Regan & Selly Chapter 6

Regan and Selly are back at the party. This time Regan only resigned when both her parents and Regan's parents discussed the engagement to be held in one week. Although still heavy, but he remembered how Selly promised.

“So you guys will just come to fittings wedding dresses and look for rings only, the rest let Mama take care of,” Melisa said to Selly and Regan. 

Sally smiled and nodded. Regan was still with her flat expression. Until Selly nudged him, he nodded.

The party is over, all the families go home, including the Regan family. 

“You don't get tired yeah, honey,” Lana told her former candidate. 

“Iya, Bi.”

“Now call Mama, understand!” Lana gave a full warning.  

“Good, Ma.” Selly is always happy with her father-in-law Lana. He was really good. As a child, he considered Selly his own son. However, now that status was clear because he would be his ex-son. 

The Adion family came into the house after all was gone. Selly said goodbye to her parents into her room. In the room, he expressed his delight. Feeling happy, her dream to marry Regan finally came true.  

Grabbing a photo of Regan who was on the nightstand she hugged him. I'm finally getting married to you, baby. 

His memory returns to his memories. 

A daughter who was following her papa to the house of her business partner, confidently entered the magnificent house owned by her papa business partner. 

“Halo, what's your name little girl?” ask Andrew Maxton - Maxton Company owner. This man of English descent asked the little girl before him who was so adorable. 

“ My name is Selena Selly Adion,” said little Selly so smoothly.

Selly is ten years old. She is a cool and cheerful girl. Her friendly carving made people around her so fond of her. However, as the first child of the Adion family, Selly grew up as a spoiled little girl.

“Wah, Mr. Daniel, your daughter is so beautiful,” praise Andrew.

“Obviously, Mr. Andrew, your son is no less handsome.”

“Thank you, Sir.” Daniel who saw the girl in front of him suspected that she was the same age as his son. “Go to the park! There is a friend.” Andrew told Selly.

Hearing the word ‘friend’, Selly's eyes sparkled. He was very friendly, so he was always excited when he heard there were friends. 

With a step of spirit Selly headed to the park. From a distance, he saw a boy sitting in a busy garden with a pile of books beside him.

With a gentle step, he approached the boy. “Hai, I'm Selly.” Selly reached out to the boy who was busy reading it.

There was no response from the boy in front of Selly. He was busy reading his book.

“Didn't you hear me talk to you!” Selly's little hand picked up the book that the boy was reading. He was upset when he was ignored.

Feeling that the book was taken, the boy's eyes turned to look at the girl in front of him. Those little blue eyes also looked beautiful as they stared intently. “Didn't you see I was reading?” tanyanya.

“Do you never read a fairy tale that tells about how to appreciate someone!” Selly commonly read fairy tales by her mother always explained about the good things about the contents of the story.

Hearing if the girl in front of him took the heart of a story, he concluded that the girl in front of him was a good listener or perhaps a good reader.

“I-Regan Alvaro Maxton - son of Andrew and Lana Maxton, CEO candidate at Maxton Company.”

Selly who heard her friend introduce herself, laughed. “You are a child, why do you aspire to be CEO?”

“The ideals should be instilled from small, and I want to be a CEO like papa.”

“Do we have to have goals?” ask Selly plain.

“Iya,” replied Regan, “what are your ideals?”

“I want to marry a prince.” A smile adorned Selly's face as she said her ideals.

“What ideals it is, where it can be realized,” sneer Regan. Regan thinks such ideals will not be realized, as his ideals who want to become CEO. Regan's logic did not find out what science was used to realize such ideals.

“Then help me make it happen,” replied Selly.

“How?” regan was confused.

“Will you be my prince?”

Regan's thin eyebrows interlocked when she heard Selly's strange words. He digested the words of the girl before him.

“Selly,” Daniel is back calling.

“Reply reply!” Selly urged when she heard her papa.

“Iya, I will be your prince.” Finally Regan answered Selly's request, because papa Selly had approached Selly.

“Thank you,” said Selly smiled.

Daniel, who had been waiting for Selly, gently pulled Selly's hand. Selly's eyes, fixed on Regan. The boy was able to hypnotize her with a blue eyeball gaze.

Regan who saw Selly pass by, just shook her head. He was not aware that his promise had been held firm by little Selly.

Selly smiled remembering that. His first meeting was very effective for him. 

You're finally my prince too.  

Turning away the photo on his chest, he landed a kiss there, as if landing a kiss on the man in the photo.

Elsewhere, Regan landed her body on the bed. An annoyed grunt sounded when remembering if his plan was not to his liking. 

The plan is that he wants to concentrate first on his target of becoming CEO, after which he will get married. However, all is lost, when the wedding suddenly will happen. 

Actually, he's not sure about Selly's promise that will understand all his dreams of becoming CEO. Selly who is always spoiled and goes according to his wishes will definitely make Regan difficult to achieve his dreams. 

Sometimes Regan regretted accepting Selly's love. Regan recalled for a moment how that day was. It happened four years ago. 

Regan, who had a short message from Selly, went to the place her friend had asked her to. It turned out to be a restaurant with a garden behind it. Small lights decorate the garden. Looking from a distance he saw a woman, standing there. Regan knows who it is. She is his friend. 

Swinging his steps, Regan walked over. With a patterned dress, Selly looks very beautiful. The thin makeup made her face different from usual. 

“It may seem strange when a woman says love, but it takes too long to wait for you to declare love. So I deliberately revealed first,” said Selly, “will you be my lover, Re.” 

Regan dumbfounded. It was unexpected that the beautiful girl before him dared to say that. Actually, he realized that Selly had liked him for a long time, but he deliberately did not want to say his love because he did not want to date, because he thought it would interfere with his plans. His plan was to graduate college and work for the Maxton Company. 

However, seeing Selly expressing love, she felt bad, rather pity. What else must have been the girl had everything prepared. 

“I want.” 

Just as Regan answered, the party popper rang out, making the papers fly into the air and fall on Regan's head. There was also applause from some people and made Regan turn her head.

How surprised Regan was when she saw her family and the Selly family. It turns out they witnessed Selly's love-expression show on her. 

“Congratulations, Darling. Finally you guys are officially in a relationship.” Lana hugs Selly congratulating her. It was as if he was waiting for this day. 

Everyone congratulated Selly. I am glad that his love was accepted. 

If it was possible Regan was a woman, it would definitely be very happy to get this kind of surprise. But he doesn't feel that.  

His family who knew his relationship with Selly would definitely make things even more complicated. He could only stop, because everything had happened. 

Regan exhaled harshly remembering that. It feels like he wants to roll back his past and tell Selly to wait for him until he reaches his dream.  

But, it all happened. Now her marriage is in sight. The only hope is that Selly understands it and supports it.
