The Return of the World's Destructive Hero
Chapter 18: Potion Girl

Outside the training building Satoru and Taiju were about to head towards the canteen. While walking leisurely there was a woman running around and bumping into Satoru.

"Awh!!" The girl fell down while rubbing her painful buttocks. He slowly opened his eyes and saw a familiar man before him.

"Yeah!!! you're the one that night, aren't you!?" The girl shouted while pointing at Satoru with a surprised face.

"Huh?" Satoru was astonished by the aoa said by the girl, he looked at the girl while remembering her.

Ahh... she is the girl pursued by the bandit troupe is not...?

"Are you okay?" Satoru reached out his hand to help the girl stand up.

The girl received the helping hand and got up. "Thank you.. aaa!!! i forgot!! sorry but I'm in a hurry!!" The girl seemed to remember something important and immediately ran away leaving Satoru and Taiju.

"A pretty sloppy girl..." Satoru muttered to see the girl's behavior.

"Are you interested in him Satoru?" Taiju said innocently.

"Not really, rather than take care of it, we mending quickly to the cafeteria before the bell in rang" Satoru immediately walked back to the school cafeteria.

The girl who collided with her earlier was the same person she was at her aid that night. Have brown hair with green eyeballs like emerald. The girl was named Haruna, she was a great alchemist.

Right now he was going to the alchemy club room to pick up some of the ingredients that he lived there. This girl was trying to make an ancient potion to cure her sick mother.

Haruna was already famous by all the villagers for his prowess in alchemy. But all the drugs he made none of them managed to lift his mother's illness, and the potion could only relieve her symptoms.

He was very keen on studying at school just to learn how to make ancient potions. The magic ability he has is also good, so it goes into classes that have magic marks. Despite her magical abilities, Haruna is more likely to use her magic to make potions rather than fight.

Because Satoru cannot be treated through magic, Haruna will be very suitable because it can make potions with good quality. In the room of the alchemy club Haruna picked up the materials he needed and went straight back to the library.

The purpose of bringing the materials is to match whether the material in question in the book is the same as the material currently held by him. Although at first glance it looks the same, there are some plants that have different effects. The differences that are often seen are usually in the color of the liquid, the tip of the leaf and the color of the plant.

In the library Haruna tried to match what was written in the book with the plants held by him.

"Haaft.. turns out different plants..." His face looked disappointed when he knew that the plant in the book was different from what he was holding.

"Hey-hey look who is this?! lucky commoners enter a class marked by magic?" While in the library there were some schoolgirls who came and made fun of the girl.

Haruna ignored their words and got up. He immediately walked without a word out of the library, along with the sound of bell signs entering.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

After school Haruna returned to his inn and concocted a potion in the room for sale. Usually he sold the potion in drugstores and merchant guilds.

"Yosh, today's target has been reached!" Haruna muttered after making 20 middle-tier healing potions. He put the potion into a box to bring to the merchant union.

Dubrak!!!

Because running around in a hurry, the man hit Haruna who was carrying a box filled with potions until he fell. "Awh!!! aaaa!!! my potion!!!" Haruna shouted to see the box containing his potion slammed firmly onto the floor.

While checking the box containing the potion there was a gust of wind felt in his right ear. Haruna turned his head and saw a man running quickly and managed to catch a pickpocket earlier.

The guards came to secure the picket. The man who caught her walked towards the old woman who owned the bag and returned it.

"It's not him, the guy I hit at school earlier...?" Haruna muttered softly as she looked at the man who returned the bag that belonged to the grandmother.

Shortly afterwards the man came to her, extending his hand. "Are you okay?" He said softly.

"A~ ah, I'm fine..." Haruna accepted his hand and stood up slowly.

"You're the girl you were, aren't you?" The man said after seeing the girl's face.

"Y~ yes... etto, my name is Haruna..." The girl timidly introduced her name to the man before her.

"Shin Satoru, greetings Haruna-san" Satoru said with a smile on his face. "Is this box yours?" He looked towards the city that was spitting out a green colored liquid into the blue from its crevices.

"Yeah!!! my potion!!!" The girl just remembered her potion and shouted right then and there.

"Are you buying a potion?" Satoru asked out of curiosity.

Haruna shook her head "No, the potion was me who made it. Huft, it looks like I can't sell it if it's destroyed like this. At least there's still some that don't break..." The girl sighed after seeing the condition of the potion inside the box.

"Then just do it again, right?" Satoru spoke innocently to the girl.

"If only I could do it..." The girl's face became grim after saying that. "My money is running low and if I buy any more medicine, maybe I'll sleep outside today..."

"Hey, how about looking for it yourself in the forest?" Satoru tilted his head to the right and pointed towards the outside of the gate.

"Outside there are many monsters.where maybe I can find him alone..." The girl said desperately.

Satoru extended his hand and smiled. "I'll help take care of the monsters, you can look for the medicinal herbs calmly"

Haruna looked at Satoru's sincere face to help her. So far no one has smiled sincerely and wanted to help him when he arrived at the capital.

"A~ are you sure...? but I can't give you anything..." Haruna said hesitantly.

Satoru raised his right hand to his chin, thinking of something. "Then what if you provide potions for me? ah, of course I'll pay for it"

At that time Haruna could only be stunned to see a man in front of her who was so sincere to help her. The girl still thought that Satoru was a noble because he had a surname. That was why he did not believe that there was a noble so kind to him who was a commoner.
