Eps. 17 - Rebellion Plan
"Kieeek!"
The last goblin groaned in pain before dying as Liliane's dagger pierced through his skull.
“Fuhh.. fuu..”
Liliane's breathing rose and fell rapidly, her legs suddenly limp and sat down with many parts of her body full of green blood spots also holding a dagger covered in blood.
Seven corpses of ordinary goblins scattered around. Finally after a life-and-death fight, Liliane was able to rest.
Despite suffering severe injuries that he has since forced, Liliane can still defend her life because Escal did not take any steps when Liliane confronted the Goblins.

Escal pointed at the Health Potion in Liliane's hand, Liliane responded with a nod and then took half of the Health Potion while the other half applied it to the wound.
Escal was still standing next to her, but his gaze then gazed towards the bushes as he sensed some existence approaching his place.
“Keek! To to to!”
Some Goblins came out of the bushes, and looked angry when they saw their dead countrymen scattered around the Two Humans, Escal and Liliane.
One of the goblins pointed towards Escal and Liliane used the wooden stick she was carrying, instructing them to attack.
“Master, let me..”
Just about to stand up by supporting his body using a dagger, Liliane sat back down. His energy was completely drained at this moment, and his legs were extremely limp.
“It's okay, rest yourself. This won't take time anyway,”
Escal walked leisurely towards the several Goblins that lunged towards him by taking up their respective weapons.
Taking out the Rock Tiger Sword from Storage and pulling slightly from its scabbard, Escal lifted the corner of his lips.
“Dance of Steel Sword - One Step!”
Escal's body flickered on the spot, and suddenly appeared behind all the Goblins by sheathing back his sword without anyone knowing what was happening.
A moment later, the heads of the Goblins instantly fell with their bodies still moving as if they did not know when their heads were released, and in the end fell.
Liliane stared at Escal in amazement, looking at the person she was about to follow.
After that, Escal took all the long fangs belonging to the Goblins he killed to complete the mission task.
In the end because Liliane never recovered, Escal carried her back home. Only then went to the Raider Guild to take the payment.
Not immediately back, Escal went to a Drinking Shop that he often visited to find information.
“Yo! Being relaxed after the hunt last time, Nak?”
Hearing a familiar voice in his ear, Escal turned to the source of the voice. Seeing Alfredo in his usual clothes waving at him with a friendly smile as usual.
“Not really, Old Man. I just finished taking the mission,”
Escal responded quite familiarly, since the last time the two met. Alfredo laughed crisply, then walked over to Escal's desk.
“Can I sit?”
“Please.”
Escal let in his usual tone and expression, just as Alfredo was sitting on the chair facing him.
“Tumben you're out of your shop, Old Man.”
“Haah, I've been in trouble since these three days because of Bird's News of the Rebellion Plan.”
Escal raised next to his eyebrows, “Rebellion Plan? What is it?”
“You don't know yet?”
Escal shook his head confidently, while Alfredo sighed for a moment with a pretty bad facial expression.
Three days ago, there was a bird news about the Rebellion Plan carried out by Viscount Salmo who also included the ruler of Viell City because Baron Solace as mayor was his subordinate.
That was further proven when the royal party sent Commander Loyd to investigate into his place, many soldiers who were not in place along with Viscount Salmo who suddenly disappeared.
The mining location not far from the City of Viell became their alleged hideout, and proved the truth when suspicious activity emerged, as well as the creation of a sudden fortress built in front of the Mining Area.
Commander Loyd along with other Commanders are thinking of ways to quell the action, before they have a chance to act.
Finished hearing Alfredo's story and complaints article there was no supply of raw materials for making weapons because the Mine was controlled by the Rebels, Escal caught something strange.
A Viscount who was only a tier above the Baron wanted to rebel against the kingdom, according to him it was quite strange.
Escal actually has another stronger guess, although it can happen. There was a stronger party and was trying to trap the Viscount.
