First Drop of Vienna Water Wudhu
Surprise and Doubt

On a sunny afternoon in a luxury cafe in a shopping mall, Vienna sits at a table with her friends who often share a luxurious life. For a moment, silence enveloped their table, and Vienna felt a tremor in her stomach as she tried to muster up the courage to reveal the great change that had occurred in her life.

With a heavy breath, Vienna finally decided to speak, "Friends," he said hesitantly, "There's something I want to tell you all." He looked at his friends, and their eyes rested on him sharply, waiting for the continuation of his words.

As they listened attentively, Vienna continued, "I knew all along I wasn't one to care too much about religion. But a while ago, something happened to me, something that changed the way I look at life."

Vienna's friends were still silent, but curious expressions emanated from their faces. Some of them started to raise eyebrows, trying to understand what was going on. Vienna felt an adrenaline rush through her body as she continued, "I began to deepen the teachings of our religion, Islam, and try to understand its true meaning. I learned about prayer and how important it is in our lives."

Lisa, one of Vienna's friends who has always been keen in speaking, commented, "Vienna, what are you talking about? You suddenly change so fast. Is this serious?"

Vienna nodded sincerely, "Yes, Lisa. Its serious. I feel there is a calling in my heart, something greater than just the worldly luxuries and pleasures we enjoy. I felt I had to draw closer to God and dig deeper into our religion."

The atmosphere on their table remained silent for a moment. Vienna felt tense, not knowing how her friends would respond. Some of them exchanged glances, while others felt perplexed by this sudden change.

Then, one of Vienna's friends, Rian, who had always been calm, said softly, "Vienna, this is a big change. We respect your decision, but we need to understand more about what you are going through. What exactly happened in your life that made you want to change everything?"

Vienna took a deep breath and began to recount her experience with ablution water that different morning. He tried to explain his deep feelings when he touched the water, how it opened his eyes to the greatness of Almighty God.

As he spoke, the atmosphere on their table began to change. Some friends were interested and tried to understand what Vienna was going through. Others, though still confused, were at least no longer as surprised as they were at the beginning.

Vienna friends listened attentively, although there was still doubt in the eyes of some of them. Vienna was relieved that she finally dared to talk about the changes in her life to her friends, even though she knew that this trip might change the dynamics of their friendship.

After Vienna talked about her experience with ablution water and the change in her view of life, the atmosphere at their table became tense. Lisa, one of Vienna's friends, eventually became the first to speak, an astonished expression emanating from her face. "Vienna, what happened to you? You have never cared too much about religion before" he said in a confused tone.

Vienna tried to explain, "Lisa, I know this might sound strange, but when I felt the water for the first time, it was like touching something very deep within me. I felt a tenderness, presence, and sense of peace that I had never felt before. It was as if opening my eyes to the majesty of God."

While Vienna spoke, her friends were still speechless, trying to process what they had just heard. Some of them raised eyebrows in surprise, whereas others clenched their coffee cups with visible tension from the trembling movements in their hands.

Lisa replied, still looking confused, "I don't know, Vienna. This all sounds so sudden and strange. You suddenly changed your life so drastically. How can we understand this?"

Another friend, Andre, tried to express his disbelief, "I think we all have agreed that life is about having fun and pursuing success. Why do you suddenly want to live such a serious life?"

Vienna felt tense, feeling that she had to explain further. "I understand that this may sound strange, guys. But I felt like there was something lacking in my life before. All those worldly luxuries and pleasures are no longer enough for me. I want to find a deeper meaning in my life."

Vienna was insulted by Anton's comments, but he replied calmly, "No, Anton. I am still the same as before, it's just that I want to find a balance in my life between the worldly and spiritual worlds. I don't want to leave my friends."

However, the atmosphere at their table remained tense and full of uncertainty. Some friends are still digesting this sudden change, while others feel that this is a step too far from the life they enjoy together.

Outside the cafe, the sun began to sink, creating a beautiful twilight sky. However, the atmosphere inside the cafe remained tense, with puzzled and astonished expressions on the faces of the Vienna friends reflecting their uncertainty about the profound changes that had occurred in their friends' lives.

After a meeting in a tense cafe, some of Vienna's friends felt the need to meet in secret to discuss Vienna's changes. They feel anxious about how these changes will affect their group dynamics, and they want to find ways to understand and support Vienna without judgment.

The meeting was held in one corner of a quiet library room in a shopping mall. The room was quiet, there was only a subtle sound from the background dancer playing the piano.

Rian, one of Vienna's ever-quiet friends, starts a conversation. "I'm sure all of us feel a bit surprised by the change in Vienna's life" he said in a soft voice. "But we need to understand what he's going through and how we can support him."

Lisa, who was initially skeptical, responded, "I agree. Vienna is our friend, and we should be there for him. But what can we do to support it? I don't know anything about religion."

Andre, who was always skeptical, shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure I can understand Vienna's feelings. I think this is just a phase that will soon pass."

But Isyana, a friend who is always full of empathy, nodded and said, "Maybe we can try to learn more about what she is going through. We can read books or find information about the religion of Islam. This might help us understand his perspective."

Rian added, "We also need to talk about how we can support him in living this change without feeling that our friendship is threatened. Vienna remains our friend, only with a different view of life."

Lisa nodded, beginning to feel that there might be a way to approach this situation more openly. "Maybe we can also talk to Vienna directly and ask how we can help" he added.

On the sidelines of the conversation, they saw books about the religion of Islam on the library shelf, and Isyana reached it with a feeling of curiosity. "Maybe we can start from here," he said as he picked up a book.

They spoke further about their plans to support Vienna and how they could learn more about the religion of Islam. They also promised not to judge Vienna or make her feel isolated because of the changes she was going through.

The meeting lasted for quite a while, with Vienna friends trying to figure out how to understand the changes in her life and support her well. They were relieved that they had been looking for a way to stay close to Vienna without having to judge it.

After the meeting ended, they parted at the library door, leaving the quiet room. They knew that the journey of supporting Vienna in her life change would not be easy, but they had decided to try, because their friendship was a valuable thing for all of them.
