Love Can Follow
Chapter 14 The First Kiss

“Vee, know this, meet me, Mina. .. Min this cheerleader friend of mine Vee,” Gladys said staring at Mina and Vee alternately. The one stared at each other smiling and shaking hands while mentioning each other's names.

“You're classmate?” ask Vee.

“Ga, we temen home,” replied Mina.

“Oh, Okay. BTW, so how's Emilia?” Vee glanced at Gladys after he responded to Mina.

“Yes, yesterday we made him that way in the hospital. Keep saying Emi should be off first from cheerleading and school as well. They said they wanted to take Emi to Singapore for foot treatment,” explained Gladys.

Emilia was one of the cheerleaders at her school and sprained her leg from falling. So, he can't practice. Soon they will be enlivening the inter-school basketball game and the cheerleading chairman Vee will have to make sure that everything is rehearsed seriously.

“Oh, seriously then! You told me she might be replaced?” Vee's face looked rather disappointed. He knows it is very difficult to find a replacement with a very narrow time.

“Iya. Even the mama who promised to find a replacement.” Gladys as vice-captain replied.

“This weight! Immediately enter the main formation,” said Vee. His face was still disappointed.

“Means I've brought a replacement candidate.” Gladys glanced towards Mina.

Vee also so glanced towards Mina and the one being stared at looked confused.

“Why? how do I care about it?” Mina furrowed her brows.

“You want to replace Emi ga in Cheers? Just make a basketball event.” Vee asked, but his tone was a bit pushy.

“Okay, I guess not! Sorry I can't help you!” Mina immediately clenched both hands on her chest and grinned.

“Eh, this makes the school reputation loh!” Vee.

“Gini turn bring school reputation!” muttered Mina while turning her face away.

“Duh, really. I can't. You have no experience,” said Mina.

“Fear of being shy!” continued.

“Sorry yes!” Mina closed the conversation while slightly lowered her head and she immediately went back to Genta's bench, leaving Vee and Gladys dumbfounded.

How not? There were many people eyeing the position of Cheerleading team members until there was a bribery attempt to bribe everything. Uh this one is even shaky.

“Tomorrow we meet behind the school during the break, yes! Take a picture of your dog. I'll see you have me too.” Mina patted Genta's shoulder softly while smiling kindly.

“Bye!” mina said with a smile again.

The clapper just nodded his head. His face was blushing so shamefully. It was the first time a woman had asked him to speak and was cute anyway. Everything of course does not escape the observation of Yungi. He was quite amazed by the woman who could make Genta talk, smile and blush embarrassed. He smiles.

Cool too, girl!

How thought.

Yungi walks leisurely towards the park that is behind the school. Usually he will sleep or play games on his phone. Of course, the teacher does not know his habits that clearly violate school rules. Actually, he was never alone. Nathan, Felix, Frans, and Justin accompany him. However, on that day, Nathan and Felix did not go to school, while Justin and Frans were still in the cafeteria and they had already said they would catch up with Yungi as soon as their business was done.

Just got near the backyard. He saw a plastic bag filled with cookies lying on one of the park benches. Yungi smiled.

“God you've always been good to me. I love You,” said Yungi while looking up and giving a kiss through his hand. He smiled as he sat down and opened the wrapper and without a second thought, he began to put one by one the cake into his mouth while muttering the word ‘uhm, malas’. He did not even realize a girl was yelling at him, furiously, until a light blow landed on his shoulder.

Yungi turned his head and Mina was there with a face filled with tears of anger at him.

“Why eat the cake? You byebelin!” Mina half sobbed. He cried so bad the cake he deliberately made for Genta eaten Yungi.

“Oh, ouch. It's your cake, yes!” Yungi gulped. The remaining cake in his hand he ate quickly and inexplicably he did. Too late if it is said he wants to eliminate evidence.

“Kok ga permission. You are not polite!” mina's crying voice grew louder.

“Hey, ouch! I'm changing! Don't cry yes!” Yungi panics but he feels funny too, especially with Mina's behavior that he thinks makes him anxious.

“Ga can be replaced. It was me who made the all-natural. You don't understand. That's a gift for Genta.” Mina's cry was exploding.

Panicking, Yungi somewhat forcefully pulled his arm away from the park entering a row of trees that led them to another park a distance away.

“Ssst! Okay, okay, I'm sorry! Besides you too, why simple the cake on the bench so?” yungi does not want to lose.

Mina glares. He stopped his crying and wiped the tears on his cheek.

“You don't know shame!” Mina was upset, her tears were flowing again, but this time she was not as excited. He stomped on Yungi's leg so upset and then hit Yungi's right arm a few times.

“Oke, satisfied now! I'm sorry, okay!” Yungi smiled, His stingy face provoked Mina's anger again.

“You're nyebelin!!” Mina spoke loudly and she screamed.

“Job!Don't yell dong! Ouch!” Yungi panicked and when he approached Mina pulled her slender waist and put her lips on Mina's lips and this made Mina surprised. Mina glared and Yungi's lips still stuck to her lips.

“Ah, sorry! You're freaking me out. Please don't scream!” Yungi said softly after he let go of his kiss. His attitude looks awkward as well as embarrassed. He rubbed his back neck while still smiling. Different things with Mina who looks shocked and her tears flowing warmly wet her cheeks.

“Job you!” in between her cries Mina spoke and she ran away from Yungi leaving some papers strewn across the grass.

“Hey, I'm sorry! Oye! Here's the paper you missed,” Yungi said in a rather loud voice.

Yungi picked up the papers and saw one demia one.

“Dog?” Yungi muttered while still staring at the photos and his face looked confused.

“Gi, ... Yungi!!” Justin's voice from a distance made him switch from the papers. Quickly, he stuffed the photos into his pocket. Moreover, Justin and Frans were walking quite fast approaching him.

“Ngapain you here?” Justin sat down on a bench near a tree.

“Hah! No, sleep,” said Yungi while trying to look calm.

“Oh, so! Yes already. let's go to base camp,” Frans said. He walked back leaving them. Yungi nodded his head.

As they walked towards the place where they were playing the game, Yungi saw Genta sitting in the park and next to him Mina was smiling while looking at some pictures shown by Genta. He paused for a moment and watched them from a distance.

“Wow! Genta and Mina?” Justin was shocked and stopped next to Yungi.

“They made?” yungi asked while glancing at Justin.

“Hah! Not maybe! Not the style of Mina dating! He's a high-speed highway!” justin Sahut.

Justin, Mina, and Gladys are Kindergarten and Elementary School friends as well.

“Oh, so!” yungi comments but his tone is doubtful.

“Partially if it becomes, ga any time if they like each other,” Justin said in a normal tone.

“Means?” Yungi and Justin looked at Frans.

“Si Mina doesn't have eyes. Aing (Sunda is rude; I am) more handsome than Gentong. How was he chosen!” Fransa spoke in an annoyed tone.

The other two children laughed then they left after glancing towards their watches.

“Free in half an hour. Buruan ah!” Frans went first and Yungi and Justin followed behind.

After the incident in the park, there are many opportunities Yungi met Mina accidentally. Yungi is always with his Gamenya playmate or with his basketball buddy and Mina is definitely with Genta. At one end of Sunday, for example, when Yungi and his basketball buddies were walking in a mall after their practice, they accidentally saw Mina and Genta in the Ice Skating game area. They look happy and enjoy their game.

“I think Gentong ga can sliding on ice.” Comment one of Yungi's basketball friends named Joseph when he saw them playing in the ice skating arena. Others giggled except for Yungi who was focused on observing Mina's beautiful smile.

“Kok can be Mina same as Genta?” another friend named Andrew Yungi looked astonished.

“You this apocalypse!” henry said and they laughed again.

“You guys watch her talk!” Jun shook his head.

“So eat ga?” ask Justin.

“Iya! His stomach was rumbling,” Yungi replied and he walked ahead of them.

They follow Yungi walking to their favorite pizza place inside the mall.

On another occasion, Yungi meets again with Genta and Mina at the playground. He was walking with Gladys. They are not dating and do not like that status. They prefer to be friends but dating.

Gladys who realized their existence first when they rode the reanglala and Mina and Genta were walking to enjoy the confectionery. Gladys immediately approached those who were engrossed in corndogs on one of the benches not far from the place where they rode. Mina looks shocked when she sees Yungi, but she tries to calm down. Moreover, he understands Yungi close to Gladys. At least they're holding hands.

Awkwardly.

Perhaps it was the right word to describe the situation when they were together and when several times one or two of them left the other on the grounds of the toilet or food messages. First, the two women leave Yungi and Genta to go to the bathroom, then vice versa, but the reasons are different. Yungi buys food and Genta receives a phone call from his mother.

“Sorry to me that time yes uhm ... in the back garden of the school!” Yungi spoke nervously while looking at Mina. It was just the two of them there. Mina's face immediately flushed red. Clearly he understood the direction of Yungi's conversation.

“Do not discuss!” mina's tone was fierce, but she actually wanted to hide her embarrassment.

“Oh!” Yungi was a bit surprised and he was also upset. Why does it have to be like that when he says sorry.

They're quiet again. Mina enjoys her drink and when she accidentally looks towards Yungi, the tip of Yungi's lips is decorated with Corndog mayonnaise sauce.

“Tsk! Mina clucked in annoyance. He does not want to communicate with Yungi but his conscience leads him to tell Yungi about the sauce at the tip of his lips.

He let out a long breath and immediately gave a piece of tissue making Yungi confused. He raised both his eyebrows.

“That's food at the tip of the lip. Gladys doesn't like slovenly boys. Don't make her feel,” Mina's tone softens.

“Oh, thanks!” yungi said awkwardly.

Mina did not respond. Yungi took a tissue and wiped the tip of the lip but the sauce was still there. Mina who saw him just exhaled, then with a slightly irritated face took another tissue and gently wiped the tip of Yungi's lips. It made Yungi gasp.

They stared at each other for a moment and then turned in the other direction, both hiding their reddened faces.

“Wooh!” Yungi exhaled a breath of nervousness.

Fortunately it wasn't long since Gladys and Genta returned to their bench even though they weren't together.

They split up at the bus stop. First, Genta is picked up and Mina and Gladys return home because they are neighbors.

“Where are you going home?” ask Mina's father politely.

“Ke Cigadung area, Om,” said Yungi.

“Ya, Om anter go home, want?” ask Mina's father.

“Ga nothing, Om, I don't want to bother,” said Yungi politely as well.

“Ga ngerepotin-france. Yuk ride!” sahut Mina's father.

Be Yungi sitting in the back with Gladys.

The atmosphere was silent all the way until they finally reached the house of Yungi. He thanked her as she got out of the car and the car drove back on the road.

“His girlfriend, Dys?” Temptation of Mina's father.

“Eh, not Om, just a friend!” gladys said shyly.

“Oh, friends!” mina's father said but her tone was joking.

Gladys.

They reached in front of Mina's house and as they descended, Gladys did not forget to thank her.

“Min, can you talk ga?” ask Gladys.

Mina nodded her head.

They stand facing.

“Please this once, help our cheerleading team, Min. There really is no one,” said Gladys. It was clear from his tone of pleading.

“But I'm worried about being disappointed. Is there no backup team?” ask Mina.

“Yes, no. No one is qualified. How if you try it first a week, if you feel you can't, it's nothing you can refuse. I'll be on my way too,” once again Gladys begged.

Mina shut up for a second.

“The cost is not open, right?” ask Mina.

“Ga, Min. On top of the bottom cover we use leggings that. Really not really!” gladys again.

“He is, okay!” Mina finally agreed.

“Yes!” Gladys was happy and he immediately hugged Mina.

“Still ya Bestie!” gladys.

“Uhmm,” response Mina while smiling and patting Gladys back slowly.
