Not Just a Dream

Not Just a Dream
Mas Call

The worry, anxiety, anxiety, all blending in accompanied Bagas steps towards Renata's room.

A knock on the door rang out, Miss Nurmala who was inside immediately opened it.

"How's Renata doing, Tan?" Bagas stared at the body that was behind the blanket.

"You see for yourself. He does not want to be called a doctor" said Bu Nurmala slowly.

Bagas approached the bed, looked at the face with his eyes closed and placed the back of his hand on the girl's forehead.

Real hot.

Bagas pulled the blanket from Renata's body, his face pale and lips turning blue made Bagas even more worried.

"Re…. Wake up, it's me." Bagas spoke in a soft voice, stroking the cheeks gently. Tidying up some children's hair that covers part of his neck.

"Mother, father," rummaged Renata with her eyes closed.

Unknowingly, Renata grabbed the hand of Bagas who kept caressing his cheek and hugged him tightly, "Don't leave me, I love you, I love you" he added.

Nurmala's eyes glazed over, this was the first time she had seen Renata sick, and it frightened her.

"Did auntie call the doctor?" bagas asked without turning his head, his eyes still focused on Renata's face.

"He wouldn't call a doctor, if that happened, he said he wanted to leave the house."

Bu Nurmala sat next to Bagas.

"Let me persuade him."

Bagas grabbed Renata's body with one hand, closing his lips to the girl's ears.

"Re, open your eyes" he whispered.

Slowly Renata did what Bagas ordered and looked around him. His eyes stopped on the figure of the woman who already thought of him as a child.

"Mother," cried Renata with a hoarse voice. Releasing Bagas' hand turned to hug Bu Nurmala. They hugged each other like a mother and child who had not seen each other for a long time.

Bu Nurmala stroked Renata's long hair, channeling her full affection for her presence that gave her own color in her old age.

"Now you're going to the hospital."

Renata took off her embrace and looked at Bu Nurmala.

"No need, Mom. I just need a break."

"Must go to the hospital, if you don't want me to call a doctor" said Bagas who was still staring at the bedside.

Renata turned around, not realizing that there was a man in his room.

"Sir Bagas, what's here? Didn't you go home?"

"I'm back again." Bagas looks sewot.

Renata lowered his head, he felt guilty for already troubling the man.

"Now we go to the hospital, all the streets," Bagas asked to extend his hand towards Renata.

One way to get closer and find out the heart of a Renata, Bagas willingly for a full day not to meet the mother who had called him.

Finally Renata nodded small rather than continue to be forced.

In the car that was walking, Renata kept her head back to unravel the pain in the head that was about to explode.

"When did it start to hurt?" tanya Bagas ended the silence.

"So after you came home," replied Renata again closed his eyes.

"Re," call Bagas.

Renata turned his head, looking at Bagas who was busy piercing through the darkness of the night.

"From now on don't call me father."

"Then?" asked Renata confused.

"Call the others, which are pleasant to hear, you know" said Bagas.

There was a long breath of Renata.

The car stopped perfectly in the hospital parking lot.

"What, I don't know?" Renata pretends to be stupid, he wants the pinned call straight from Bagas himself.

Renata's breath hunted as Bagas drew his lips closer, his hands gripped each other tightly and his eyes began to shut.

For almost a second, Renata felt a springy object clinging to lightning on her lips. Something he had never felt before, and a strange taste made his entire body tremble violently.

"Open your eyes!" whispered Bagas with a heavy voice.

Renata exhaled a subtle breath and then opened her eyes. He looked outwards, hiding his red face.

Did Mr Bagas kiss me?

"From now on call me, Mas" said Bagas, opening the car door.

There was no answer, Renata still managed to catch her breath. Wiping the sweat that soaked his face, gerogi. Yes, Renata was very gerogi with the action of Bagas who never terbesit in his brain, even he did not expect Bagas would dare to do that to him.

"Let's get out!" take Bagas to grab Renata's hand.

The two walked in parallel and joined hands. Like lovers, they look friendly and envious of all eyes that look.

As Bu Nurmala requested, Bagas immediately headed to Doctor Nova's room. One of her family doctors was contacted.

"You remember what I told you to call?" goda Bagas after arriving in the hospital hallway.

"No, what is it?" answer Renata timidly.

"Call me, Mas. Try now do," pinta Bagas stopped the step. So that the nurse in the back almost hit her back.

"Father," replied Renata jokingly.

"I wouldn't walk if you still called me that," Bagas said.

"I walk alone" replied Renata not to be outdone.

Bagas increasingly clasped tightly to Renata's lewd fingers made the empu grimace.

"It hurts," complains spoiled Renata.

"Quick, say!"

"Mas" said Renata. His face turned red as to how many people who passed by looked at him.

"I don't hear, and everyone here doesn't listen either." Bagas showed several people sitting in front of the room.

Patting Bagas wide shoulder with one hand, the man really made Renata ashamed and unable to wiggle.

"Yes, Mum."

Bagas laughed and immediately continued his steps according to what he said.

"Happy?" shouted Renata.

Bagas nodded quickly and waved his hand towards Doctor Nova who was already waiting for him.

...----------------...

"A lot of medicine, can you drink all this?" tanya Bagas read one by one the prescriptions received from Nova's doctor.

After being checked, Bagas drove his car to a nearby dispensary. Although not a dangerous disease, Bagas was still worried about the state of Renata which was still weak.

"I'm not a kid, I can."

Bagas chuckled, again he sifted through the sentence that slid from Renata's lips.

"Yes, you're an adult, want to get married anyway, is there a child married?"

"Mas, why are you talking about that again." Renata looks more spoiled than usual. For some reason, Bagas increasingly likes Renata's childish attitude.

"What are you waiting for here?" ask Bagas while turning off the engine.

"Come" replied Renata who opened the car door first.

Just a few steps, there was a woman who walked hurriedly to hit Renata to make the empress stagger. Luckily, Bagas caught Renata's back and grabbed her.

"Sir, next time be careful dong!" exclaim Bagas half yelling. He was upset when Renata looked shocked.

"Ma…. Sorry," said the woman trembling as she crouched down to pick up her fallen bag.

Like the sound of Karin?

Renata looked at the woman who was now on her back.

"Sister Karin," call Renata.
