What happened to Yuan made Keinya a gamelang. Keinya felt very confused. Keinya also forgot about the original purpose of going to the hospital that was supposed to check the Rainbow. While the rainbow that was initially silent also became incessant to cry.

Just then, at exactly four o'clock in the morning, the IGD door opened. But that fact did not necessarily make Keinya calm. The calm-faced middle-aged man looked at Keinya while commenting on a smile. “Should not. But we'll see. Hopefully there should be nothing to worry about anymore other than the broken bone of his right hand. However, the glass flakes made his hands and chest get quite serious stitches.”

Keinya's heart was pounding hearing the explanation of the doctor who left him while removing the complete mask following the headgear that was left, shortly after saying goodbye to him.

“Ya .. hopefully that's it. I will take care of her and take care of her,” muttered Keinya who was thinking back about Yuan. He immediately rushed to the ICU where the man was, if only Rara's voice did not call his name.

“Kei ..?”

Keinya gradually turned back, staring at his friend's disbelief who was even in front of his eyes. The petite woman who was always gnawing her straight hair ran at him with tears.

“Kei ..” Rara clenched tightly onto Keinya without being able to end her crying.

“Ra... already do not cry. I'm doing fine. The accident was Yuan.”

Rara kept crying while clutching onto Keinya. Sobbing without ending his embrace. Making Kimo who came with him seemed wrong. The fact is also what makes Keinya let Rara still cry while hugging him.

“Why did you guys get here even together?” asked Keinya while patting slowly on Rara's back.

From the look of Kimo, the man looks neat in the sense that he is ready to go somewhere. But Keinya believes Kimo did not really intend to come to the hospital. “Are you not supposed to fly to Australia?”

Kimo nodded for a moment after staring at Keinya at a glance. “But the police contacted me and said Yuan was involved in a traffic accident. Where can I go while Yuan is like this?”

Kimo's reply was heard complaining. “Sorry, yes,” Keinya said of the inconvenience Kimo had to feel as a result of the Yuan accident.

Kimo smiled slightly. “Did you also return to give your blood for him?”

“What ..?” Keinya felt quite surprised at the question Kimo had just given. Why does the long-haired man seem to know the story of Keinya and Yuan?

Rara immediately took over the Rainbow from Keinya shortly after wiping away her tears.

“Do you think, Yuan wrong? Yuan prefers your twin? If that's what you think, you're wrong big.” Kimo said that seriously. “I don't mean to interfere in your affairs. But since it's like this, I have to explain it to you.”

“I beg you, never leave Yuan again. Yuan loves you very much. He just loves you. Just once he was so devastated when he found out the woman he married was not you.”

Keinya's heart was filled. But even though he was happy, behind his happiness was Kainya who was injured.

“Yuan was married to Kaiya. Their relationship was very good, at first. But it was a mistake. Kaiya is in Yuan's life because Kaiya pretended to be you. Yuan and Kaiya exist, because Yuan loves you very much. The rest, Yuan immediately canceled their marriage. They no longer have a relationship. And Yuan hates Kai.” a lot

Keinya closed his mouth using both hands to hold his laughter. He was really amused by Rara's story. At least, it made his old wounds because Athan paid off a little.

Since Athan divorced Keinya, Athan has always been a victim of Rara's anger without exception regarding Rara's relationship with Gio. Therefore, Rara intends to apologize to Athan. “But, when I returned to the apartment, Kainya already no. About where else is he going, huh?” said Rara who became worried about Kaiya. Moreover, he was still unable to distinguish which one was Kai and which one was Keinya. 

Rara is afraid, Kainya again manipulates the situation as Kimo told her. Not to mention, what befell Kai will also have an effect on Keinya. And Rara does not want Keinya back sad let alone his best friend who just tasted happy. Rara hopes Keinya focus on living happily with Yuan without any shadows including Kaiya.

When all the fear gripped Rara, both eyes accidentally caught the figure he was thinking was being bundled out of the ER room. 

However, what makes Kaiya have to undergo intensive treatment, even from the ER with a lot of bandages on the head, hands and even feet?
