Vienna and Lisa keep trying to get close to Ali and help make her dream come true. They are looking for a small school that offers motorcycle repair courses and a photography course place for Dodi. Lisa could no longer hold back her feelings and said in a sharp tone to Ali, "Ali, you should take action now! Your dream will not come true if you continue to doubt it!"

Ali felt hurt and angered by Lisa's words. He felt that he had suffered enough with his illness and did not need to be coupled with this pressure. He stood up from his chair with a red face and said, "The two of you don't understand how difficult my situation is. I'm trying my best, but it's not easy for me!"

Vienna tried to break up the conflict, but the atmosphere remained tense. Ali finally left the room angrily, leaving Vienna and Lisa with mixed feelings.

Ali paused for a moment before replying, "I want to change my life. I want to have new skills and work. But I also know that my health condition is getting worse. Sometimes, it feels so hard to keep learning and trying."

Vienna added, "We are very supportive of you, Ali, but we also care about your health. Maybe you should consider quitting the course for a while and focus on your recovery."

They all sat together in silence for a few moments, trying to figure out the best solution. Lisa eventually proposes, "What if we were looking for a more flexible approach? Ali, you can continue the course gradually, without pressure. If you feel weak, you can rest and come back when you are ready. We'll support you all the way."

Ali smiled and was moved by Lisa's and Vienna's support. He knew that they cared and wanted to help him achieve that dream without having to sacrifice his health. Finally, they reached an agreement to continue the course slowly and flexibly.

Despite the uncertainty ahead, Ali, Vienna, and Lisa know that they have faced this conflict together and remain strong. They will continue to struggle to achieve Ali's dream, albeit with more careful and attentive steps towards his health.

He again spoke with Vienna and Lisa about the situation. "I have to have surgery" he said in a trembling voice. "And the doctor said I would need a long recovery time afterwards. This means I have to quit the course for a while."

Vienna and Lisa are saddened to hear this news, but they know that Ali's health should be a top priority. They supported Ali's decision to undergo surgery and recovery. "We will always be there for you, Ali" Vienna said softly. "We know it's a struggle, but your health is all that matters."

Ali was relieved to have the support of her two best friends. He knows that this journey may require more time and effort, but he also knows that he is not alone in dealing with it. Despite the conflicts and obstacles ahead, their determination and friendship will help them get through it all.
