65. Dessert

"Qi, let's get another ten minutes of sleep before we go to work." Said Danny with both eyes closed while fingering next to him.

When her hands coiled around the waist of someone she thought was Qiara, one voice so loud instantly made her aware of her beautiful dream, "GUE GELI, BASTARD!! YOU WHY ARE YOU HUGGING ME?!"

Arga. The voice belonged to Arga.

Arga immediately jumped from the top of Danny's bed, at the same time Danny also woke up while rubbing his eyes. In fact, Danny did not take long to collect his scattered life, because once Arga shouted, his consciousness automatically returned completely.

Danny then glanced at Arga who was standing up while shuddering in horror at him. Instead of responding to Arga's shock reaction, Danny wondered why he was in his room, especially with Arga. While he remembered very well, that last night he went to Qiara's apartment drunk, then Qiara kissed him and... Danny blushed as soon as he remembered it. Even then it made Arga who was still looking at him with a haggard face even more amused.

"Ga, not semalem meyee...." Danny said after trying to neutralize himself.

"Yes! Semalem lo drunk haphazardly again. Lo goes to Qia's apartment, rummaging incoherently, continuing to faint. Qia called me, ask me to help me pick you up."

"So semalem?" Danny was disappointed.

"What do you expect with your perverted brain?" Arga snapped a pillow into Danny's head with a strong enough force.

After that, Arga went straight out of Danny's room. Leaving Danny alone with his disappointment at thinking he was staying at Qiara's apartment, but he wasn't.

"Ohhhhkk!!" Erang Danny scratched his head rough.

"DANNY, HURRY UP SIEP-SIEP! THERE'S A LIVE THIS MORNING!" Arga screams from outside Danny's room.

"Okay, to accompany you all in the morning, we'll be playing Eugene Wilde & Joanna Gardner's song, First Love Never Dies. May this reawaken our all-warming memories of our first love in our early teens."

The smile on Danny's face grew louder as the song spun into the space in his car. This morning, everything felt so light. Every step he took and every breath he took felt so pleasant. After struggling with his cold and lonely world for three years, finally today, the old Danny figure has truly returned completely.

"Mba Qiara's? Qiara Serena?"

Qiara who had just returned from the Coffee Shop while carrying a cup of coffee instantly stopped her steps once someone called her name.

Qiara turned around, and both of her eyes automatically opened wide upon finding out that the one who had just called her name was Felicya Aletha, who was the one who had just called her, one of the singers who became the darling of one country since he debuted the first time two years ago. A young singer who was once involved in a dating scandal with Danny.  Recalling that, Qiara suddenly felt annoyed.

However, what was very surprising to Qiara was; felicya knew him!

"I?" Qiara sangsi. Trying to make sure that Felicya did call his name.

Felicya ran towards Qiara which was not too far away followed by two of his staff at the back. As soon as he arrived before Qiara, Felicya immediately showed his amazed face, as if he was looking at his idol artist.

"Mba Qiara's? I know Felicya, I'm one of Mba Qiara's fans since I was broadcast on ANHstar Radio." Felicya said as she extended her right hand to shake hands.

Qiara immediately welcomed Felicya's hand which looked so enthusiastic when he saw her, "Qiara." Reply then.

In Qiara's heart was amazed. It was never imagined by him, that the class singer Felicya Aletha turned out to be a fan.

Error: He did not get upset with Felicya! What is the importance of Danny? Who lately has always been acting cool and rude to him.

"When I was in high school, I always heard Mba Qiara's broadcast. I even emailed a few times, but never read, hehe..."

"Oh, huh?"

For some reason, Felicya suddenly looked around, like trying to ascertain the situation before finally getting closer to Qiara and whispering something to her, "I used to follow Mba Qiara using my old IG account. But Mba Qiara is not a follback."

"Geez, I'm sorry, I used to rarely open IG, and for the last three years, I haven't really opened IG again."

"Pantes Mba Qiara says." Felicya sighed with a face that looked disappointed, "but I'm happy, because finally Mba Qiara is back again." She nodded with a big smile on her beautiful face.

Not yet finished his conversation with Felicya, Qiara's attention was knowingly fixed on Danny who had just entered the main door. Danny saw her and waved to her. Qiara was a little surprised, why did Danny's attitude towards her suddenly turn sweet? Whereas for these few weeks she had always acted as if Qiara had never been seen.

Then later, the momentary memory of him kissing Danny last night greeted his memory and made Qiara shudder for a moment.

Qiara, who was starting to misbehave with her own memories, immediately parted with Felicya. In his fiction now, he has to leave before Danny gets close to him.

"Yes, Fel, I went back to the studio first, huh? I'm almost late. We'll talk again sometime. Hye!"

Before Felicya replied, Qiara had already left with rash steps. It is like being chased by a debt collector.

Felicya stared at Qiara's departure with a puzzled look. And the confusion grew as Danny walked past him, then slowly ran after Qiara, "Qi, why run away?"

'Loh? Danny does Mba Qiara know each other? Or what not-don't....'

Not to mention his confusion to get an answer, two of his staff who had followed him had told Felicya that they had to hurry, because Felicya soon had to prepare her appearance for the Music Show program.

After finishing in makeup, Felicya who was still curious about the relationship between Danny and Qiara decided to look at the photos that Qiara uploaded on her IG account.

After he saw Danny chasing after Qiara and calling her earlier, Felicya suddenly felt that Danny's face was not so unfamiliar in his memory. Although only through a photograph, Felicya thought he had seen Danny's face long before that.

When opening Qiara's account, Felicya noticed that Qiara's last post was uploaded in September 2018. It was a photo that showed Qiara showing a ring on her ring finger with a black-and-white effect. In his head, Felicya immediately assumed that Qiara was being proposed at the time. Unfortunately, Felicya could not take the information any deeper because Qiara deactivated her comment column.

Then, in a 2014 post, Felicya found a photo of Qiara posing with her friends, one of whom was Danny. It was Danny who was embracing Qiara while leaning his head with Qiara's head. And at that time, Felicya turned out to give love for Qiara's upload.

Felicya can now come to the conclusion that Danny and Qiara have been in a relationship in the past.

Shortly before the elevator door was closed by Qiara, Danny, who had been trying desperately to avoid entering the elevator with a breath of breath. Danny held onto both of Qiara's shoulders while trying to calm his airway after running after Qiara.

It turns out to be true, Danny remembers the kiss scene last night.

"I'm not running away!! Who said I ran away?!" Hardik Qiara then put away the two hands of Danny who was still holding his shoulders.

Qiara then cleared her throat, putting on an indifferent face.

Danny just nodded as he folded his hands together in the stomach, "oooh, is that it? So don't run away, huh?"

Qiara did not answer. Really, he's not brave enough to face Danny right now.

"Yes, if there is no intention to run away, why don't we just have lunch together now?"

"I've had lunch!" Sahut Qiara quickly.

A moment after Qiara replied, the tone of the rumbling in her stomach again caused a tantrum. At that time, Qiara did intend to go to lunch. He just didn't expect to meet Danny in the middle of that plan.

Qiara silently stared, while Danny looked at her with slanting eyes, as if hearing her hungry cells yelling out Qiara's lies.

"I promise I won't talk about Semalem, but lunch is just like me, huh?" Pinta Danny pleaded.

"Se─all-night why? What am I doing?" Qiara was still trying to dodge.

Danny brought his face closer to Qiara's. While Qiara who no longer wanted to be caught in Danny's trap, hurriedly distanced her face.

Danny smiled wickedly, then softly muttered as if teasing Qiara, "does I need to explain here? Or do you need a scene design to make your memory clearer?"

Qiara gulped. As Danny's face grew closer, the elevator opened, "okay, let's have lunch together!" Qiara eventually breaks up before Danny gets reckless.

Just as Qiara was about to step out of the elevator, Danny held his hand and pressed the button to get to the basement. The place where the car is parked.

"We're having lunch outside!" Said later.

Qiara just resigned.

Danny's desire that day to have lunch alone with Qiara was finally fulfilled. During lunch, Danny kept his promise to Qiara not to discuss the kiss scene last night. Danny simply enjoyed the food in front of him while constantly trying to hold back his smile.

"Qi?" Call Danny quietly after downing a glass of water on the table. Danny's face looks serious now.

"Yes?" Answer Qiara.

"I met Bang Ray. He took me to the apartment."

Hearing Danny's confession, Qiara's feelings immediately warmed. For Qiara, this was the happiest news he had ever heard since he returned to the city of Harsa.

"Oh, huh?" Reply Qiara later.

Danny turned his fork slowly on the plate and continued, "i talked a lot about Bang Ray semalem. From Bang Ray too I know that you rejected Brother Dean's proposal."

Qiara could now feel her heart hammering in there. Especially after he caught the unpleasant look that was clearly drawn on Danny's face. Without Danny saying a word, Qiara knew that he would blame himself for the decision he had made.

"Not to be kegeeran! I rejected Dean's proposal not because of you. I've cleared everything to Brother Dean. For now, Brother Dean just needs time to accept my refusal with a chest of air."

Qiara was very hopeful, that with his answer that Danny did not need to feel guilty for anyone, or for anything.

They continued their lunch in silence. Danny doesn't know what else to say. At times like this, Danny wants to keep himself out of conversations that could threaten his relationship with Qiara who has just improved.

After finishing lunch, they immediately returned to the office before lunch was up.

"Qi, I think there is something forgetful," said Danny who suddenly looked confused. At that time, they had just arrived at the ANHTV parking lot.

"What?" Qiara asked as she let go of her seatbelt and then looked towards Danny who was staring at her.

Everything just happened, when Danny with a quick and unreadable movement suddenly just dyed Qiara's lightning lips. The surprised Qiara immediately closed her lips with her hands while looking at Danny with both eyes wide open.

Danny smiled triumphantly, then said, "it was a dessert. Dessert I was forgetful."
