheeks flushed in embarrassment. I misunderstood Lina. "Ja-so who died wasn't Wulan? What you selling is a kitten?"

"Yes, Mother. That's why Lina was confused, why Sister Hanna to poke like that."

The girl smothered her mouth but her laughter could still be caught by my sense of hearing. I am ashamed of this. Why can I misunderstand you like this.

"I'm sorry, Lin. My mind was full of Wulan. Duh, so embarrassed because it was angry and bad to think of you," I said while covering my face and eyes with both palms of my hands.

"It's okay, Ma'am. Her name is also misunderstood, Lina understands," he said while wiping my arm. I tightly hugged her body which was still wearing the salon uniform where she worked.

Not waiting for long, a message from Bu Wati came in. He reported that the conditions were conducive but prohibited from crowding because it could provoke the curiosity of the residents. Ms. Wati only allowed me and Lina to come down and see Wulan.

"Lin, I want to see Wulan first. You want to come downstairs, don't you?"

"Later I'll catch up, Ma'am. Here I'm packing my preparations tomorrow morning I'm going back to Klaten."

"Go back to Klaten? Why?" I wonder if I remember Lina just moved in a few days ago. Why now go back to his homeland.

The girl patted his forehead. "Mother Hanna forgot? I'm gonna have to bury Kitty. Pity her if you leave her alone for too long."

I just nodded, I know what it's like to lose a pet. When I was nine years old, I lost the dessy duck, the beloved duck I cried all day, to the point of not wanting to eat.

"Yes already. I'm going downstairs first."

"Be careful, Ma'am."

Slowly I opened the door. I pray that not a single invisible being waits outside the door. I looked left and right, the three-story index hallway was quiet and dim because not what residents dared to leave the room since.

I turned on the light by pressing the switch that happened to be near Lina's bedroom door. Pretty horrible atmosphere and smother a little reduced.

I carefully went down the stairs to the bottom floor. Wait, why did you hear that there was a sound of footsteps, was there someone walking behind me. It must be Lina who caught up with me.

"Lin, said you want to pack first?" I asked while looking back. However, there was no one behind me. Ah, maybe I just heard. I continued my steps, again I heard the sound of the footsteps of others but there was no one. I walked again, heard another sound and when I stopped the voice was gone too. Like someone was following me.

"Lin! Don't be kidding!" My screams echoed on the dimly lit stairs as the lights died. I was about to continue my steps to descend the steps that were only four seeds. Right then, my nape felt like something was blowing. Fear instantly ambushed me when suddenly there was a voice so close to my left ear.

"Hanna, I'm here."
