Kaiya observed the books displayed on one of the shelves in the bookstore visit. As he scanned his choice book more closely, he accidentally saw Gio walking towards him. Instantly it was also Kainya's world as if spinning slowed down. Where, even though Gio had looked at him, the man just passed by.

With a thumping chest, Kunya let go of Gio who passed towards the adjoining book display hall. And because Kaiya can still see Gio from his existence even though only the chest up, it feels, the tension following his heart that is not ceaseless pounding, also accompanied by special happiness. Gio .. the man from the past who has changed Kai's life. An ex-love who never arrived.

Getting an abaian from Gio, Kaiya became down sad. “Surely he did not want to know me, because from a long time ago, Gio knew I was Keinya. Gio is indeed ngeyel!” his inner.

“I Kai, not Keinya. I'm Keinya's sister and twin. In the past, we often spent a lot of time together, to read in one of the reading parks. You remember me?” Kai said it with anxious expectation. “I used to be angry when you called me Keinya. Especially when you say you like me, but you keep calling me Keinya.”

Gio fell silent in disbelief as the wrinkle on his forehead grew.

“I told you this so there's no misunderstanding anymore. Me and Keinya are twins, and we do exist. But as for Keinya and Athan, they also exist. So, if all this time you think Keinya is a slut and has betrayed you because he prefers Athan over you, it's because it used to be the same you are me, not Keinya.” Kaiya reassured as well as stared firmly at Gio.

“For God, Gio ... They don't know about our relationship. You're the one who wants to believe me Kaiya, not Keinya!” kinya nagged. After saying that, he let out a long sigh of relief as he was able to help. 

When Kaiya just passed from before Gio, his phone rang. That's a call from Khatrin. “Iya, Mi?” the answer.

Gio still remained silent not understanding. “Times, anyway, all this time I was wrong? Kai, yes, Keinya, right? What difference?”

“Do not get out of the house how? I'm at the bookstore to buy some reading books, Mi. Anyway at home continue to be bored .. huh? Tiara shoots Rara and now, Rara enters the ER?” Hearing that, Kainya's footsteps reflexively swallowed.

His Kai who reflexively held back his former cheeks slapped furiously. “If you have your mouth guarded, dong! One more thing, if you deal with me,”

He wasn't done talking, but Steffy shouted. “Dasaran pelakor! Cheap lady! Kegatelan woman!” while pushing Kai's body.

Steffy's hysterical shout continued even though Gio was holding on and had taken Kainya away from Steffy's presence.

“Gi-gio, I haven't paid for the book of my choice!” kaiya was confused.

“Already, just put it there, buy it next time. The most important thing now, take me to Rara if you and Keinya are twins!” firmly Gio.

“Gio, I'm sorry and so sorry to have known and even believed in you. Kimo is much better than you!” steffy shouted increasingly so. Not wanting to miss, he followed the departure of Gio and Kainya.

Keinya was still panting. Even the warm grasp Yuan was doing was completely unable to temper it. A gripping annoyance erupted and made Keinya very angry. When, did Tiara and Athan stop bothering her? Didn't they take everything? However, why are they still harassing and even injuring people in Keinya's life?

Yuan immediately restrained Keinya's wrist, as their car pulled over just in front of the hospital entrance where Rara was being treated. He did so because Keinya hurriedly left him and even ended their hands, just before opening the door to get out.

Realizing Yuan is leading him, expecting him to follow, Keinya complies. Although anxiety sometimes makes Keinya suddenly step ahead of Yuan, where after that, Yuan will also rush to lead.

Yuan sighed deeply. “Darling, calm yourself,” his plea while continuing to move quickly to balance Keinya's steps.

While continuing to step up, Keinya turned his head and looked at Yuan with teary eyes as well as trembling. 

Finding that, Yuan who realized Keinya would come back crying immediately nodded, laden with patience. “I know. I'm worried about Rara too. Everyone was worried about Rara. But if you do this, everyone will worry about you too. Even I'm sure that Rara is much more worried about you.”

Keinya could not comment because his tongue had been confused since he ended his phone call with Yuan, when he reported the news from Athan about Rara.

Because Keinya's cry finally broke, Yuan embraced and then clenched Keinya's body while continuing to step. But when they were close to the ICU room where Rara was treated, the existence of Athan who sat on the waiting bench in front of the room immediately disturbed Keinya.

He finished Yuan's embrace and looked at Athan, who stood up from his seat. Athan even groped and looked very sad. Where, Athan's decision that actually pulled one arm of Keinya's hand then held the woman who had become his ex-wife, immediately surprising even ignited Yuan's emotions.

“I'm really sorry!” athan cried as his embrace tightened. “It feels like a dream can still hug you like this!”

“Athan, last!” protest to him for the whole time.

The surprised Athan immediately ended his embrace. He found Yuan's fierce gaze following Keinya who was equally directed at him. 

“All this is because of you. If you and Tiara are not in our lives, of course we are far from danger!” firmly Keinya. “Don't ever bother me let alone the people in my life again!” continued.

“Already, we leave it,” said Yuan who immediately embraced then led Keinya into Rara's ward.

Rara was unconscious. It's just that, according to the doctor who handled, a little bullet shot down, the result is very fatal because it must have hit Rara's heart. As for what happened to Kimo, shortly when his blood was taken for Rara, the cold man actually fainted. Only Yuan knew the reason Kimo had fainted, which was because of the fact that Yuan had made it difficult to end his laughter. 

“The boy was afraid of syringes. It's fitting that he's dying because he's desperate to donate blood for Rara!” batin Yuan who was followed by him because of his busyness laughed.

Keinya who had cried bitterly blamed himself for the calamity that befell Rara, powerless to hold his laughter when Yuan told him about Kimo who was phobic of needles, to the extent that, he could not help but laugh, Kimo is dying for a long time even now.

Seeing the closeness of Keinya and Yuan who was full of affection, even Keinya also did not hesitate to hold Yuan in public, Athan who was still there became inferior and jealous.

“Yu?” call Keinya softly with a nasal voice following his eyes that are so reckless. He looked up at Yuan's face above his face. “It looks like better Rara and Kimo got married first. The blushing Keinya nodded. While Athan who could not bear to see the togetherness of the two lovebirds in front of Rara's nursery door, decided to pass. Only, the arrival of Gio and Kaiya instantly made him confused and reflex to stop the move.
