Chapter 30: The Devil Sword
In a peaceful village, all residents move as usual. Until a little boy who was about to walk out of the village hit a black-robed figure.
"Awh! ma~ sorry uncle" said the boy, before long blood came out of his mouth. Without realizing it, his body was separated from his head.
"Yahoo!!!!!!" Everyone screamed when they saw the incident.
The peaceful atmosphere became chaotic in just a few seconds, people were running around somewhere, yet their bodies were suddenly cut off so quickly.
"My nails... hahahah!!!! thank the humans! this meaningless life of yours will be an offering to awaken the great demon lord" Shouted the figure loudly as he watched the citizens running around in fear.
As ten people were about to exit the village gate, the demon immediately cut off their feet so quickly, right in front of the merchant entourage who had just arrived there.
"A~ what happened here...?" They all looked shocked to see the terrible thing right in front of them. The bodies of the scattered villagers were in disarray, the blood flowing into a small river.
The knights immediately moved forward pulling out their swords. "Everything be careful and increase your vigilance!" Charlotte.
"Yes!!"
A terrifying laughter rang out, a black-colored figure appeared before them. "Kukuku.. hahaha, I didn't think there was a mouse coming here" said the figure with a gripping air.
The bodies of the knights and merchants seemed to tremble in fear. The horses started to panic and were about to run away, but the demon directly cut them off.
They all looked shocked because they could not see the devil's movements while cutting the herd of horses that were about to flee.
"M~ is impossible we can beat him!!!" Shouted hysterically one of the knights.

Blood poured out, a head was seen detached from the body of the woman who shouted earlier. Not only were the heads of all his limbs also detached and scattered everywhere.
"Yahoo!!!!" Everything panicked, the merchants were also slashed to death instantly, leaving behind 5 knights.
The five of them gathered together and tried to calm down, pulling the sword, they formed a circle in order to protect the others. The demon seemed to grin and silently stood up to see the five knights standing trembling.
"Hahaha, you guys want to fight me with such trembling fear?" Said the demon with a mocking smile. He moved slowly closer to the five knights.

Charlotte used her fire sword to attack the demon with full force. But, the demon could hold his sword with his bare hands. His hand instantly turned into a sword and pierced the belly of the girl before him until it pierced backwards.
"Yahhhhhh!!!!" Blood came out of Charlotte's mouth, after the sword was drawn her body became weak and unable to stand up. Puddles of blood widened around her, her gaze starting to blur, but upon hearing the screams of her friends, Charlotte tried to turn her head slowly.
In front of his eyes he saw his friends slaughtered by the demon, their limbs scattered so that a rain of blood from the blood flowing from the limbs flying in the sky.
"To... please.. j~ don't kill them..." Charlotte tries to ask the demon to stop when she sees one of her last friends about to be killed.
The demon grinned at Charlotte's desperate face, dragging her friend closer to the girl. "Look, this is your last friend" said the demon holding his friend's head and facing him.
"To~ please let him go. You can kill me, but please let him go..." Said Charlotte in a stammer.
"Yes.. hahahaha!!! nice, that face is really nice!" The demon laughed loudly seeing Charlotte's face full of despair.
The demon raised his hand that had already turned into a sword and was about to end Charlotte's life.

With Aerial Spada in his hand, Satoru brushed off the demon's arm. "Sorry I'm late, are you okay?"
Charlotte could not answer, her body already looked pale and limp due to the lack of blood. Satoru instantly gave her a healing potion in order to ease her wound. The potion was splashed on the injured part, it was seen that the wound began to close slowly.
"Thank God this high-level potion is useful" muttered Satoru seeing the wound begin to close. He got up and looked around.

Satoru looked shocked to see the terrifying scene around him. He looked sick and closed his mouth.

Seeing his severed arm the demon became aware of the power of the swords used by Satoru. "So well, that black sword has the ability to obliterate magic, while the other has high physical penetration" he said as he grew his severed arm back.

Satoru stood still by increasing his vigilance. However, the demon suddenly flew. "I'll let you go this time human, we'll meet again next time!"
The demon left very quickly to return to its original place to report.
