Escal finished cutting off the last body of the evolved Black Poison Rat. The area around the place was very chaotic. Many traces of black slashes, scratches and blood splattered everywhere.
Escal's clothes were also dirty with blood, fortunately he did not suffer any serious injuries.
“Introduce.”
Escal took out the Mana and Stamina Potion from within his bag, then directly gulped it down to recover all the power and Mana that was drained to kill those Thirties of Rat Monsters.
Looking towards the Gate, he raised one eyebrow.
“If this is the case, I doubt the state of Commander Loyd and his troops will be fine.”

In a cave inside the Gate, some people with breathless breath and bad appearance were resting.
Many of them suffered serious injuries, and were exposed to purplish-colored toxins that continued to spread from where the poison first entered the body.

Another thing that is a problem in this Gate is its Location, where every few minutes it changes. That was the reason they got stuck. When it dawned, it was all too late.
Loyd looked at the few surviving Soldiers, their state of being no worse than dead actually hitting him mentally.
“Is there still a way to get out of here? K-parat!”
Loyd cursed inwardly, yet the storm subsided in his heart, one of the soldiers reported a state of emergency.
“K-Commander! Dozens of Black Poison Rat were running fast in this direction! There are five Monsters that have evolved!” Report the soldier in panic.
All who hear it are like being struck by lightning on a clear day. Increasingly hopeless to return, Commander Loyd clenched his hand firmly.
“Prepare to battle! Don't give up on that dirty rat! At least, we also bring the rodent in death!”
Loyd's optimistic words managed to slightly inflame the spirit of the remaining seven soldiers. Although they have thought about the end of his life, but must keep trying even in the last seconds.
“Yo!”
The soldiers exclaimed, then they all went straight out of the Cave and prepared in position for the fight.
A fierce fight ensued, although one-sided but none of the two parties thought to give up and lose. At least, it should still show maximum effort.
Loyd fought two evolved Monsters and several normal Rat Monsters, actually trying the things he could to kill the rodents.

The sword in Loyd's grasp was thrown as the evolved Black Poison Rat struck its tail firmly. The other monsters also did the same thing so that Loyd did not have time to do the defensive position, so bounced.
He was completely exhausted of mana and stamina at this moment. The pain from his injuries was even more pronounced until he vomited blood, and coughed as he choked on blood.
One of the evolved Black Poison Rat approached him slowly and stood up using two legs, raising his hand with the sharp long claws he was ready to use.
The expression of the rat looked disdainful, and instantly swung his hand swiftly.

Before the claw touched Loyd, a pointy ice stuck right behind the Black Poison Rat's head and exploded. Make a puff of cold smoke spread around Loyd.

They turned their eyes to one of the branches of the tree that was not too high. Seeing a man dressed all in black in a short-sleeved shirt, wearing a small side bag, and carrying the evolved head of the Black Poison Rat.
Escal raised the head of the large rat in his hand, then stuck out a dagger and threw it down.
“Weak!” Escal smiled disdainfully.
Immediately it made the mice angry, whether they understood it or not, the rat monsters were completely provoked.
All the rats that were there immediately led to Escal who was on top of the tree, and lunged at him.
Escal pulled the Rock Tiger Sword out of its sheath, then jumped when a mouse lunged at his leg. He instantly slashed his sword cunningly, beheading the Black Poison Rat so easily.
“It will be fun. Strong Slash!”
Some of the rats were instantly cut apart when Escal used a powerful slash. Loyd and the soldiers who saw Escal's arrival and his heroic actions instantly pecked the flame of hope in their chests.

Escal slashed the last remaining rat in the area. Fortunately he had briefly leveled up to Level 12 in the middle of the fight, so his mana and stamina recovered. Makes him not too tired at the moment.
Escal flicked his sword to cleanse it from the black blood of the disgusting smell of the Black Poison Rat, then sheathed it back.
He secretly praised his Rock Sword Tiger which was really strong and resistant, even his Durability was also still three hundred and fifty more after the many fights he had done.
Loyd who had one of his soldiers approach Escal, of course, another soldier came closer. Escal just looked a little.
“Thank you for saving us, Sir. I'm Loyder Hawk, as a representative everyone is indebted to you. Thank you very much.”
Hearing his name, Escal was not surprised at all.
“You're Commander Loyd sent to check Gate?”
“True, do you know me?”
Escal silently smiled inwardly, “No, but I received a mission to investigate this place and find information about you. Incidentally, then let's go back.”
Escal immediately stepped his foot away, without waiting for an answer. Loyd and his soldiers glanced for a moment, before nodding and following Escal.
“Lucky system has a map of the location of this Gate, and notifies all changes of its location. Also.”
Escal thought to himself, then glanced at a screen on the right side of his front with a faint smile.
“This is really a good thing."
