First Drop of Vienna Water Wudhu
Dive into the Depth of Faith

Vienna, Ali, Lisa, and Budi are getting closer to the end of their college years. These are moments of challenge and confusion, when they have to think about what they will do after graduation. They sat together in one corner of the campus library, discussing their plans for the future.

Vienna, who has long had a religious affinity, decided to share her spiritual experiences with her friends. She talks about how her faith has helped overcome various trials and made her feel calmer and more meaningful. Vienna also invites them to explore their faith together.

Ali, who had undergone many changes in her life lately, felt attracted by this idea. He felt that there was something lacking in his life, and sought a deeper meaning. "Vienna, how can we go further into our faith?" asked Ali enthusiastically.

Vienna smiled, "We can start by attending a prayer group on this campus. They often hold meetings to discuss religion and support each other on spiritual journeys. In addition, we can read more about the teachings of our religion and try to carry out the moral values contained in them."

Lisa and Budi were also interested in this idea. They felt that all this time, they were too busy with world affairs and forgot to take care of their relationship with God. With renewed vigor, they all agreed to seek a deeper closeness to their respective religions.

They started attending campus prayer groups and made new friends who also wanted to deepen their faith. They spent time together reading the Quran and discussing its meaning. Every morning, they also meditate and pray together near the beautiful lake on campus.

During this journey, they were also involved in various charities which they thought were a good way to take care of their faith. They visit orphanages, help the poor, and support various social programs in their neighborhoods.

However, not everything went well on this journey. They face trials and conflicts in seeking closeness to God. There are times when they feel frustrated and doubt their own faith. Ali feels he still has a lot of sins that he has to fix, Lisa worries that he is not good enough in applying his religious teachings, and Budi often wonders about the true meaning in life.

But they never give up. They support each other and keep trying to find answers to their questions. When one of them feels down, the other will give encouragement. When they feel confused, they seek advice from fellow members of their prayer group.

These moments of difficulty, they also get small surprises that make them even more confident that they are on the right track. For example, when they are in the midst of a religious discussion, they often hear words that are so relevant to the problem they are facing, it was as if God was speaking to them through the words of others.

They also experience moments where they feel close to God. Ali felt a deep peace as she prayed at night, Lisa felt an unspeakable joy as she read the scriptures, and Budi felt a strong presence in their prayer group.

One of the biggest challenges they face is the test of patience. They all get frustrated when their efforts to get closer to God do not always go as expected. Sometimes, they find it difficult to maintain consistency in their worship or feel tempted by the temptations of the world.

Ali, who had previously been involved in a less healthy lifestyle, felt a deep sense of unease. He longs for the times when he is free to do what he wants without feeling guilty. Sometimes, he felt like he was still bound by his past sins, and this made him feel inferior.

Lisa, who was always trying to be a diligent and obedient student, began to feel pressured by the expectations she placed on herself. He felt that he should always perform perfectly in every way, and this made him feel emotionally and mentally exhausted. Sometimes, he wondered if all this effort really brought him closer to God.

Budi, who has always been a cheerful and humorous figure, feels there is a change in him that makes him feel less entertaining. He felt he had to speak seriously about his religion and life, and this sometimes made him feel uncomfortable. Sometimes, he misses the freedom to just have fun like he used to.

They all bring this feeling into their prayer group. They talk openly about their imperfections, their anxieties, and their doubts. Friends in prayer groups provide much-needed support and advice.

"Brothers," said the leader of their prayer group, "This is a long journey, and no one is perfect. Allah is Forgiving, and He knows that we are weak beings. What matters is our determination to keep trying to get closer to Him."

The leader of this prayer group then tells the stories from the Quran that illustrate the patience and perseverance of the prophets in the face of trials. They all felt inspired by these stories and felt that the test of patience was a natural part of the spiritual journey.

During their journey, they also experience moments that make them feel closer to God. When Ali felt inferior, he felt the strengthening presence of God. Lisa found calm in her prayers and felt God heard her every complaint. Budi, though feeling less than comforting, feels a genuine joy when he can help others through his faith.

In addition to internal conflicts, they are also faced with external conflicts. Some of their friends who do not understand the changes in their lives sometimes doubt their intentions. They have to face questions and ridicule from friends who disagree.

However, they are not affected by this. They continue to hold on to their beliefs and feel that their journey to get closer to God is best for them. With perseverance and determination, they go on their spiritual journey, ready to face whatever comes.
