Chapter 91 - The Color of Love

"Clarah! Clara! Can you help me finish this? Suddenly Meiger came to me and asked me to finish this. It sucks!"

Edmond pulled the hand of Clara who had just chewed a chocolate cake sprinkled with refined sugar. Clara blinked slowly before her consciousness returned. He who was shocked even choked on the cake in his mouth.

"Uhuk! Uhuk! ....Water...." Lirih Clara with a raucous voice.

Immediately, Edmond got Clara a glass of water. If this child died of his indiscretions, Edmond could have been strangled by the Emperor.

Now it was late afternoon, and Edmond had only received news of the Emperor's arrival this afternoon. And when he wanted to tell Clara, the girl was sleeping.

Edmond gave Clara a glass of water, "You're not going to die, are you...?"

Clara gulped down the glass until the toilet. He stared in silence at Edmond. Stared at of course confused, what's wrong with Clara?

Edmond clucked loudly, so that the girl in front of him would hear him. But ill-fated, despite being heard but Clara ignored him like and directly snatched the pile of paper that had just been carried by him.

Even though she's upset with Clara, but because this girl wants to help her so she won't mind. After all Clara is not that stupid and has experience in working on this kind of document. And where Edmond knew that the Emperor would come so soon. The matter became more complicated when the Emperor caught Clara alone with the Goat, and afterwards found Edmond and Valentina walking hand in hand. Damnit.

Edmond was slightly grateful when the Emperor had no intention of giving his head to the executioner.

"She should be in sadistic mode." Fizz Edmond.

"You just go here." Clara said as she continued to scratch her pen over the document.

"uh? Why?"

"Didn't you have an appointment with Miss Valentina? After all, this is our main goal here, getting Miss Valentina's heart. Just go away."

I also want to talk to Your Majesty. It would be a shame if I humbled myself to His Majesty while you were still around. So go with Valen!

Clara's stunned. That is exactly what Edmond said. So do not dare to resist or change the order of the Emperor if you still want to enjoy the fresh air until tomorrow.

Valentina looked confusedly at Clara. But Clara turned her gaze in another direction, choosing not to say anything. Therefore, Valentina asked for certainty from Edmond.

"I broke my promise. So Meiger-I mean Emperor Hortensia gave me all this." Edmond replied in a resigned tone.

"so."

Valentina exhaled, she was enthusiastic enough to circle downtown Agapanthus after a long time. But since Edmond broke his promise I don't know what. Valentina failed to get around.

"Then I'll help." Break Valentina.

Edmond felt even more guilty when Valentina decided to help them. Fortunately, no other pens were carried by Edmond. So Valentina can't help him unless Clara decides to leave. When Valentina just silently watched Edmond finish his job.

While seriously watching Edmond while occasionally tidying up the child's hair that was scattered behind his ears. That didn't go unnoticed by Clara. Then Clara casually gave the pen in her hand to Valentina. Of course Clara got a strange look from Valentina.

"It looks like Valen has to turn dating downtown into working on a file. See you tonight, good luck." Clara gave her thumbs up to the two lovebirds as she walked away.

After being abandoned by Clara. Edmond and Valentina looked at each other for a moment before throwing their eyes away with their red faces.

Even though Edmond seems embarrassed - embarrassed. But no doubt he cheered in his heart. Giving Clara all the best prayers because her presence is not in vain here.

Clara looked at the Angel while smiling her sweet smile. It was only this morning that they met and now Clara is back facing this man.

"Do you need anything from me?"

The ghost nodded. "Guide me to enjoy afternoon tea. Well, count on relaxing before becoming Ranunculus Kingdom Advisor."
