Love Can Follow
Chapter 52 Mina Missing

Yungi opens the room but does not find Mina there. He closed the door and walked to the other room in the corner. There all her children slept while both of them helped them sleep right next to their rooms. There is a connecting door that makes it easy for them to see the children if they need help.

She had just walked her half when she saw Mina on the balcony with her HP in her ear. Yungi turned there and opened the balcony door slowly. The sounding door made Mina turn her head and she smiled.

“Whose phone?” ask Yungi.

“Mama,” Mina replied.

“What's up?” ask Yungi again.

“Papa is not healthy. So, Mama asked if we go home, I go to their house for a while,” Mina said.

“Of course.” Yungi nodded his head.

“You go ga?” ask Yungi.

“To where? Bye this malem!” Mina glanced at her watch.

“In Bandung yes malem, Sydney mah new liter,” said Yungi. They stood next to each other on the balcony looking at the view of Sydney at night.

“If you want, I take you to the bar where I hang out. Nice Martinya,” said Yungi.

“Ga ah! Thanks though. I pass deh!” Mina casually replied. Yungi laughing. He could already guess Mina's answer.

“Continue to do dong?” Yungi smiled looking at Mina.

“Mesum you!” Mina hits Yungi's chest while glancing and walks into the room. She knew where her husband was going.

“Eh, where are you going?” ask Yungi while pulling Mina's arm.

“Kids' intentions!” mina Sahut.

“Bareng dong!” Yungi embraces Mina's shoulder and they walk together towards the children's room.

They entered the children's room slowly and observed their sleeping children. They put up blankets and fixed their sleeping positions.

“The longer the Twins look more like you! I think there are three Yungi?” whispered Mina. They stood in front of the bed that contained the Twins sleeping soundly. Yungi smiled and nodded his head. The expression on his face was pride.

“If you want something similar to you, we try to make it again,” Yungi tease while raising his eyebrows.

“That's a bad idea!” Mina glanced while shaking her head.

Yungi held back his laughter considering they were still in his children's room and realized that they were fast asleep. They left the room and walked to his room.

***

It has been almost six months they returned from Australia and during that time they did not get interference from Influencers who were too confident. They were so grateful that he gave up. At least that's their mind.

On a quiet afternoon, Mina walks towards the parking lot in her shop. He wanted to go home after as usual doing the checks and supervision that he did three times a week. Yungi did not accompany her because that day she had to go to Jakarta to meet a client. The plan is to go home at night.

Mina got into her car. Just now he was about to start his engine when his cellphone rang.

“Iya, Son.” Mina started the conversation. That's a call from Yuna.

“Mother, if you can go home to buy us a pizza? We want pizza for dinner,” Yuna said.

“Iya, okay, dear,” replied Mina.

“That's all? Zen and Juna sister how?” ask Mina.

“Iya, that's it. They also want pizza for dinner,” Yuna replied.

“Oh, so. Okay deh!” mina replied with a smile.

“Still, Mom,” says Yuna. From his tone he sounded happy.

“Iya, equally. Yes, yes, I just want to go home. Bye, Babe!” Mina closed the phone.

Just now he saved his HP, call notification from HP sounds again. This time from Yungi.

“Iya, Yun, why?” Mina opened the conversation.

“I just want to go, Say,” report Yungi.

“OK. Dinner together?” ask Mina.

“Yes, deh!” Mina.

“Bye to you, yes!” Yungi.

“Iya, Babe,” replied Mina.

“Love you!” yungi closed the conversation.

“Hmmm,” replied Mina and she then pressed the red button on HP stopping the conversation.

Mina fixed her seat position and put on her seat belt. After starting the engine, he drove his car to the highway.

Brug!

He hit something on the turn. Mina was shocked and stopped her car. He got out of the car to find out what he had hit. However, he did not find anything either under his car or around it that might be objects or anything that was hit just now bounced due to the impact. Feeling unable to get results and thinking that maybe nothing happened, he returned to his car. Just as he opened the car door, someone from behind grabbed him and smothered his mouth using a cloth that was clearly spiked with drugs because when Mina inhaled it, he immediately fainted. The two men behind him observed the situation around. Meanwhile, the person who smothered him held Mina and brought her into a car that had been parked near the turn. The two people who were observing were carrying Mina's car following the car carrying Mina in front of her.

It's eight o'clock at night. Zen, Juna, and Yuna did not stop pacing in the front room and courtyard of the house. They were worried about their mother who should have come home earlier. The shadow of his mother carrying two large pizza bags was spoiled when the time he should have gone home was too late a few hours before.

At first, they thought her mother was late because the road was jammed, but after almost two hours her mother did not come home, they began to panic. It's not Mina's habit to not tell even when she's a few minutes late. Especially when they call alternately and the mother does not lift, their worries become more and more. The atmosphere was panicked with the Twins who were fussy. They cried for no reason and seemed to know that something bad had happened to their mother.

The efforts of the three smart kids did not stop there. They called all family relatives after previously telling Yungi of course. Yungi who was told was no less panicked. He tried to call Mina but the results were nil. He drives like crazy. His feelings are mixed. Upon arrival at home, Mina's parents were already there.

“Papa!” Her three children immediately ran to embrace her while crying as they pleased.

“Mother doesn't exist! I don't exist!” Zen, Juna, and Yuna said on the sidelines of her cries.

“Yes, papa understands. Patience yes!” yungi. She was just as panicked as her three children. But, she was an adult relied on by her three children. At least he should be calmer.

“Police report, Yun!” papanya.

“Udah, Pah! Yungi went straight to the police station and they are investigating. For example, they immediately respond, usually have to 1X24 new hours to be responded. This is Yungi back first. Want to check the kids, Pah!” yungi. Clearly his tone was sad and anxious.

“Thank God! The kids are with Mom. You and Papa go back there again, gih!” Mama Mina interrupted immediately.

“Iya, Mah. Thanks,” said Yungi.

“Si twins just slept,” replied Sesil who was walking from their room.

“Still, Sil,” says Yungi.

“Turn back again yes! You are here to pray! May Mother be all right,” said Yungi while hugging her three children again.

“Iya, Pah.” The answer from his children sounded no less sad.

They returned to the police station and upon arrival there, they got a very disappointing news, that until then had not received any results. They've been investigating the lakalantas information that could have involved Mina. However, of all the examinations, there was not a single lakalantas involving the person being sought. The results of the detection of the car number and the characteristics of the victim do not match at all.

They were walking down the road that Mina most likely went through when she came home through CCTV and got the result that Mina's car reached the reach of some CCTV only. They suspect that Mina was kidnapped and they quickly go to the crime scene. Yungi and Mina's father also went there. The result, once again disappointing. No trace of anything found there. Also, if there are, they are late there because most likely anything that can potentially be used as evidence may have been lost or mixed with others so that it is not valid to be used as an information tool.

“What does your wife have enemies? Maybe a business rival or anyone who might hold a grudge against him?” Police resumed questioning after nearly a week of field investigations.

“I told you there was none. If I suspect who is the mastermind, Leo Sudarsono is the one who has been stinged in my mind. I've reported and told you over a hundred times. Why don't you interrogate him alone,” Yungi's tone is filled with anger and disappointment.

“I told you, less proof! We can't possibly ransack someone's house for no reason! You must understand the legal procedure! Your attitude that came to him a few days ago will cause new problems. I'm really hoping you can cooperate with us. Your fault will be prosecuted by Brother Leo Sudarsono. You must obey the rule of law,” the policeman furiously replied. They are also tired and do not ignore this case.

The members of Circle 7 come to accompany Yungi. Jay who knows more about the law always accompanies Yungi back and forth to the police station.

“I shouldn't let my guard down! We just had a communication and suddenly he's gone!” Yungi crying. He covered both his faces with both hands.

“Nobody knows about the future. You must endure, Yun! We'll help you. You have us,” Jay said as he stroked Yungi's back slowly.

Yungi did not respond.

“How about we hire a private detective. I mean, it's a lot faster,” Jun whispered and looked towards Jay.

“What?” Yungi raised his head.

“Come, we're talking outside,” Justin whispered.

Everyone nodded and walked out of the police station.
