Chapter 23. Jack is badly hurt

Igor manages to escape after his head is almost cut down by Jack. Unfortunately Jack was injured at that time because of Igor's attack on his stomach.

BRUGH!

Suddenly the man fell down while holding his stomach which is now bleeding and there are some burns there. Jack couldn't believe it, but a little more he could guess his neck. It turned out to be true what Lilian had said before, defeating the upper demons was not as easy as one imagined.

"Jack! You why? What's going on?" fred's voice made Jack turn to his hand. Jack smiled looking at his dazed-looking friend.

"Jack!" call Fred to his friend.

"Everything's fine" that's all Jack told Fred. "Do you want to hurt Fred?" ask Jack then.

"I-I'm fine. Why why anyway? Uh, but I feel like my body is sore and my hands are numb like I've done something hard!" obviously Fred was confused, he felt some parts of his body ache and he was tired. Really, Fred doesn't know what's going on and why he's how much near Stanvers Street. Apparently the man did not remember everything.

Soon, Jimmy and Aaron show up. Then they approached Jack, whose face was pale, and blood poured from his stomach.

"You okay?" asked Jimmy with a worried tone.

"Sorry, you have to fight alone!" cetus Aaron was going to help Jack, but he was late. On the other hand, the sun begins to rise upwards, indicating that it is morning. Clearly, demons and monsters were back hiding in the dark room of the dungeon.

"It's okay, I don't ma-ti..."

Bruk!

Jack's body collapsed instantly, with Aaron swiftly catching him. Although they had previously blamed Jack for the death of one of their colleagues. But they still care about each other.

Danny and Erick were together the next day when they were treated. As for Fred, he was fine, even though some parts of his body were sore. And what about Jack? He has not been awake as well and Jack has been unconscious for 3 days because of severe internal injuries.

"Because you've recovered, you must return to the upper world. Aaron, you take them!" greg tells his friend Aaron to take Jack's three friends back to their world.

"NO!" jack's three friends answered no. They don't want to go back before they see Jack unconscious.

"We're not leaving here until we see Jack, anyway," said Erick, who was also approved by Danny and Fred.

"But..."

"It's okay, just let them be here. You three can stay here until Jackson wakes up, then go!" aron firmly on Jack's three friends.

On the side of the door, Lilian looked at Jack with sadness. Lilian's sad gaze, contained a deep meaning.

'Jack, when are you going to be awake? Why did you sleep so long? You're gonna wake up, right? Didn't he say you'd learn arrows from me?You gotta be okay Jack, gotta be!' Lilian who looked cold outside, but actually had warmth in her heart. He cares about Jack.

As if the Lord heard Lilian's prayer, Jack also began to open his eyes. Danny, Fred and Erick look happy to see it.

"JACK! Are you awake?"
