Chapter 36. Saving the Demon Hunter

Reynold and Jack help Aaron to free the demon hunters who are trapped in the egg and who can still be saved. Most of them have died, some have even become bones.

Then even more surprising, when one of the Demon Hunters inside the egg, turned into a snake monster. Their bodies were scaly and they were no longer human.

"Kill him!" aaron said to Reynold who used a blue sword.

Reynold had trouble brandishing his sword at the man who was already a snake, Reynold was heavy-hearted because the man was his best friend.

"Shhh..."

"You want to die, huh? Quickly kill him! He's not your friend anymore, he's already a monster" Aaron said. On the other hand, he himself was busy fighting humans who became other monsters. Jack was the same, his hands did not stop swinging axes at those monsters. Even in his heart, he could not bear to kill his own brother.

Before the monster attacked Reynold, Aaron quickly slashed the snake monster's neck and in one strike, the monster instantly became ashes.

Senior Aaron's sword is very good and sharp. Jack praised the senior in his heart.

"If your heart is weak like this, how can you be a Demon Hunter?" hiss Aaron as he looked at Reynold sharply. The man lowered his head, realizing that he was wrong.

"When your friend has become a monster and endangers others, then he is not your friend anymore. You have to kill him, inevitably. It is not a choice, but a necessity! Don't think about how many lives you've killed, but think about how many lives you'll save! Understood?" Aaron advises Jack, Reynold and also some of the Demon Hunter members who survived there.

Suddenly the ground shook violently, the ground cracked and now formed a large hole between Jack, Reynold, Aaron and several demon hunters who survived.

"Reynolds! Be careful!" Jack quickly pulled Reynold's body so the man wouldn't fall into the hole.

"Thank you senior." Reynold was relieved that he had almost fallen into that seemingly deep hole.

The panic was not over here because right now, something suddenly appeared from inside the hole and pulled the Demon Hunters quickly into the hole. It was like a snake tail.

"Please!"

I won't let anyone die here again. This demon I will not forgive. Aaron's inner self with a face that looks angry. He was convinced that this demon was the one who killed his brother Louis and also his mother. Aaron recognized the smell.

"If you can't protect others, at least you should be able to protect yourself!" said Aaron who made the Demon Hunter embarrassed.

"I'm sorry senior!" said the three Demon Hunters were sorry for not daring.

On the other hand, Jack looks amused because he sees a snake tail near him. The snake is the animal that Jack hates most, he does not like animals that wriggle squirm.

"Ih.this is so laughable! Ih..."

All attention was on Jack and looking at him in astonishment, they were wondering why Jack could become level A and get the axe of the legendary Demon Hunter.

"Jack please don't embarrass me in front of them!" decak Aaron points to Jack.

"But senior, I'm really afraid of snakes!" jack shouted while shivering in horror.

Aaron sighed, then he looked at the four Demon Hunters behind him. "Don't get me wrong, even if he's like that, but he's good at fighting. I'm sure you'll see him soon."

A second later, a huge snake emerged from under the hole and made a great tremor there.
