Marry The Heir

Marry The Heir
Unexpected event

Fix, Disa was not able to go home to the main house. He tried to turn on his dead phone but it didn't work. The battery is completely exhausted. In this house there is no charger tempo used to be used to recharge his phone.

Throwing his phone back on the bed and sitting for a while on the bed while looking at the reflection of his face in the mirror.

“Can, you want to do here all day?” he asked the shadow he was looking at.

He should have gone home yesterday because maybe peer work in the main house must have been very much waiting for him. He should not be so afraid to go home and find a taxi so that his abandoned work is not a problem for him and the people who wait for the results of his work.

Last night he couldn't sleep. Flip back and forth left and right and once then choose out the room to do any work to invite drowsiness.

But nihil, at 3 am he just felt drowsiness and re-awakened 2 hours later. His room in the main house turned out to make him feel at home compared to the room in Kean's house which is of course larger and more comfortable. Again, comfort is not a matter of facilities but how he feels to be calm.

Honestly, last night he was not calm. Stayed in the house that only occupied him and his young master. His eastern custom is still quite thick, even though he positioned himself as a servant but a shadow if suddenly people come to this house and find him living alone in this house with Kean, Kean, it would be a terrible thing.

He believes in himself and his young master that nothing will ever happen but not so with the minds of others, right?

Hah, this is one of the torments for an overthinking man like Disa.

“Iihhhh,, so do not be a coward in,,,” grunts nagging themselves. He rubbed his face with both hands and tried to refocus his mind.

For a moment he was silent daydreaming, waiting for the clock to turn until 10 felt so long. Not to mention he waited for lunch and could only return to the main house after finishing his work to prepare dinner and other Kean needs.

It's been all day in this house. What if the big madam is looking for the clothes she wants to wear? What if his big master was looking for a golf shirt he used to wear and what if his young lady was looking for him to accompany him to work on the peer?

Aarrgghh, Disa's dizzy herself. Working in two different homes is confusing.

Once upon a time, Disa's gaze shifted to the bedsheet she was sitting on. He just thought that he had to wash it so that when there were guests everything was clean and fragrant again. Maybe this is one way to get rid of the confusion. Doing what he can do.

Okay, we're starting.

Disarm one by one pillowcases, bolsters, bed linen and blankets. He also took a used towel he was wearing and of course the clothes of his young master.

Kean did tell her to throw the shirt away but it was too dear to throw it away. The light-grey t-shirt and moss-green pants were definitely expensive, just think of them as gratitude he would keep them after he washed them.

Okay, get to work.

He came out of his room with a lot of laundry. Not forgetting he stopped by upstairs to check the laundry basket and it turned out there were only a few pieces of clothes that he had to wash.

Wait, he did not see the shadow of Kean, his voice was not heard, maybe he returned to rest or continued his work as usual.

“Master, hopefully you can rest on a holiday like this. Don't just sit in front of the laptop with a frown.” Murmured Disa while looking at the tightly closed door of the reading room.

But whatever the power, he could only mutter and keep his own words.

Go back to the first floor and start washing. He sorted out the clothes and cloths he was going to wash and put them in the washing machine. Give him detergent and the work starts. Saw the washing machine start spinning in a sound that was not too loud. While waiting, Disa took a broom and a mop. Sweep the floor and mop it, cleaning from the stains of Kean's shoes.

The disadvantage of working quickly is that everything is finished too soon. Can look for another job, okay he'll make a snack.

Armed with makeshift ingredients, Disa makes fruit pie and risol mayo for snacks at 10 hours later. Actually there is a biscuit in the closet but to spend his time he prefers to make his own food.

If there is a long time, why should you start fast? 😉

Time goes by quickly when we feel very busy. The laundry is done staying in the sun and the snacks are ready.

Five minutes before 10, Disa had arranged food and drinks for Kean on the tray. Take him to the 2nd floor and his steps pause in front of Kean's reading room.

The door was slightly open and Kean was talking on the phone. When he turned his head, he snapped his finger to let Disa in.

“Ya, make a new cooperation agreement. If they do not agree with our contract, you contact a new buyer and make a contract agreement according to our discussion yesterday.” Said Kean at the end of the phone.

Disa was still in her place, putting one by one snacks and drinks for her young master. Sure enough, even during the holidays Kean is still working hard. Disa glance at the expression of Kean's face sitting in his chair, making him recall Roy's remark that the condition of the company is not okay.

Remembering that speech, it felt like the heart of Disa had come to grumble. It was not just Kean's expression that bothered him but the fate of thousands of workers who hung his life, if something bad happened to the company led by Kean.

Maybe among them there is a small person like Disa who is willing to work hard to meet his needs.

“Put it there!” Kean pointed at the coffee cup that was still in Hisa's grasp.

“Good sir," put the cup in front of Kean." I'm sorry.” he added after his work was done.

Dreaming again, I was shocked myself.

After finishing with his task Disa walked out of Kean's room and closed the door slowly.

I think time is starting to go fast.

POV Kean

My position as the head of a company makes me unable to enjoy my time even on holidays. It's all about work and work that I don't like very much. I felt like I wanted to disappear for a moment, go on a vacation to the beach or take a plane and visit America, meet the one I always missed.

I have a lot of time to take care of a job that never ends. I feel so miserable for doing what I don't like. I think I want to say “I’M DONE!” then just leave everything.

Unfortunately, I can only survive like this. Crawling over the pitfalls of the work that Papah created for me. If only papah threat was not about “Dia” I would have revolted. But again, I'm weak. I can't even stand on my own feet let alone defy all papah's orders.

I could only whine, like a child, and obey what Papah wanted and commanded.

Dad, yes I am very bad.

I let out a deep sigh while rubbing my forehead which lately has always been wrinkled. I saw that there was food that was brought by Disa as my snack. The one who uses my taste is the risol, because I prefer salty foods to sweet foods.

I took one risol and I started to bite. I tasted it and it was like there was meat and eggs in it. See, the mayonnaise was so much when I bit it to the point that it fell on my shirt.

Hah, it seems like your work is increasing with Disa, washing my clothes.

I looked at the CCTV monitor. He's not in any room. And my attention was instead on the stove that was burning with boiling water making the flame redden.

Holy hooch! Where are you, Disa?!

I immediately put my unfinished food I craved. I got off as fast as I could to put out the fire on the stove.

“DISA!” I shouted as I stood in front of the stove. Wanted to turn it off but was very scared.

And why didn't he question? Where did this kid go?

I tried to get closer and turn off the stove but my guts whistled as the boiling water again overflowed, spilling out making the flame even bigger and reddish.

I took one glass of water and intended to put out the fire by watering it but instead made the fire even bigger.

"Prank!" the glass slipped out of my hand and shattered into pieces.

My chest began to feel tight, I could not move my legs which suddenly felt heavy. And “BRUG!” i'm fallin. Like my entire bones softened just like that.

Leaning against the wall while holding my chest that felt increasingly crowded. My breath was wheezing, like there was a big chunk clogging my throat to make a louder sound or breathe more freely.

“Can,” is just a voice that I can say. My body felt limp like it was boneless, it felt like this entire room contained fire and I was surrounded, being inside.

Smoke was everywhere and my breath was starting to catch up. I wanted to scream but my voice didn't come out. The longer it takes, the smaller the room feels and maybe I'll die here.

I was desperate without being able to squander. Somebody, help me.

“Gosh! Sir!” the sound of Disa I heard.

I saw her face looking surprised and like she wanted to cry. I faintly saw him take the rag he wet and then cover it on the fire that was still burning and creeping here and there. In addition, he pressed the power stove button that I had always avoided.

“Can,” lirihku and Disa soon approaching.

He came back to me with his worried face. I was so scared, really.

“You okay sir?” He panicked even though he was trying to calm down. Grabbing my body for it to stand up.

Maybe he saw me who looked very frightened with my pajas face, cold sweat and of course limp. My tears also trickled me to a very scary memory a few years ago.

“Master,.” He hugged me, even sobbing.

I want to talk but my tongue is muddy. He said something but the longer his voice was getting inaudible and it was getting dark until, I had no idea what was going on in the next second.
