Chapter 45. Jealousy is love

This indistinct and claustrophobic feeling of Lilian, was finally answered with Greg's words. Of love? Does Lilian really love Jack? How and since when is this?

"Are you still going to deny it Lilian?" greg asked Lilian who was still frozen, the girl could not answer. His tongue seemed to be mute, he was confused how to answer it? What if it's true, that he loves Jack?

"W-what did senior say? L love her? How's it possible?" for some reason Lilian denied her own taste in front of Greg. The man who worked as a medical Hunter only responded to Lilian's words with a faint smile.

"It's okay if you deny it now, but later you'll realize it after Jack is with his brother Aaron." chirped Greg who makes Lilian uncomfortable.

"That-that's..." Lilian was nervous and could not imagine Jack being with another woman. From the beginning Lilian did not like Jack because of his innocent and cheerful attitude, but now it is the opposite. In fact, the type of man Lilian dreamed of was a strong and courageous man. As for Jack, he might be strong in his temperature mode. But the man was timid, far from the shadow of the man of his dreams.

"And I'm sure Jack likes you too. It's just that you're too cuckoo." chirped Greg bluntly.

"Senior said what the hell?" ketus Lilian turned her face away. Greg smiled faintly and calmly faced her.

"The present age, expressing love for women, is legitimate" Greg said and left Lilian stunned by his words. Lilian thought about it well, does it really feel like this is love or not?

After comforting the weeping Jane and grieving. Jack escorts Jane to live with the female Demon Hunter whose house is near there. The house of Lilian.

Seeing Jack drive Jane to his house, Lilian is upset and jealous. He looks at Jack with annoyance, but he also can't be unkind to Jane who he's not long known.

"So, can Jane stay here last night? The house is far away from here, he'll be home tonight." Jack asked Lilian.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Miss please come in and you go home!" lillian said to Jane and Jack. Jane is told to come in and Jack is told to go home by her. Jack said a salute, then left from there. But before that, Jack spoke on the doorstep of Lilian's house.

"Jane! If you need anything, you can ask senior Lilian. He is a good guy though a little fierce and I trust him a lot!" jack half shouted.

Jack's words were of course heard by Lilian and Jane. Jane smiled to herself, feeling Jack was very considerate of her. While Lilian was upset and arrogant because Jack was so attentive to Jane.

"Hey! I'm not fierce!" objection Lilian was upset.

"Yes senior Lilian is VERY GOOD" said Jack from out there. "So, I'm picking up Jane!" he said it again that made Lilian annoyed.

"Thank you for watching me Jack's sister" Jane said from inside.

'Why am I upset like this?' Lilian was upset in her heart. He snickered at Jane without the girl noticing. Lilian began to wonder in her heart, was she jealous? And what is this love?

On the way home from Lilian's house, Jack was about to return to the dungeon headquarters. But his steps came to a halt as he looked at the black shadow before him, like a thin-bodied human figure

"You monster" muttered Jack with a look of caution. There he was alone and the streets were deserted.
