Ayu squirms, her shoulder feels pain when moved. Especially now that he realized the temperature of the room where he was in felt so cold. His hands fumbled to look for a blanket that did not cover his body. With eyes slowly opening and consciousness gathering together, he understood that this was not the place.
Confused where, Ayu rushed to get up. But again the back of his body felt so much pain that made him grimace in pain.
The incident that happened last night flashed through his mind, which now made him so panicked. Withstands the pain, he rushes to wake up but what he finds is that the top clothes worn have been completely exposed, not a single button of shirt is related.
"What's going on?" he said with his head lowered, his face pias instantaneously.
His eyes rolled back, staring around but there was no one else. Unless he is just one. Immediately Ayu fixed his clothes, took a sling bag that was not far from him then rushed himself out of the room.
By closing the door and the step settles, his eyes this time catch something eye-catching. The atmosphere in his place was very quiet, his gaze this time was fixed on a long sofa chair not far from him.
Looks like a figure who slept there. A man who was sleeping soundly with bare chest, very clear position is not comfortable because the size of the sofa is smaller than the size of his body.
Ayu is increasingly curious about the man, she wants to know whether to know him or not. The minimal indoor lighting due to the window curtains that are still closed makes Ayu close the distance, staring fixedly at the man who was still asleep in front of him.
"Sir Kevin?" his murmur was in disbelief after discovering that the one who was still closing his eyes was his boss.
"What happened last night?" again he was confused, remembering the incident last night. The last time he remembered was a security guard dragging him out of the bar, but before he got to the exit he felt a strong blow behind his body that resulted in his unconsciousness. Lalu—
Monologue Ayu stopped heard the sound of the door opening, swiftly turning his body along with the room lights that lit up brightly. Now it was not only her who was shocked but the man who had just appeared before her who also equally felt the shock of Ayu's presence in this place.
"Why are you here?" Akram said in surprise, but with his eyes turned to look at the sofa watching Kevin who had just squirmed, maybe disturbed by the light of the lamp that had just been turned on.
"Eughh..." Kevin stretched his muscles. His body feels so sore. "Are you awake?" kevin asked in a hoarse voice, realizing Ayu had been standing next to him.
Not getting an answer, Kevin looked up at Ayu who also glanced at Akram. He was clucking because this morning Akram was in his apartment.
"Why did you get here so early?" the question was directed at Akram, there was a resentful tone in his words.
Akram breathed. Approaching and handing over the map containing the files he had been working on last night. But the job should not be him who does it.
"This is the presentation material for this morning's meeting" Akram said, handing over the documents to Kevin. But Kevin just put it next to where he sat.
"What time does the meeting start?"
"Break breakfast with the client."
Kevin nodded in understanding, sighing heavily before finally getting up to his feet. Looking at Ayu who was still standing not far from him.
"Have you forgotten about last night?" he said with his hands patted Ayu's shoulders which clearly still hurt, to make him grimace.
Look Kevin's eyes examine Ayu's face. He himself sighed again. "I guess you forgot, but before you go check your shoulder first. I'm sure there's a wound there," Kevin said with eyes glaring at Ayu's shoulder, after which he went through the room.
"So you took off my shirt last night?" say Ayu spontaneously.
Kevin stopped his steps, responded by raising his shoulders and continued to walk in and close the door.
