Agas & Mara Chapter 10

Greetings ended class today. The lecturers came out and the students started tidying up the books, preparing to go home. 

“You lent a genetics book to Mara?” tara asked who was busy putting books in her bag. 

Agas, who was also entering his book, stopped his hand movements and turned to Tara. “Iya,” answered smiling widely and making Tara can only shake her head. “Know where are you if I lend it to Mara?” tanyanya back. 

“Night I delivered Lili and I met Mara.”

“You didn't say it was your book, did you?” ask Agas quickly. She would be ashamed if Mara knew it wasn't hers.

“Calm down, I'm not that cruel.” Tara laughed looking at Agas' panicked face.

Actually Tara just wanted to make sure because the book was Agas who borrowed it. Just this time Tara saw Agas trying hard to get a woman. Like this time, he lent Mara a book. Though usually Agas do not want to bother with women who are in need of something.

“Good.” Agas was relieved to hear Tara's reply. 

“Are you not already?” Tara who finished entering her book switched to holding her bag. 

“Not yet, I'm afraid she rejected me.“ Agas' eyes stared blankly. Until this moment, he was still very afraid to express his feelings. Many things that Agas had told Mara and her black notes as if they had been known by Mara, thus making her not brave. 

“I hope she rejects you,” Tara laughed. Seeing the serious face of Agas was so very ridiculous. 

“Sial, you are so happy to see me suffer.” Agas throws his bag at Tara and is captured by Tara. Tara grew increasingly chuckled at Agas's annoyance. 

They're out of class, heading for the basketball court. Today is the college basketball final. The atmosphere of the field was starting to get crowded. Some people were sitting in the audience seats. Ensure the front seat, in order to watch clearly

Tara prepares for the match, joining her friends. The final of the basketball game is held early, so that many spectators can come and make the game lively.

Agas headed to the audience seat, approached several campus friends as well as his boarding friends who had come . Some of Agas friends are basketball hobbies, and some gaming hobbies like him, so complete already their association. 

While waiting for the game to start, Agas and his friends played the game, as there was still about half an hour left for the game to start. 

“I won,” cried Agas after half an hour engrossed in playing the game. 

All eyes looked at Agas. The basketball game hasn't started yet, but there's already been a win. To make them all laugh. Since the ones shouting were handsome men, all of them could only not fuss over. Agas who spread his gaze to everyone who saw him. With her innocent face, she smiled. 

As the gaze continued to look around, his eyes stopped at one point where he found someone there. Mara, she's the one Agas saw. The girl sat in the chair opposite to him, sitting together with her Lili-friends. I don't know since when he came, Agas doesn't know. 

Agas's face was immediately annoyed to see Mara watching the final of the basketball game. Yesterday, he deliberately didn't say that Tara played basketball. He was too afraid if until Mara put her heart on the men of basketball players who are no less handsome with him. However, since Mara was already here now, there was no choice but to keep an eye on her more, so that the girl she liked would not be out of her grasp.

Agas approached Mara and sat down beside her. 

“Gas, why move here?” ask Mara. Mara looked around. He doesn't feel good if he has to sit with Agas. Last time he came he saw Agas who was sitting with his friends who were playing games. So he chose to sit opposite Agas. 

“Why didn't you say you'd be here?” Agas' face looks very dislike. 

“You why didn't yesterday tell me if it's here?” Mara with an annoyed face asked Agas. 

Agas shut his mouth tightly. Impossible, he said that the reason was because Mara did not want to see the other handsome men. “I forgot.” That's the reason Agas used.

“Luck Tara and Lili said yesterday,” said Mara while turning to Lili.

“Hai .. Gas,” greet Lili smiling plain. 

“Since when are you here?” ask Agas.

“Since you've been playing games.”

True guess Agas. “Why not call me?” 

“For what?” 

“ Yes ...” It's not over yet Agas talks the players into the basketball court. 

Agas and Mara stopped the debate as the match began. They are focused on watching the game. The crowd cheered as the match began. Some handsome and tall men walked into the field and started the match. Shouts of support are heard as the ball goes into the basket.

“See, Tara handsome once.” The voice of the woman in front of Mara, Lili and Tara. Mara and Lili also set their eyes on Tara who became the object of conversation. Tara who is no less handsome than Agas is indeed a magnet for women on campus. His hobby of playing basketball is an added value for him because it looks more cool.

“It turns out many love Tara. You don't like him?” mara Goda on Lili.

“Thank you, it doesn't seem. I'm more comfortable making friends with him.”

Mara nodded her head. Then he went back to watching the basketball game.

Agas who saw Mara's eyes noticed a hint of jealousy. Not willing Mara's beautiful eyes to see another man. However, seeing Mara cheering happily, she could not take Mara away all of a sudden. 

The match was won by Team Tara. Cheers were heard ending the match. Agas, Mara and Lili approach Tara and congratulate her. 

“Tomorrow do not forget we celebrate in the cafe,” said friend Tara while patting Tara's shoulder. “Take your friends.” Tara's friends see Mara and Lili code Tara to invite them. Then leave.

“I want to come,” said Lili spirit. “Let's there will be all players.” Lili imagines meeting Tara's friends. 

“You can't see a little handsome guy,” Mara quipped. 

Tara laughs at the two girls arguing, while Agas can only keep quiet, as he cannot ban Mara.

After the match, Agas, Mara, Tara and Lili went home. Mara returns home with Lili as she leaves with Lili, while Agas and Tara use her motorbike back to their boarding.

Mara rubbed her wet hair. Dry it with a towel. Arriving home Mara immediately rushed to take a bath, refreshing her body that was all day activities. 

The ringing sound of the phone rang out, making Mara search for her bag. Grabbing her bag that was on top of the bed, she picked up her phone. His smile was attracted when Agas' name was on his phone screen. Lifting Mara's phone line greeting Agas.

“I just finished shower.” Mara who asked Agas explained what he was doing. His hands continued to rub his wet hair. 

They both told me about the basketball game. More precisely Mara told the story. 

“Ay, let's date.” Agas' voice sounded as Mara was busy telling stories. This is what Agas thought, expressing his feelings, before Mara fell on another man. However, what came out was only a short sentence from his mouth. 

Mara gasps. She thought Agas was joking with her. As he recalls, Agas once told if he often expressed love for his ex romantically. “Come,” answered Mara slipping her laugh. 

Agas who heard felt relieved. Because Mara accepted it. Then they both discuss tomorrow to come to the celebration of the basketball team victory. Agas intends to pick up Mara, but the girl refuses as it is not already.
