CEO's Secret Husband
|38|. Big Flowers In The Greenhouse

Aldrich came out of the castle at eight o'clock in the evening. Sean invites him to meet at the bar while introducing him to a manager of the place. Since the ownership of the bar had already been transferred to him, Aldrich thought it necessary for him to come and review.

The bar was pretty fancy. Entering into the glittering night world and hedonistic human life welcomes its retinas. Seeing the maids in their uniforms circling in the room delivering orders, the sight made him recall his mother.

Incidentally, he caught one of the customers harassing a servant girl who had just poured wine into a glass. The girl looked like she was going to be angry, but scared at the same time.

The man is becoming. Stroked the servant's smooth calf with his naughty hands.

Aldrich heated up, directly calling one of the guards.

"Slow the man out"

"You—"

"According to his words, he's the owner of this place" the one who spoke was Tommy. The Bar manager has just been replaced because the previous manager has chosen to retire.

"Good"

Like that, the guards went to drag the man who was constantly thrashing around feeling unfair and angry. The small commotion provoked some looking views, but they were not so dizzy. Keep sinking back into their fun.

"Mr Aldrich" Tommy reached out with a friendly smile, "It's nice to see you tonight here"

"En" Aldrich took a helping hand and returned his smile.

"Mr Sean is waiting upstairs. Let's.."

On the other hand Maribel just came up with a half-knee glowing red dress with a fairly conservative upper collar. It hides the alluring beauty of its collarbone curves, so its glowing and lively white skin, makes it quite dazzling.

It was the first time Maribel had stepped on such a free and passionate nightlife. He subconsciously hugged her body, somewhat uncomfortable.

"Does anyone go on a blind date in a place like this?" Maribel had just thought of turning her steps, deciding to turn around.

But a burly, warm hand held his elbow.

Maribel looked back, "Sorry.." He brushed off the foreign hand that had just touched his skin.

"Are you my blind date partner?"

Maribel blinked his eyes for a moment, "You're Mr Griffin?"

The man smiled high, "Exactly"

Just as the man approached and embraced Maribel as if they were so familiar, "There's no need to be so formal, just call me Griffin"

"Ah, yes Griffin" Maribel smiled and awkwardly removed herself from the man's embrace. He was emphatically showing his discomfort.

Griffin of course realized it, "Ah, sorry" He raised his hand and instantly guessed what kind of girl he had just been near.

It was like a flower growing up in a greenhouse. Not at all understood the threat of the outside world.

"Let's sit down" Griffin pulled the chair for Maribel to sit down.

"Thank you"

A waiter came to deliver glasses and bottles of premium wine.

"I don't drink alcohol" Tukas Maribel, "Is there juice here?"

Griffin smiled, "Sure"

Maribel turned to the waiter, "Orange the juice, please"

"Good"

"You want to dance?"

Maribel shook her head, "No"

"Why?" Griffin did not stop smiling.

Maribel somehow did not like her smile. That.it feels kind of dangerous.

"It seems tiring" Maribel tried to relax more.

Griffin laughed lightly, "Is that it?"

Maribel nodded slowly, "En"

"A little while" Griffin got up and left.

Maribel does not place any suspicions. He circulated his gaze and watched the pleasures of the people in the bar.

Griffin went to the waiter who delivered their order, "Let me"

Griffin took over two glasses from the tray and poured something in Maribel's orange juice.

Afraid Maribel saw the oddity, he called out to the passing maid, "Turn these two glasses over to the table there"

The waiter nodded and left.

Message notification appears. Griffin checked it out.

'How?'

'My niece is so pretty, isn't she?'

Griffin smiled typing a reply, 'Yes. Perfect enough to be my wife'

'Please'

'But she's a stubborn girl'

'Do something to ensnare him'

Once again Griffin smiled, 'I understand'

Griffin immediately put his phone in his pants pocket and returned to the table.

"Sorry, I just got back the message" Griffin didn't lie about it.

"Yes" Maribel nodded and innocently sucked the orange juice in her message. He pursed his lips, "The orange juice here is a bit bitter"

Griffin was a bit jerky. Her heart was already beating violently fearing that Maribel would not drink it anymore. But the worry did not last long when Maribel saw back sipping the orange drink.

Griffin smiled with satisfaction in his heart.

"So, how do you know about this blind date?" Griffin opened the topic.

Like that, the conversation flowed until Maribel's consciousness gradually dissipated.
