Cia & Noah Chapter 9

Not much has changed from Cia. He was still silent and occasionally crying. Freya tried hard to calm down. Occasionally tucking in support if now Cia will have children. Persuasion Freya also managed to make Cia want to eat. However, it did not change the sadness he felt. 

“Being a mother is the happiest thing. Regardless of what happened to their parents. They were born holy. Without sin at all,” said Freya on the sidelines of Cia eating. 

“If they can choose, they will choose to be born in the womb of a mother who will accept them with joy. Not those who deny their presence.” 

Cia was silent while looking down. That sentence sounded like a satire that was thrown by the brother. Because all this time, he did not want the child he contained.

“If all future mothers receive roomily the child they contain, regardless of what happens. I don't think any woman will abort her child.” 

Cia looked directly at her brother fixedly. Surprised by what her sister said. 

“I hope you are not part of the mother-to-be who rejects the presence of children.” 

No words came out of Cia's mouth. His mind floated, thinking about what his brother said. Until the meal was over, he was still silent. 

Freya came out after feeding her sister. Meet her husband who is enjoying his breakfast. 

“Do you have any info on where the hotel is located?” ask El. 

“Fitz Land Hotels. Last night he mentioned that name.” Freya who slept with Cia tried to pry at the information as her husband asked. 

“Good. I'll call Noah to help me get there.”

From the information obtained from Freya, this morning El went to check the CCTV. The first thing he did was wait for Noah first. El realized it would be very difficult to penetrate security access without the help of insiders. Since Noah promised to help him yesterday, it would be very easy to find out everything later. 

El waits for Noah in front of the hotel where a month ago Cia contacted him. A few moments later Noah came running over. 

“Sorry I'm late. I had a meeting.” 

“It's okay. I just arrived.” too 

“Come, come in. I'll talk to Albert.” Last morning El told me she had found the hotel where Cia had stayed a month ago. Coincidentally, the hotel belonged to Noah's friend. So easily, Noah would get information about the night Cia went to the hotel. 

They went into the hotel. I asked to meet with Albert. I hope there is a bright spot in this meeting. Hopefully CCTV can find out who the man who was with Cia. 

“So I want to ask you for help. A month ago, a girl came here. He said there was a man who brought him here. I want you to allow CCTV viewing here.” Noah explains his intention to meet the schoolmate to calm him down. 

“Noah, you know, CCTV access is not as easy as it is shared by outsiders.” Albert can't give that easy access, given that it's a private matter for hotel visitors. 

“Come on, I beg you. It's for good.” Noah tried to persuade his friend. “I beg as your friend.” Noah's unrelenting makes Albert sure. 

Albert weighed what Noah said. “Good. I'll open CCTV.” access 

El who heard felt very relieved. Eventually he'll get to who the man who did all that to his sister is. 

El and Noah looked carefully. Since there was no specific time from Cia's arrival, they had to wait until the second where Cia came. However, unfortunately CCTV suddenly died in the lobby. 

“Why die?” tanya El who saw only the black look on the screen. 

“We always do CCTV maintenance periodically. And that day we did. Just a few moments,” clearly hotel employees who served in the CCTV section. 

El exhales. Back to CCTV. However, alternately CCTV is pointing at a black screen which means the CCTV is off. It was alternately from the lobby to the elevator, in the elevator, and in the hallway to the room. 

“Why is there no Cia sighting here?” el asked who was curious because he had not seen Cia enter the hotel room. 

“What can be Cia come during CCTV maintenance?” asked Noah who guessed. 

“Sial!” El is very upset because it turns out Cia came at the wrong time. I don't know who Cia came to the hotel with. “What if when he gets home? Can we see no?” ask El. 

CCTV opened the footage the next day. They speed up the recording to immediately get the figure of the man coming out of Cia's room. The camera screen is blurry. It was as if the camera was broken. From the screen looks the man who came out of Cia's room, but the camera is blurry, it does not look what the man is like. 

“What's this bad about your hotel?” noah told his friend. 

“CCTV is a long time ago and indeed has to be replaced. So it's only natural that he created results that are not perfect.” Albert could do nothing. “Tap any CCTV that needs to be replaced, I will replace it,” he told his employees. 

“Good, Sir.” 

“Sial! If this is how it is. Obviously will not be able to see who the man is,” said El. It felt, he was very upset because he could not find the man who impregnated his sister. 

“Come, Justin. Looks like we can't find an answer here.” Noah invites El to go home. “Thank you for helping us,” Noah told Albert. 

“Sorry, if everything is like this and I can't help.” 

“It's okay. We will find another way.” Noah went out with El. His friend's face was so frustrated. Makes Noah unbearable. He was right if El needed a cup of tea to calm himself down. Noah invites El to one of the tea houses near the hotel. 

Two cups of early tea are served on the table. El immediately felt the aroma of tea that he had always liked. A calm feeling re-emerged his heart. Although not completely. 

“Now what will you do?” ask Noah. 

“Once, I don't know what to do.” To be honest El really didn't know what to do. There were many things he had to deal with, especially the anger of his father-in-law. Not to mention seeing Cia, her mind was tormented. 

“Patience.” Noah tries to convince his friend. 

“Iya.”  Only he can help his sister. So in this case, El must be strong. “I want to go home,” said El standing. “Do you want to come?” ask Noah. 

“Ba-fine. I'll come with.” Noah stood up too. 

They both went to Maxton's house by bus. There was no conversation between the two friends. Noah let El in his mind, while he thought about how Cia was doing right now.
