Not Just a Dream

Not Just a Dream
Disowned

Just a few hours outside, Renata had already become a grabbing material. His familiar face made everyone want to know him more closely. Taking pictures together and also asking for autographs, some even ridiculous, asking for his clothes painted for mementos.

"If you know this, I won't go out of the house" his grunts, feeling uncomfortable with those who come and go without stopping.

"So, instead of you being happy, now being an artist," joked Derya thrusting the drink that just came. Often together to make the awkwardness disappear, now Derya and Renata really become friends.

They were in a famous restaurant, after looking around the apartment and cafe to be purchased, hunger struck. Decided to stop by for a moment to quench thirst and clot the stomach.

Renata smiled, staring at her drink that was just stirring. Thinking of something Derya herself doesn't know.

"Why you?" ask Derya. Staring at the surly Renata.

"No problem" he answered briefly. Reluctant to tell his heart to anyone, including Derya.

Renata took off the fork and spoon, lazy. The food in front of him seemed to be a very bitter medicine. His tongue would accept nothing. From the bottom of his heart, he awaits a call from Bagas. In fact, since returning to Indo, the man did not contact him.

"Mr Renata, huh?" The middle-aged woman came over to Renata. Nodding confused. Move from his seat. Receiving the woman's hand.

"Well, we happened to meet here. My son wanted to learn to paint, since seeing the show on television at that time, he wanted to meet and learn to paint with, Ma'am."

The twelve-year-old boy was hiding behind his mother, still timid.

Renata smiled thinly, flattered, praised in public making it uncomfortable.

"Later to open a gallery. So you can register your son there. The plan is next week, because there's a lot to take care of."

After giving the address, the mother and her son left Renata and Derya.

Plok Plok Plok

Derya applauded loudly until all around staring at him.

"Why?" Renata sat back down and took a sip of the latte that had started to warm up.

"It turns out you have a lot of fans, and soon it looks like there will be."

Renata clucked, hitting Derya's burly arm.

Almost thirty minutes, Derya glanced at Renata's food that was still intact.

"Why not eat?" ask Derya enthusiastically.

"Not hungry, let's go home, yuk!" take her, grabbing the bag that was placed next to her.

Derya did not ask any more, she immediately paid for her food and came out following Renata's steps. Upon arrival at the courtyard, they stopped the steps. Look at some people who are crowding. There was a scream from a woman from there.

"What's that about? Why so many?"

"Most people fight with their girlfriends" replied Derya. He often watched it happen and it was no longer taboo in his eyes. That is, why Derya is lazy to date and prefers to sing.

Aaaa.

Renata closed the door of the car that had been opened. As a woman, she felt the pain if what Derya said was true.

"Excuse me.." Renata split the crowd, ascertaining what happened there. How surprised to see someone known fall down on the floor.

"Sister Karin!" exclaiming Renata crouched down, holding back Karin who was about to collapse.

No answer, Karin looked up, looking at the man standing in front of her.

"Sister, let's get up!" Renata helps Karin stand up.

Renata stared at the man in front of Karin, his familiar face making Renata grunt.

"Sister still in touch with him?" ask Renata loudly.

Derya came and pegged beside Renata. A clear view of the hostility between Karin and Toni.

"No!" sergeant Toni is no less loud. "He just wants to slander me" he added. "I'm sure Karin's child isn't my flesh and blood, you deceiver!" Pointing at Karin's already withered-looking face.

Plakkk

Renata slapped a slap on Toni's sturdy cheek. There was no fear in the slightest, let alone doubt, it was disgusting abuse that only a lowly and irresponsible man would do.

"Never insult my sister. I know who you are, and I will prove that the baby with Karin's womb is your son. Ground crocodile," challenge Renata. Grabbing Karin's cold wrist.

"How dare you." Tony raised one hand. However, with a swift Derya came forward and stood in front of Renata. Pushing Toni's body back.

"If you dare not be equal to women, fight me!" Derya challenged while folding her shirt.

The mood is getting gripping. Derya and Toni are showing each other off. The restaurant guards came to them to break up.

No resistance, Toni chose to leave rather than have to deal with others.

Doubles of tears flooded Karin's cheeks. Unexpectedly, the person he loved as sincerely as the heart was disavowed with his promise, not even acknowledging what was planted. The shame was nothing compared to the heartache that penetrated his chest.

Renata grasped both of Karin's vibrating shoulders.

"Aren't you okay?" ask Renata slowly. The guards dispersed the crowd until it calmed down.

Karin nodded and continued to stroke her stomach which was painful.

"You shouldn't have defended me. Re. I've been mean to you. I always hurt you" Karin said on the sidelines. There is a deep remorse to remember what was done to the woman who had just become the goddess of help.

Renata embraces Karin's body. Hugged her and patted her back which was shaking with tears. Behind the arrogance that is often expressed in front of him, it turns out that Karin is only a fragile woman who needs a backrest.

Renata will never forget what Karin did. However, as a woman, she still has a conscience, it is impossible to repay everything. The rope of brotherhood is more important than the grudge that will tear everything down.

"Better brother go home, pity aunt must be worried. Don't mind Toni, I'll figure out how to get her to her knees in front of sister." Renata tries to calm down.

Just a few steps, Karin's body felt weak. He staggered helplessly.

"Aren't you okay?" renata asked worriedly, tightening his embrace.

Karin massages her temples. Relieves dizziness that starts to spread to make his eyes feel dark.

"Mas Derya, Anterin Karin's brother came home, will you?" renata asked hesitantly, afraid that Derya would refuse his request.

Derya looked at the clock that was coiling in her hand then nodded as there was still time.

Karin sits in the back seat, while Renata sits beside Derya who is busy driving her car.

Looks like this guy wasn't the one at the mall, then who else was he? ask Karin in your heart.
