The quiet atmosphere in the luxurious room hung over, making the two occupants of this room feel a little awkward. Arland was about to drive Arsiel to the dorm a few hours ago, but the girl refused.
Arland could not bring a girl home either because her parents would definitely be angry and suspicious. The only option is to stay in a hotel for one night. Arland paid all the fees and let Arsiel rest in the VIP room.
Arland always carries an account card wherever he goes. Actually Arland wanted to take the girl up one of the dozens of cars lined up neatly in his trunk, but Arsiel also refused it. The girl did not want to look flashy in front of her parents. That's the reason why Arland rented the bike to someone else. He didn't buy it because he didn't really like to travel on a motorcycle.
"If I had known that your parents wanted to match you for money, I would have driven you in the most luxurious car Daddy ever bought me. Who knew your parents' target would switch and instead match you up with me." Arland chuckled softly at the end of the sentence.
Currently the room equipped with two mattresses is not inhabited by anyone other than Arland. Arsiel has been in the bathroom for an hour. Arland was worried that the girl would get sick if she took too long to soak in the water, but she could not just barge into the bathroom.
Arland let out a heavy sigh, walked up to the bathroom door and knocked on it quietly.
"Hurry out before my patience runs out and follow you inside. I have the spare bathroom key in my hand." Arland slightly raised the voice in a slightly threatening tone.
Arland had no malicious intentions at all. He was just worried that the girl had fainted inside the bathroom or something worse than that. No one will feel at home in the bathroom for more than an hour without making any noise.
"If you dare to enter here without my permission, you will be sure you cannot see the rising sun tomorrow morning!" Arsiel shouted back from inside the bathroom.
Can Arsiel feel his face is currently red. The Arland he knew had never thought such a pervert, then who was outside the bathroom door? Arsiel immediately got up from the bathtub. He dried his body and immediately put on the sleeping shirt they had bought before arriving at the hotel.
After finishing wearing the shirt suit, Arsiel momentarily tidied up his appearance in front of a full body mirror. Arsiel condemned the stupidity of Arland who chose a shirt with a motif of a sun bear for him, he felt the suit was not suitable to be worn by him.
The long struggle in front of the mirror finally Arsiel decided to get out of the bathroom. Right next to the bathroom door the corner of his eye caught Arland's torso leaning against the wall. Arsiel flashed a sharp gaze at him making Arland involuntarily scratch the nape that did not feel itchy.
"I'll go take a shower first." Arland immediately stepped inside the bathroom to avoid Arsiel.
*****
Silence embraced the entire room. It is clear that Arsiel is currently upset with Arland. The girl had ignored the man right next to her while Arland was relentlessly trying to persuade her.
"Arsiel, I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean anything, purely because I was worried about you. Don't you realize how long you've been in there?" Arland said slowly trying to convince Arsiel with his words.
Arsiel let out a tired sigh, he admitted defeat. Arsiel could not silence Arland any longer. The man did not know the word surrender.
"But your actions are outrageous. You can ask me without having to include such threatening sentences."
"I'm sorry."
"Have forgotten, it's no big deal. What's more important now is don't you want to sleep? Tomorrow is not a holiday if you forget."
"I'm used to sleeping late."
"Then I'll accompany you tonight. I have no problem being a conversation partner if you want to tell me something." Arland's sentence ended with a warm smile.
"It's up to you. The point is you have to go home long before school starts." Arsiel threw his body on a soft mattress and pillow.
"I? Where are you going?"
"Where else? Of course I'll go back to base. Though I've asked permission for at least the next three days." Arsiel let out a long sigh, pulling the thick blanket up to the base of her neck.
"Then I'll be out of school for three days!" Arland exclaimed enthusiastically. You can see the radiant face on his face.
"Haha?!" Arsiel was stunned, sitting from his sleeping position.
"No, no! You should go to school. I don't want to accept any excuses." Arsiel shook her head in disapproval. Arland's countenance changed upon hearing Arsiel's words. He plans to spend more time with the girl.
"Can't, huh?" Arland let out a sigh of resignation. He could no longer refute if Arsiel had put on his serious face.
"If you understand, lie down and close your eyes. I don't want to hear any conversation after this." Arsiel re-shed her body and pulled the blanket in a slightly rough motion.
Arland could only forcefully smile seeing that. He immediately did the same, breaking down the body and pulling the blanket. Arland picked up the remote above the nightstand, pressing the 'off' button to extinguish the glowing light in the room.
Now their illumination is just one sleeping lamp. Arsiel only realized that the place was a little creepy without light.
"Hopefully sleep well, Miss West. Good night." Arland whispered, but his whisper could be heard up to Arsiel's ear because of the silence that filled the room.
Arsiel was a little surprised from his sleep. Just this time the girl heard Arland calling with her real name, other than when she was in the living room at that time. Arsiel slightly painted a faint smile on her face.
"Don't do a lot of bullshit and go to bed!" Arsiel grunted in annoyance.
"Aren't you the one who said 'don't want to hear any conversation'? Then why did you start the conversation?" Arland asked in a nosy tone, trying to tease Arsiel a little.
"Close your mouth! Don't let me go in there and beat your face all out!"
"By pleasure! I'll be willing to take it."
